Got in late yesterday after work and didn't see the PNPro on my desk until this morning...sorry trvb!

It's charging now and I will use and report later today or tonight. The Pong feels different...almost spongy the way it springs back up just a little bit when I put it on. Does yours do that, crohnie? I will get into it more later after work today, but I will mess with both my Pongs to see which one fits better.

Initial impressions are the same as Crohnie's...better button, just as sleek. I like the black Pong...more stealth. Really looking forward to hitting it later both wet and dry!

trvb...when will this be released? If soon we should consider starting a new thread for it before the initial reviews and responses get buried in this one.

And that entry price is pretty impressive!

Yeah, I guess I should start working on the talking point differences between the two. I'll get the new thread opened over the weekend if that ok.....

I haven't said much about the Pro yet because I wanted to get your opinions before mine, I hope you guys enjoy.

The Pinnacle Pro will be for sale in about 2-3 weeks. We have all units in stock and there will be no wait or preselling period. As always, I will offer a FC discount on launch.

Sticks: I'm not sure what they did, but the PONG and Regular mouthpiece now fit more snugly on the top of the PRO. They seem to have added some sort of "O Ring" to the top of the heating chamber. I suspect that may account for the "springy" quality.

I've also noticed the bullet fits a little more snugly in the heating chamber. You may have to give it a tap for the bullet to come out. Again, I think it may be this "O Ring" seal at the top of the heating chamber.

Cant wait for the reviews to start putting in! I'm a vaporblunt fan and the pinnacle just didn't seem to have enough pull factor for me to purchase. The new pro may be perfect for me.

Chronie or sticks,
Did or will you try cleaning the mouth piece to see the reaction to ISO?
If any of you do decide to ISO it, take out the screen first and see what happens. It shouldn't fog/crack/degrade if I'm right. If you wanna clean the screen you can torch it or wash it in the ISO AFTER the mouthpiece has been cleaned. I'm curious to know if the screen had anything to do with it, IIRC Dreamerr cleaned it with the screen in and it fogged, but some others didn't have the screen in and it was fine.

Man I have some nice oil here crohnie and 6 different strains I could of put that pro through a real work out lol.
I bet it works nicely at 470 with oil.
My 2.0 worked ok with oil but I think that the extra 50 degrees will boost the vapor production alot.
Now I support anything above 420 with herb left unattended would cause some combustion( highest temp fr herb maybe wrong?) but to pre heat and toggle would be good too but it would produce clouds for sure cause my pinnacle makes nice clouds I can milk it nicely to get great effect and efficiency.
Can't wit to try this thing. By the way is the pro larger ?or the same size as the pinnacle?
Just wondering? Cheers,

MM: Pretty jealous that you have access to oils. But I'm going to Colorado next week! :brow:

I'm really liking "2" 395F. "3" (420F) gets the last cannabinoids, but I only use it to finish off a load of herb. "4" and certainly "5" could possibly combust herb and there's really no reason, unless you're using oils and concentrates, to use anything higher than "3".

The PRO is the same size as the regular Pinnacle. So far, it has the same rock solid reliability and great efficiency of the regular Pinnacle. For me personally, those are the PN and the PRO's strongest points.

I bet the pro will work nicely on that high oil temp, I believe the VB2.0 high setting is still lower then the Pro nd it worked ok but in contrst to how my pinnacle works with herbs compared to my VB2.0 it should perform better all the way around.
I find the heater in the pinnacle top notch and with the extra temp setting including the oil setting nd the titanium can it should expel the vapor from the oil can once it get going and tht titanium can comes up to temp watch it pour out.
I might be wrong but I hope I'm right.lol
I love my pinnacle I bring it every where I go when traveling around the city nd abroad.
I can get nice vapor from it with nd without the WT but I'm us tht with the extra 2 temp settings for herb it will produce even bigger vapor clouds.
I would think that setting 3 would be enough to produce the perfect vapor and 4 would be great for hash.
Ill have to try that when I get one, without a doubt. Ill get one.
Anyway looks so promising and I totally think ill love the Pro.

Cause I love my pinnacle from day one, its so effective, efficient and smooth.
Medically speaking effectiveness I give it a 10/10 for stealth, efficiency, simplicity, effectiveness so I know the Pro will make me even happier. Lol

Pretty disappointed with the pinnacle, I have both the pinnacle and the vapor blunt 2.0. I am a pretty big fan of the vapor blunt 2.0, much like the pinnacle it is very slick and easy to use. You can blow clouds of vapor with both of them. I was pumped when i saw the specs for the pinnacle but when i started to use it i realized it was much harsher than the vapor blunt 2.0. The flavored tips or even the regular tips don't fit well in the mouth piece. I love the glass attachment but I would suggest the accent before i would even start talking about anything vapor blunt makes.

Keep in mind the 2.0 has a much bigger engine. In he world of portables, the more space there is the better we can make it usually.

Fwiw I was just thinking how happy I am with how my Pn has worked out for me .

This thought keeps coming to mind while reading the Ascent thread also the thought that I may have wasted months and countless hours watching and reading that thread .

I am still a noob to this but VB seems to be on the ball .

Took the PN along to Carlisle show and performed great. Discreet is what I bought it for, and it hasn't let me down. Thousands & thousands of people there. Used PN and Solo exclusively on trip, but only the PN when out & about the crowds.:ninja: Helped make it a wonderful time. The PN has been my 24/7 companion since March.

I moved your last post like this to the proper thread. Please go to the Pinnacle Pro thread.

I'm really hoping I get my replacement PonG soon...it's my only complaint about the PN, besides not being able to use while charging. But I've made it a habit to charge it whenever I'm done using it, so it hasn't been a real issue in a while. I'm still using my PN as my daily driver, and it is holding up very well. If you haven't hooked whip tubing up to your PN, you don't know what you're missing. Airflow is maintained but the vapor is nicely cooled.
