Hey Jamb, what kind of glass pieces were those? and would either of them be capadable with the da vinci or the pax as well? That looked so awesome you have me very interested in making a new investment.:)
Edit: specifically the first two cause i don't think i can afford the 3rd one:)

It sure looks like the tvape mouthpiece fits right into a 14mm female gong, for those others you would need an adapter.

I can't tell if that has a male or female inlet, but I think it may be male; if so no, you would need a m/f adapter as well.

Can you give me some suggestions that aren't too pricey? Do you know what kind those are that jamb is using?

The lowest price piece is the $40 bubbler from pipesdaddy.com (second in video)
The tube is a Pinnacle Water Tool you can find on ebay for around $100.
Glass Blowers Direct made the big bubbler.

The $30 ones are, you need to look for something like this

The $40 ones are nicer but they are 18mm so you would need a reducer bushing.

I've had good experiences ordering from pipesdaddy... they are based out of WA.

I have to say I've been successfully using this Tvape for the last couple of days, holding the button down for about 20 sec to warm up after I get a green light and maybe closer to 10 secs between hits. It's blasting me about 4 hits in, then I have to put it down. I think the key is just letting it heat at least 10 seconds or longer if you like higher temps, before hitting. And again I'm not using a loose pack, I am stuffing the chamber and pushing it down a bit with the cleaning tool. I'm starting to really like this one now that I know how to work it. I have tried 3 different strains at various stages of curing, and had the same results with all 3. I foresee bubblehash included in my next round...:brow:

Hey Jam, I'm looking to get a new fest-vape and at this point (seeing all it's success) I'm stuck between this and the XP. Which one do you think would be better?

Hard to say HSIHP, did they ever work out the bugs with the XP? I haven't kept up... The Tvape seems to be doing a pretty good job, not sure if the battery life will be as long as the INH as I haven't really tested that yet. I am still leaning towards INH simply because it's automatic. Turn it on, set it to temp, and green means go...

LaoTsu~ That looks like a nice small bub that should work fine. Mine is 18mm but the Tvape fits both 18 and 14. You just have to hold it in place to keep a seal. This would also work... $17.99 and they have 2 other colors.

 Just want to give Kudos again to Paytonpenn for sharing his discovery of holding the button down. You saved a lot of people from being frustrated with this product. :science:

Thanks! there won't be much of a difference between 18 and 19?

Edit: i ended up ordering that one in green and i can't wait. Also inspired by this bubbler thing, i decided to pull out my year old bubbler which has a lot of wear and tear and it doesn't have a removable stem but it's nice and i put tinfoil in it and poked a hole there, measured it, the tvape seemed to fit alright so i gave it a go and man it worked awesome! I got about 10 great hits. I filled the tvape(long tube) 1/4 full (if that-- very small amount of kief/broken up kief hash). When i get this new bubbler i can see this becoming a habit with the tvape for sure.

Thanks Jam. XP still looks iffy but if the short tube works as well as it sounds it may be just what I'm looking for at a fraction of the price.

I am very happy with the TVape . Both tubes are really rockin' now .

The long tube is really nice to be able to fill up and do a long drawn out session , or blaze through the whole chamber and get totally blitzed in a few minutes .And it works just as well with a small load as a large . I can pretty much take the AVB as dark as I want or take a few hits turn it off and finish it later the taste is gone but it doesn't seem to bake the herb so much between hits and cools quickly .

The short tube I've only used filled , and doing quick sessions . Again it gives the ability to get as much out of the herb that you want . I can take it to just this side of black and full couch lock if wanted now .

Its Amazing What The Proper Technique Will Do !.........thanx again pp .

PEACE ALL .

I was wondering about 18mm, that's pretty cool that it works like that straight up no adapters!

I havn't made it to the post yet so because the short tube is responding to technique, I undid the package and gave it another shot. Same deal, I let it warm up, pushed it till it blinked, pushed it again and hit it, rinse and repeat. It turned most of the avb golden brown in three tries but hardly a wisp of vapor.

I'm not saying that I'm not medicated, I am but I'm not getting the results I was hoping for with the short tube. I am grateful for the exchange offer and glad these clean up easy so back off it goes!

I have really grown to enjoy using this Tvape... I was put off a bit at first, expecting it to be more of an automatic vape that you set the temp and go, but now that I've gotten used to how it behaves, I am getting excellent results. Sorry grokit, it seems as if you got a bad heat chamber. Glad you can return it.

I've been using this through out the day, trying to get used to it, now I find it a pleasure to use. I have also found it works quite well for one-two quick hits, once you get it warm, you can heat it up to desired temp, grab a nice hit, and let it go back to idle temp and wait a bit, or keep heating for another hit. Over all, I am happy to have this one in my collection. It's super easy to empty/clean/reload, the coconut oil tamed the rubber taste of the mouthpiece, and I am able to get pretty even and dark abv. I still have not really tested battery life per load ratio. Maybe I'll get that today. I need to charge it and start with a fresh load, and try to pay attention. :ko: This little vape gets me blasted!

**edit**

So I decided to try to count out how many full rips I can get from a load, stuffing it to the top and giving it a gentle pack down, so it's a full chamber (short tube). Again, once it gets to green light, I hold the button for about 10-15 seconds aprox. then start to hit, continuing to press the button until I am finished with the inhale. So far I have pulled 10 full lung hits with very visible vapor, and it's starting to taste on the toasted side. Puff #11 still cloudy, tasting pretty close to done. #12 still visible vapor, making me cough a bit and tasting pretty done. #13 still getting visible vapor, but more coughing than I like... so I think I'll call it done. ABV is dark brown, and very evenly toasted with the exception of the very bottom where the silicone nipple is. There is a small bit that stays green.
To sum up: that was load #1 on a fresh charge, with 13 full hits from a full chamber, gently packed. I'll keep testing this charge to see how many full loads I can pull before I get the blinky blinky...

Load #2 ready and waiting...

9 solid hits from pack #2.

Packing #3 now...
13 solid hits from pack #3.

Packing #4...
3 hits into the 4th load, I noticed vapor was getting lighter, then on the 3rd hit, I got the low battery blinking/power off. So I would say 3 fully packed loads per charge is a reasonable expectation.

Okay, you have all convinced me. I Just pulled the trigger and bought one. I am thinking this will replace my MFLB.
Thanks to everyone who has been testing out and giving all your failures and successes. Can't wait to test drive myself!

I still would recommend the long tube if you can deal with the extra two inches but they both work well . the long gets hotter , and gets bigger vapor and can do faster sessions or long mellow ones .
For me the short is still a little more work . gives good vapor and a longer session till full extraction .

for the last ten days the Tvape has been in my hand , waiting stuffed and ready or on charge.

I am liking it a lot . But Can't say its replaced anything yet because there always seems to be a honeymoon period when a new vape works well .

I can say its a major player now in my lineup and would be replaced ASAP if needed . I can't say that for every vape .

EDIT; I do get the same battery life as our own Vapor Goddess with either tube with great success the main difference being the amount of product you can use per session.
sometimes more is better, sometimes not ...........Ps right now I have weak dirtweed and the long tube makes it not so bad !

I am also finding myself grabbing the Tvape over the rest right now, must be new toy syndrome. I do enjoy "mastering" a vape, esp. a portable, so when the time comes to use it in real life situations, it goes a lot smoother, than if I am still fumbling around trying to figure out how to make it work. I've slipped right into the groove with the Tvape, after being well trained on others like the Thermovape line, counting heat up time is a no-brainer now, already in the muscle memory.

I have a bit of concern though for the "rubber band" style button on this unit. There was a similar band on the AtmosRaw that tore fairly quick after repeated use, the rubber started to stretch and give out. I have noticed the first signs of this happening on my Tvape, only it's not quite as bad as it was with the AR because this band is thicker, but I see potential for it to wear thin and eventually break after many presses of the button. My band is already starting to get looser and pucker a bit. I ended up clear taping over the AR button/band to keep the band from getting so worn out once it was starting to fail, I might do the same with this Tvape model, just to prevent so much movement when pressing the button.

My switch is doing the same and stretching out , the band bulging when pressed . so far its stayed in place . keeping an eye on it .

I went ahead and wrapped mine with clear tape, it adds a layer of protection and keeps the rubber from pulling. Button still works well. You can hardly see the tape (used regular scotch clear tape) Should add some life to that button/band. Once the tape gets old and starts to look bad, you can simply replace it.

For the first time I did share the TVape with a couple this morning (long tube) she got it down in a hit or two after watching me do a few , he could only do the hold it to the flash let it turn green and take a huge coughing hit .
Still they both thought it was frickin' cool .
