I wrote a mini review and took some pictures of this, if you want some more info. I really enjoy using it, there's a bit of drag but it's nothing too bad.

It wouldn't let me edit, you guys can make this one post if you want. I just wanted to say that in order to vaporize herbs i put a mflb sized amount (.1) and use it with a bubbler and i would say it is highly effective. While i still use it for tobacco occaisonally, this is my favorite way of using it. Also when hitting it, well i think it is an art as to when and how long to hold the button as in it takes some interaction, what i do is i hold the botton on inhale and release on exhale, this method works best with the bubbler and also similar results when using it without and with tobacco. But sometimes i will hold the button until it flashes just to get the last drag or something.

I went from considering selling the tvape to being a pretty big fan of it. I still enjoy the pax better with my tobacco because i get more hits but i would say the tvape is just as effective, the only difference is the tvape gives more potent hits, and delivers the effect faster, i prefer to take 20-30 drags of the pax, but sometimes i do find myself using the tvape because it is quick, satisfying, and easier to clean. As far as cannabis goes, i suggest the pipe because it is such an awesome upgrade! For as little as 20 dollars(unless you already have one that fits). It is still effective without it, but i would prefer my da vinci and pax without it most of the time because i get more hits.(simply my preference)

Anyone else notice that the top(where you load in herbs) gets really resiney(lot of build up) Especially just inside of there like the top centimeter of the tube right inside there, and also the top part. Does anyone have a method for keeping that top part and just inside the top part clean? The rest of the oven and the bottom stay fairly clean but i just noticed a bunch of build up near the top.

Okay thanks, that was my first thought, do you run a session with nothing in it afterwards to burn the alcohol off?

Yeah I at least turn it on until green and lay on the heat once to make sure . then drop in bud and do a session . the alcohol burns off quickly no reason to burn it off for a whole session .

I have been using the short Tvape a lot and am getting close to the same results as the long , have to keep remembering to wait around 20 seconds before starting a draw . have found that once I start to take the draw if I let off the power every 5-10 seconds for an instant I get better hits . The long is less work but does make me cough more often .

I am having a bit of a problem again getting my TVape to charge happened once before . Plug it into charge and the red light lights up like normal looks like its charging then 45 minutes later starts flashing red . was going back and forth with it since about 9:30 this morning . when it does this you can try to power it up when plugged in and you get nothing but the red light flashing . I took it off charge and tried to power it up 6-8 times and nothing .
Then got it to flash the 15 times to tell me the battery was Low .And put it back on charge , now its been solid for an hour and a half . Here's Hopin' !

EDIT : Do any of you that are more familiar with these type batteries Know if it would have a lock or something ? I've read some e-cig batteries and pen vapes do . but am really in the Dark with a lot of this tech . Thanx for any answers . PEACE .

:tup:working !

So, I read thru this entire thread and I still don't know what to think. Those of you that have had it for awhile now, what do you think of it overall? Would you recommend it?

It seems like the best one out there, but then I read thru the thread and read some negative reviews too.

First off, howdy, welcome to the Forum.

I assume you're new to vaping? In that case I don't think this is a good call. It's more difficult than most to get consistent results from. Lots of pushing the button and planning each hit....not good when you're trying to learn about vaping. The ability to control temperature well is just not there I think, even for fairly experienced guys.

At best, I think the taste is only OK. No doubt the MP is made of rubber, and not the ideal sort. With tobacco this might not be an issue, but IMO it's a waste to put fine herb in if you're looking to enjoy the taste.

I've only had mine about two months but I haven't messed with it in the last few weeks. The best I could do with it is performance I wouldn't accept from many other vapes in the price range. I would consider it OK, but far from "the best one out there". IMO not even on the short list.

Rather I'd suggest Solo, MFLB or one of the VGs for instance.

I would recommend it . I do prefer the long Tvape it just really outperforms the short as far as I can see .
although I use the short tube often now and get great results , it took me a while to be happy with it .

The Long took a much shorter time to learn plus is great with small loads or large loads if you want to share or just sit back and make an evening of it .[ also great if you get regs or mids]

I would recommend picking up a second battery when you can . I do use it for long sessions though ,
30 to 45 minutes each and get 2 sessions . How long the battery lasts depends on how much you lay on the power and how often you power it up from a cold start , so everybody will have different results that way.

I do think the long TVape would serve you well . Oh one thing I love a about it is it's so easy to clean and maintain . Its the only vaporizer I have that I would feel 100% sure about travel with after cleaning (which takes no time ) .

I Guess you Can Tell I Like My TVape ! I Like the taste , I taste no rubber .

EDIT:
I have used mine with people who have never seen a vaporizer before and they got great results .
the instructions are piss poor but once you learn how to use it Its Killer . and very easy to show others how to use .

That said I would not of been happy if I had bought the short Tube to begin with !

They are Kinda like Night and Day ! Buy the Long TVape if you like it .

Like OF I wouldn't say it's the best out there But I wouldn't say any vape is .
If you like it you like it .

I recommend it. I have had a Tvape, for 2 weeks. It's my first experience with a Vape, and I'm quite happy with both the usage(battery) and vapor. I get up to 2 to 3 hours on approx. 390°F. with each charge.
I have the long tube. I do a fair percentage of ingesting, as over the last few years, l developed a cough and quit smoking. Vaping is totally different, and doesn't hurt my lungs at all.

I too recommend. I imagine it as a PAX that allows you to control when its heating. (I have never used a PAX so I could be wrong on that comparison)

I did 3 sessions last night, held until flash six times each session and the abv ended up dark brown each time. Did two sessions this morning same results. Except the abv for the last session; even though I went through the same amount of flashes the abv ended up a lighter dark brown. To me I feel I could have started a sixth session, but it would probably stop and need to be charged.

I don't think it tastes bad, I did the coconut oil thing a few times and have ISO'd the mouth piece more times than I can remember, the taste seems to be clean.

EDIT:
Irrelevant note: Battery seems to charge under two and half hours for me.
IN2: I am now using just a glass screen (like one would get from an Atmos Raw) for the mouthpiece, I find the draw easy enough to sip on and surprisingly not as much debris gets in to the mouth as I thought would.

Found out from these nice peeps, that the button does in fact need to be held down when you wish to "produce" vapor. According to their rep, it can handle small amounts ( in the long or short version) but definitely benefits from a healthy pack (qty) but loose enough for good air flow.

It sounds to me that those who are troubleshooting might want to look into whether they have a defective oven if this new approach is not producing visible vapor.

The rep also said that it is not a "cloud producer" but has full spectrum effects when used properly.

I invited the person who posts for their company to pop in occasionally and field a few questions too! ;)

Bluntcrush it may not be a VXC But ,
It can produce some pretty nice "Clouds" once you get it right . With or without a water tool or Bong the TVape can hold its own against the other battery powered portables I have . If for some reason I want huge cough causing hits they're there . It's just a matter of technique .

I Asked if TVape Vaporizer would come Back on forum to answer questions a month and a half or more ago to no avail , would be cool if they did come and straighten out some of their early instructions and info about the TVape .

I really like this vape a lot it has become my daily driver since picking up a second battery . Its even moved me to pick up a Glass WT . I am not very glass friendly so for me that says a lot . :peace:

^ it is my understanding that the principals are traveling and they are who post to the forum. The rep I spoke to said she would see about someone else with a little more visibility, to come in and help us with this one!

Rude- Happy to hear that you got it working please share all of your knowledge here as well!

For me using the long tVape is pretty simple , I use a medium grind ,it does do its best in cloud production being filled half way to full lightly tamped down but works fine with less Bud .

after initial warm up and first hit or two I lay on the power until it blinks or flashes then with the green Light on I can get a few hits . I then repeat holding until it flashes .

After two or three times taking it to the flash I can hold down the power for 10 seconds or so and let off the power when I take a hit or two . or let it sit aside a few minutes or ten or twenty and then take it to the flash to bring the heat back up to vaping temp .

The long is much less "work" then the short which really needs you to lay on the power after taking it to the flash

With the short tube after initial warm up I find I need to hold it until the flash then let off the power (once it flashes it stops heating) for a instant then reengage the heat while taking the hit. Laying on the heat for most of a session . it cools much quicker and doesn't get as hot as the long so you have to be very aggressive with the power button .

I will say I don't know why I had a hard time with it to start with . Both tubes seemed to get better with use and I don't believe it was all technique or learning curve .

Hope this all made some sense . Once learning how it heats up and that its not an "automatic" vape like the DaVinci or WISPR or NO2 but more like the Volta in that you heat then hit ( the Long tube)After that I only had to use common sense and a few days using it for it to become one of my favorite Vapes .

Edit: a lot of credit to paytonpenn for early insights in his posts they helped much .

I am sold on this... and will take all helpful tips as I am new to vaping. I tried the davinci ascent too much drama and its not as *portable* as I thought it would be.
