Just found this forum the other day, i think through planetvapes site, and really enjoy it.

I found Pipe and his idea sounds great. Contacted him earlier today

Sorry for not doing much research before asking my questions, I guess I was just hoping to get quick answers, so I could get my order in.
Gunna try to be more respectful in the future

placed my order through Planetvape and landed up getting:

Going to wait for Pipes all-in-one to come out for the adapter.

I had a little problem with PV, but it escalated even higher when I got a little bit too impatient. Was trying to buy the persei I need for the great hike adventure I was planning for, in one of my post on the Persei thread, I stated that "their phone line sucks ass". I did have a bad experience with only the phone line, but they took it as if I insulted their whole company. I did word my statement incorrectly. Their site said it was shipped but I had no email in regards of shipping info which I really need, if I want to pick it up from the post office ASAP w/o cp being on my ass about a failed delivery

The email for the shipment were late due post 4 hours after I tried calling them and gotten redirected to a voicemail belonging to a male, which I tried to call 4 more times. No one picked up.

Here's the emails between PV and I.

I never said the whole company is bad, it's just hard to contact you. I've tried calling you at least 5 times and I was sent to a man's voicemail. I called early in my time to match your timezone.
Not here to defame your company, but the phone line ONLY needs work.
The emails however, they came very late, at least 4 hours, so I was stressing that it will come late. That forum post came before any mail came.
We must have gotten off on the wrong foot, but I'm not here to create war.
I'm very happy with my first purchase with you guys, which prompt me to purchase the second time.
I'm still continuing to purchase as I am receiving the satisfaction and ease of purchase.
The email I sent you through planet vape site was so that I could purchase the persei before my hiking trip, but I haven't gotten a response since now.
So I just purchased what I wanted, but the shipment didn't leave right away. (It's a day behind from my tracking), which is why I called you.
My honest statement here is, "I got a little bit too impatient, and I shouldn't have said anything in regards to PV on the post"
I will delete the post since you're not comfortable with it.

Wow, it took them only 4 hours to answer and you wigged out, shame on you. I have never had issues getting in touch with PV either email or phone. I don't think I ever even got there voice mail and I am not in the same time zone.

It took them today to reply to my email. That's 3 days (business days) to reply. I've called them as well during that time, an automated email was sent to me four hours after I called them. I later did not have problems.

@Tommii, your expectations are not physically possible, you expect a shipping tracking number before it can physically ship SAME DAY and then leave negative comments on other threads. We only have two toll free lines, if they are both in use, you will be transferred to voicemail. Please do not post in this thread anymore as you can't seem to be respectful to others. Thanks! Also we never send automated emails, every email response is hand written specifically to the addressed individual.

I don't think any other vendor comes even close to the contributions PV has made to the vapourizing community. I'm thinking in terms of developing aftermarket accessories that enhance the experience with various devices. e.g the Solo stems just to name an obvious example.

PV throw out the regular doritos got them again lmao. PV rocks and nobody can say anything different. They even do custom stems. If you have to go to a glass blower yourself it wouldn't be as precise or well made. PV we got your back cause you have ours:)

my only issue with PV if i had one would be that they verbally talk about new products and then they never get released and i feel "teased". i know they have no obligation to make stuff so i cannot fault them since their primary job is to sell stuff that is already made. Some examples of what i mean are:

1) FC Bubbler - talked about for a LONG time and even prototype pics were released but the bubbler never got released to the public
2) F-Bomb
3) PV's version of the pinnacle WT but for a solo (sorry been so long i forgot what PV was going to call it)
4) glass carts for the Inhalater

i still think PV is awesome at what they do and that is to sell products already released and get them to my door fast and with bag a chips to help with the munchies. so i am in NO WAY WHAT-SO-EVER bad mouthing them.

I'd like to thank PV for another successful purchase. At ease, you can purchase at fair price, fair shipping, and employees over there will take their time with you once you get to chat with them.

The Persei just arrived in town and later on I'm going to retrieve it.

Sorry for putting pit holes on the highway, no intentions to flip cars.

Will try to take a picture to present the persei like I did with the two sublimators I had in a different thread. (Friend took my sd card so my dslr is awaiting for it)

I received a little piece of paper with my 14mm PVHES GonG telling me they sent me a free Silicone high temp O-ring to install in my Solo. I thought that was really cool. The only problem is that there is no O-ring to be found in the package. Am I missing something? :shrug:

I just got mine as well deadshort and it was on the stem. Have you opened the bubble wrap yet to see?

Oh yeah, I've been using the GonG. No O-ring. I don't think I need it, but I just found it strange to include the note, but not the actual product.

Ask them to send it as it is a great thing to have. If they don't PM me and I will send you one. It works fantastic and as you know stuff loosens in the solo. My gong stem even with the oring is looser then the others so it is necessary for mine. You know they are all slightly different.
