Groggy feeling in the morning

I get that feeling too. goes away a while after waking up(walkking outside and/or splashing water in your face helps), but I can also prevent it. if I vape right before going to sleep, I will often get that groggy feeling in the morning. but if I wait an hour or more after my last puff before I go to bed, it won't happen.

(also, personally I don't like immediatly vaping again if I wake up with that groggy feeling, since it will influence my high to also be more stoney)

btw, if I don't have anything to do the next day the groggy feeling isn't so bad, it's just waking up slower. I enjoy it to walk to my garden one of the first things in the morning, sun is shining and I squint mny eyes from the transition, grass between my toes and eating some strawberries straight from the plant., and meanwhile petting the cat who immediatly comes to me asking attention as I step outside.

if you want/need to be active the next day though, it's better to avoid. but once in a while on a free day, that groggy feeling isn't so bad.

I'll be honest I use to over use for my needs and did so for many years. In the last year or two I've really been trying to cut back and it's been better. As far as the quality goes once again you are right. What is considered good around here may look alright but the way in which it was grown is not. I always pull out my scope to look at the trichs and many times the product was cut to early. I'm sure the word cure is not even in most of these guys vocabulary. I don't have a problem with people making money but you should take pride in your work and put out the best possible. Way to many shady and greedy people involved with this wonderful plant.

Well said BL4ZE!

I under stand people making a buck with the CANNABIS revolution going on!

However craftsmanship should never be lost unfortunately it's human nature to cheat if they can get away with it.
Family to feed bills to pay deadline to meet. (I get it!)
Look at our food supply?
Do you think the growers will have better morals than the mainstream?

I can see clearly now the smoke is gone...
I vape alot and I vape right before going to bed and never have a thc "hangover". I do believe that part of that is I always get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. I also agree about quality, I only buy serious dank.

I also eat a plant based diet and while I know that improves my overall health, I don't believe it's a factor in this case.

I guess everyone's different. I associate that groggy feeling more with oversleeping than under sleeping, since it's very similar to the groggy feeling I get if I sleep more than 8 hours(6-7 is usual for me, if I can stay up late and sleep till late I usually only need 6 hours and can't sleep anymore after that, but if I have to get up early I require more towards 8 hours).

although the high from cannabis is much better/expresses itself better if I'm well rested. but I haven't noticed a connection between the groggy feeling, cannabis and too little sleep. I just don't get as high if I didn't have enough sleep.

Well said!

What messes me up more than anything else is diet.

I'm Gluten Free Dairy Free.

If I have a traces of Gluten or Cow Products I get sick?

My Dad thinks I'm crazy!

"I'm 73 and always eat whatever I want"!, He says!

"I guess everyone is different because it makes me Groggy and sick as hell"!

Once you detox your F^CKED!
After detox: junk, processed, fast foods become poison.
The smallest trace makes me sick!

Cannabis calms me down.
Nutrition has more effect than sleep.

Quality Nutrition and TOP SHELF CANNABIS help me sleep well.

If I respect those principles I avoid the GROG!

Almost forgot: "CORE TRAINING" helps too!

I get this feeling in the morning too. I looked at other things I was doing Such as consuming alcohol or caffeine through out the day. Cutting beer out helps a lot with my "GROG" also I only drink my caffeine in the morning now. It could also be that your are munching to late. I eat all meals and food for the day before 730pm and it that helped a lot to.

Now the biggest thing that helps me in the morning is deep breathing and slow steady movement. I deep breathe for 2 mins while still laying down then sit up for a minute then I stand up slowly (standing up it the most important part). then by the time the bathroom light hits me Im read to go. How quick I stand up seems to be the most influential if i get up to fast I keep the "GROG" if i go slow enough its like I left the "GROG" right there on the bed.....Sometimes when I leave the bathroom I can still see the "GROG" laying down in my bed where I was a few minutes ago (that might be the over medication talking but at least I feel good)
