Hello FC, long time since I've been around here. It's been a while since I've been following this site religiously over the release of the Pax. Happy first adopter here and glad to have this awesome community for all troubleshooting and user needs for that wonderful device.

Now let's get down to the good stuff, the Stick Pen Wax Burner. If none of you have heard of this nifty device they can be purchased through a variety of suppliers on eBay for under 30.00$. A steal if you ask me since the company sells them for about 42.00$ plus S&H. I have a few friends who all regularly use and enjoy this pen vaporizer even over their Pure Glycerine 0 degree glass water pipe just because of how convenient and great tasting this pen really is! The cartridge does not get bogged down as easily as the G pen ones do which, IMO, is the true Achilles tendon of the G pen. Oh, that AND the price for replacement parts and the pen itself! You're talking more than 100$ spent over the course of a couple months on the G pen whereas the Stick Pen tastes better, lasts longer on a charge, and is more reliable! If anyone decides to go order one of these or already has one and has any information for any upcoming adopters out there please share! I am very excited to receive my product and begin to test it and post anything back here to those that are interested. If anyone has anything to add please do!

Is there any reason to purchase the pen through your company vs an ebay supplier, like warranty issues and newer models?

I was wondering the same thing. The device is a pretty reliable little pen and the only thing that I can think of that would need replacing is the mouth pieces? and the battery every once in a while. None of my friends have encountered any problems outside the battery so nothing regarding warranty has surfaced.

My store recently got a few of these in for us to sell; would you consider this one to be better than the g-pen, then? We haven't carried the Gpen, but have had several people asking for it. Should I push this sticky pen to be better?? They're also sealed up so I cant see the filling chamber on the piece; is it where the mouthpiece ends?

So the carts on the sticky pen lasted less than 2 weeks for me. I just got some persei omicron carts and an adapter for the sticky battery but have no had a chance to fill up the carts and test out the battery. The carts are difficult to fill and require a large amount which is a pain over being able to drop a little in the sticky cart. Honestly I would not push the sticky to be AS good as the G pen, they are different devices. Many accessories exist already for the G pen where as the market for the sticky just is not there.

Thanks for the info! That'll help me a lot. :) What would you consider to be the best pen vape for waxes, for the best price? I've seen quite a bit on the persei, but we haven't carried any of those yet.

Honesty there is a good thread around that has details on building a pen for waxes from e cig parts. Pretty much using the eGo battery and any combination of preferential carts/atomizers. I would recommend that for anyone looking for a personal build that will last for sure. As far as businesses go and selling the best ones I would probably recommend the G pen just because of name recognition because not much differs from one company to the other. You could look in to gentleman's vapes but they have a bad rap on here. They just launched a brand new cart that they claim can hold 1 gram or more. Just browse the interwebs for other's advice. If the sticky battery won't cut it for these new carts I bought I don't know what I'll do, maybe just buy a new eGo battery but honestly I'm getting a bit turned off by this whole portable oil vaping and end up settling for my rig. I think it's mainly because of my unsettling experience with the carts for the sticky that broke but you live and you learn.

Yeah it seems that a lot of people are torn between the convenience of the portable vape and the functionality of a rig. Thanks for the info, again. :D

I just got a Sticky wax pen to test out. Couldn't resist for the price of $27.99 on puffitup.com and I wanted to compare it to the dr dabber. So far so good, its giving a very nice quality hit and seems to be pretty efficient. It is a little difficult to load (requires a tool) and still usable wax collects on the sides above the heating coil but it can be scraped up and put back in the middle pretty easily without damage. Overall I am very impressed with it so far, we will see how long the coils last, it comes with 2 and replacements are about 12 bucks. I started out with the lower temp coil and will report when it is burnt out and how long it lasted.
