You know what i havent heard about in a while?

The Iris. Where is that? D9 is just in a golden age right now, powering out some incredible products and really driving themselves forward. SR71, The core, gloc, love/luv?, 1701, nibblerx, alpha?, Leela (mispelt?). So much i forget some and remember an old list of possible production ideas.

I am beyond thrilled for the 1701 release. Puregold meets its Soulmate. The surmounting excitement. Definitely would get the Iris in this endeavor. Get combo. Would love a matching black Iris top. Thatd be beautiful, keep the stealth motif.

The iris would be very accommodating.I would really like to be able to adjust my voltage on some tanks I use. I guess i just want the full persei experience.
Black does sound pretty sleek...

I have a little tip for anyone else who's trying to cover a scratch on their black Persei. While searching the house for something to use I came across a can of "Flex Seal." You can buy it online. They have black and white (and clear, but that wouldn't cover the scratch).

Anyway, it's essentially liquid rubber. I used a pin to apply a tiny amount to the scratch. Hopefully it will last long term. I can say my Persei looks a lot better and my half-hearted attempts to remove the rubber have failed. Considering what Flex Seal is and what it's for, I think it should work well. Paint might be better, though - I don't know.

Guys forgot about the Iris V2

It might not look like different much, but it is on the table and being worked on.

as for the rest of the projects please stand buy as we have more important things like the Gloc (aka Zues), and LOV.

Unless you're luckier than me, no one will tell you anything about the new Iris. At least not about when it might be ready for production. I share your frustration - to me the Iris is essential, but I guess for now we just have to wait.

edit: looks like it's probably too far from completion to give a date.

W9tech.com is up. I am now tired and need sleep.

hey guys, hope you guys are doing well.
the reason i'm posting is that i'm trying to purchase a Persei, and in doing so would like to purchase from the delta9 website...

i'm aware of the recent problems with the old site, and the new site being "up and running"

but here are a couple questions I have concerning the new site.

1) when you click on the cartridges and tanks tab, there is a extract cartridge pack for $50 then there is a

single extract cartridge for $12.25.... now that's all good until you click on them, because when you do, they both have the same description including

"This is a Single Cartridge. Not a pack of 5, the image is only for marketing purposes."

so, my question is the extract cartridge pack in fact a pack, and if so how many come in a pack?

2) on the site when you click on the Persei it shows you a list of attachments you can purchase
Optional Attachments

    • Hercules SR-71
    • Nibbler
    • Nibbler X
    • Nibbler XL
    • Core
    • Extract Cartridges
    • 1701's
that's cool, but when I go to the attachments tab the only thing for sale there is the SR-71... I know that there is an option to add these to your purchase of a Persei, but that doesn't seem right.

so, my question is, is there somewhere on the site that gives a description of the separate optional attachments, with the option to buy one without buying a Persei(for future reference)

3) lastly, this isn't really a question, but I think the new site should have some type of contact button on there so I could have just asked my question on there...

again thank you guys, and sorry for the super long first post

Will the order invoices and such be transferred from the old site (delta9vapes.com) to the new site (w9tech.com)? If not, will you still warranty items purchased from the old site without a receipt? Lastly, did the purchased (not the replacements) Hercules SR-71's ship out today? Would it be safe to assume that they should arrive by Wednesday or so?

the old site will be up to do warranty claims for 1 year. After that it will be switched off. We have started to ship them out, so today tomorrow we are getting them ready to take flight.

Also our staff wants to really ship you out the instructions first, have you sign and initial it, then have it shipped back to us and then we ship out the Hercules.

In reality we are also anticipating people blowing up their tops. Its just given. So please RTFM

I'm confused again. If the instructions will have to be signed first, why are Blackbirds already being shipped out? Otherwise, I'm glad things are moving forward.

edit: I agree with Barb, truth be told. For me that would add at least 6-8 days wait time, and of course, it would add to everyone else's wait time as well.

I would think it'd be a bit tedious to ship out the instructions for us to sign and mail back as, I'm sure, that nearly everyone here has already read the instructions, if not multiple times in anticipation for the sr-71; just my two cents.

yes iam sure you can, but be aware that most of those brands exaggerate on the MAH so 4000 is not likely, stick with AW for best porformance, I use some panasonic 2250 mah & ncrpd2900mah for 3.7v and these bad boys rock!!!!

Not sure on brc, but I think those are the trustfires your speaking on!!!!
dont get me wrong there decent batteries but the AW's and the name brands like panasonic (3.7v 18650's) and other likes give out more for longer and normally can see or feel the difference immediately
AW's for this application have a 2c output rating and the panny's are 10c I beleive, not sure what the BRC trustfires would be but way below that!!!

They are ultrafire batteries. I tried them last night & although they worked, found they didn't work as efficiently as the battery sent with the Persei - maybe I was medicated but felt like they took longer to produce vapor.
Thanks for the recommendations. I have heard good things about the panasonics. Now gotta find them.

I have the 3.7v hercules. Is there a performance difference between the sr-71 and the 3.7v herc when using flowers? Do I need to upgrade?
Also, would greatly appreciate any thoughts / suggestions on accessories for the Persei for flowers. I'm debating between getting a nibbler for my herc, the sr-71 + nibbler xl or the Bender.
Cheers!
