The most obvious is "We're giving you a deal, please keep it between us" and 5 minutes later its on FC.com and then everyone emails us asking for the same deal. This is not us becoming more "corporate", this is us understanding that for this company to survive, we have to make rules and stick by them or else we are stuck in this loop of replying back to pleading customers and feeling bad for them and caving in and then we get flooded with hundreds of similar requests and then productivity just halts. Hope everyone understands that this is a decision that is not anti-customer, it is a decision that will help our company avoid similar past pitfalls so we can be a healthy, productive organization.

RE: People that missed the Indiegogo Campaign, we will start taking "pre-orders" off another site designed for campaigns that have just ended. The cost savings won't be as much but there will be a small monetary incentive versus waiting for the launch. More details to come as we set up the infrastructure to do so. Amazing how many emails we got from people that said they were going to wait til the last minute to donate... there was no prize for contributing last. Nevertheless, we've received enough of these emails where we decided to go ahead and figure out a way for the laggards to contribute as well.

BTW - laggard isn't a derogatory term, its something I just looked up on thesaurus.com as I needed to find the appropriate word for my description. Happy Friday yall!

This is what will kill this business. You can not please all the people all the time, especially those that can not make up their mind.

So yeah, dropping the special requests/mind changers is definitely welcome. Knowing that someone else is getting 2-8 email responses over color indecision definitely bums out those with 0 emails. ^_^

I was watching Wilfred on FX and Frodo was doing empty vitamin water bottle bong hits... I was like... that would be a perfect product placement opportunity for Cloud Evo. Not many shows depict weed in such a matter of fact manner. A nice hydra tube +cloud fits in perfectly with the show as well since the whole vitamin water bottle bong thing is way too college/high school for that character.

I tried to keep it short and sweet, and managed to get my request across in one email. VXL's response was quick, prompt, and very personal/polite. I'm just holding on tight for October!

1 choice policy and give those who suffer internally from inability to make simple choices an opportunity to work on themselves. Then you can help people mature and enjoy saving one lung at a time.

In all honesty, the cloud is one of the reasons I got lost in the void. Once I got a good cloud my limited amout of free time just kinda vanished into an extreemly hazy fog. I know right....first world problems haha. As I had more and more fun woth my cloud I got more and more behind on this thread which made it get intimidating to get back into it and the negative loop continued...well I'm back now, hopefully I can get most of this info into this thick skull. And for the record my cloud is always close at hand ;-)

Ben (newest VX member and our supply chain, inventory, fulfillment stud - his VX name will be coming soon) was contacting people one by one, not some sort of mass email (which will be coming to expedite things) so don't worry about not being contacted.

As for shirts and hoodies, those are only for the Fashionista level. We didn't do one of those campaigns where if you order a higher dollar amount perk, you get all the perks of the lower amounts. The one thing that we did open up was the vapor testing event, which is still being worked out logistically.

I received and indiegogo email telling me the exact same thing SM just said, so I'm not worried. Give them sometime and don't worry about when they contact you, I'm sure they won't forget about anyone and don't forget they are doing it personally.

Knowing that we won't have EVO's till october, why so much hurry in taking your decision? This way you have more time to think about it ;)

Really. SM's Fashionista comment may explain why the email asking for color/tube choice didn't include shirt size. I sent that info via email reply and they have confirmed. No way that I'm giving my EVO house-warming party w/o wearing my T-shirt.

Now it's like in Casablanca . . . where we wait, and wait, and wait . . . :nod:

Thanks everyone for keeping up on this. I am not worried about the email thing, I only did the 1 time indiegogo $500 level so I'm just chillin until then.

Well more like jonesing for a cloud and HT more than chillin, but you get it.

Thanks for the answers SM, many thanks. I think that's fantastic that you guys take a progressive approach, always trying to improve upon the smallest of flaws. This reminds me of my training in MMA, where no matter how good you are or how good you think you are there is always more fine tuning that can be done to improve your overall game. There is also no shortage of people who would gladly take up the offer to do some humbling. There was a combination of things that led me here, the smallest or rather biggest that sold me on this product had mostly to do with the passion you displayed for your company and your love for all things MMA and especially nutrition.

I'd like to see VXL healthy and strong for many years to come. Ha-ha, the way you talked about the "corporate" word as if we had any reason to worry.

@VapeNStone, I don't think I ever went about looking for answers by asking questions in an ungrateful or obnoxious manner. Maybe other fellow FC members had the same thoughts in mind too. For myself, I wouldn't have been and am not disappointed in SM's reply in that regard.

I was simply curious and wanted to know more, as many others happen to be as enamored as I by the finalization of the Cloud EVO and the sexy HT's.

You guys are right about the Fanatics... I just wanted to make sure the $250/$350/$500 levels understood that they weren't getting apparel. I'm testing out a few new material types, you guys will be very happy. They will be American Apparel quality shirt (if not better) - almost the weekend! Another long but productive week!

@Ice - lot's of MMA fans that are customers and nothing makes me happier. Matt Riddle is a fan of ours and hopefully soon the Diaz bros. I'm still recovering from the Anderson Silva KO a few weeks back but as you said, there are soooooooo many variables in this game. VXL definitely tries to take the same approach and be as well rounded in all areas as possible.
