Is it possible to see available 'lost dogs'? (From the FAQs) didn't see a section on the site for them

Probably have to go to all vapes (not vapes available) and look for items listed as "lost dogs". I don't think there are any available right now.

Great Scott!
I can't wait to get my underdog back. Dave is straightening out my core for me. He said my dog (the og of the doggies here I believe) is still looking great! He said it looked lightly used which was a surprise to me. I think leaving it on 24/7 is less wear and tear than heating up and letting it cool off again after.

I can't wait to have my always ready King's Jester back in my rotation.

We don't currently have any Lost Dogs and have them much more infrequently than in past years.. when we do have them though you can find them listed with the other available vapes. They'll have 'Lost Dog' in the name of the piece and the description. You should be able to search the website for Lost Dogs and find them that way too.

I think I'll have 3-4 LDs to add to the next refresh in a week or two, at least it's looking like it at this point. :peace:

Dave says your Jester is in testing now and should be on its way back early next week. I think it was one of the very first pieces that went to an FC member.. great to see it's still in such good shape. :)

You'll be able to try out the new Nylon Stems (and GonG Stems as well) too..

How does the heat up time on the California eucalyptus compare to the twigs? They are some beautiful pieces

Man...

Been hitting all of my 14mm bongs lately with the new GonG adapter... and "holy crap!" is all I can say!

One of my other passions is coffee - espresso is particular. The best analogy would be like lever espresso machines vs. semi or full autos. The log vapes are the levers whereas your clouds, viVapes, and LSVs are the newer tech semi and fully automatic espresso machines.

You will get way more POW! with the latter, but the former has an unmatched beauty and elegance all it's own.

Case in point - this afternoon I dusted off my old Hops Peashooter and used it with my Bubinga Dog. Had a downright beautifully euphoric experience... like getting high for the first time or like wading through melted butter, it was that good!

The Cloud pulls and pulls and pulls to the point of combustion at times, while my log vapes seem to perfectly taper off towards the end of the hit, just as a lever espresso machine does inherently throughout the shot pull process.

I guess the point I'm trying to make here is that vaporizers don't have to end one's enthusiasm with glass bongs and bubblers, rather it opens up a whole new realm of enjoying cannabis.

Are there any other advantages the new core has over the classic core other than fitting the nylon stem?

I know I want to upgrade from an Extreme Q to a GonG wooden log vape for my upcoming Leviathan Big Mona order (I love water pathways/bubblers!), but I can't decide between an Underdog or an E-Nano vape (on wait list for the HI Log for six more months :().

Are the Underdog and E-Nano similar? Are there any other alternatives I should check out? I'm putting a premium on GonG-to-Bubbler pathway, minimal pathway before hitting the bubbler, *fast* vapor production (from off to vapor clouds in <= 2/3 minutes), really nice thick cloud vapor production, and flavor.

The best comparison would be an All-in-one unit (Nano) vs a Unique multi-part like the UD.
Each has benefits to consider, but functionally they are very similar. I enjoy the unique aspect of every UD though! (Plus removable cable and runs on 12-14v DC vs 120v AC.)

i have never used an e-nano.. but my underdog kicks so much ass, it's hard to even pay attention to/care about other vapes hah;).. i don't really have a need to.. hah.. my dog has me covered, and preforms solid.. i'm using it w/ the standard power supply too.. so that's just one temp setting.. i'm a cloud chaser -type, and it fucking handles business.. it can rip as small as you like also, just by playing w/ things like screen placement, pack, grind, and load size.. like pretty much any other vape.. mine stays plugged in and hot 24-7.. its always ready to go.:ko:

i love mine. the thing is a work horse.. and it's beautiful.

the Wild Oak dog.. i think that's what Dave said.. anyways, i love my dog.. it went on a little journey to end up w/ me.. i feel lucky/proud to have this one..
Thanks again, Dave and Stu.:rockon::cheers:

I can see clearly now the smoke is gone...
So, with the twigs being quite a bit thinner, would they not get pretty hot?

So, I was finally fed up with my cable problems, the plug on my VVPS seems to be getting shotty and my cheap wall supply was just as bad. Did some splicing with an old dead router cable to my wall supply for now. Added about four feet to my cable and is rock steady! I was just about ready to throw this thing at all wall before!

How often does the site get updated with new dogs? Not trying to sound impatient or anything that's cool if this gets ignored but I was gonna pick one and didn't want to miss out on some new choices it they're right around the corner

Put about 10,000 miles on my UD while flying domestic during this summer.

Never would bring green but I just pack the log in a zip-case filled with legal essential oils.
With cheap & easy-to-make stems, you can bring the innocuous parts separately and assemble your stem at the destination. At the end of the trip, I just toss the used silicone and bring back the screen kit.

With a pre-swab of alcohol in the heatport and few hours of burn-off, I feel very safe traveling with it.
Can't explicitly advise doing this but I've had good anecdotal experiences :)

man i was so tempted to take my UD w/ me last weekend when i went out to Colorado.. i was too nervous to try and bring it along on the plane.. i wish i had it there w/ me.. i had never flown before though and i didn't know how easy it would have been hah.. i didn't wanna risk losing it for whatever reason.. or risk being questioned about it hah... musta been nice having it around on your trip.
