^grokit: And a ceramic heat exchanger
A glass heating element would have to be halogen wouldn't it?

edit: actually I would say that the exchanger on the lsv is the heater cover so it's glass but the element is indeed ceramic.

I believe the glass does heat up on 7th floor vapes, but the main heat exchanger is the ceramic piece with some wire heater in it. Cloud/Vapolution/Vriptech have glass heat exchangers with heater outside of the airpath.

The Cloud was never the first/only vape with an all-glass heat exchanger. Yet imo it has the best exchanger of these vapes so far.

Makes sense. In fact, 250$ is an upgrading program but they let you keep your cloud+, so I can understand it. If someone wants to keep his warranty he only has to pay 100$ more and buy the 350$ package.

My thoughts exactly! But for some reason, I struggled to figure this out at first, back when this was all getting mentioned for the first few times. Clouded vision / judgement :brow:

I must say, I am just so excited this time around (versus waiting for the Cloud to come out initially). I was excited back then, but oh so anxious as well! Now, I'm so content with my Cloud, that I am just flat out excited everytime I see an update on IGG or here!

In the past, it's been said the the Cloud was a possible end to VAS for some, if not many members...I know that aside from a portable solution (pax for me YMMV) all of my medicating need at home are met with the Cloud. So, if they truly can improve on the beast of a vape that is the Cloud (and they've shown that they can) I think VAS may not be so far at bay anymore! With multiple units on the horizon it may be a wonderful time to be a vaporist, but not such a great time to be a bank account or wallet/purse!

I can hardly wait for the day that I have a couple of desktop vapes, and a portable or two (flowers and concentrates, etc) That are all powered by the Monkey!
I just thought of something. Those of us that have a broken cloud and have to send it in are kind of getting screwed on the $250 deal? Well not screwed but not as good of a deal as the others without broken clouds? So basically we send it in and there is no difference in the price? Wouldn't we say get a little more off the price for sending them our old cloud? Because I could probably keep my cloud and sell it for a little bit of money(for someone who would be good at fixing it?) to help with the purchase? Where as the people with perfectly good clouds will have something to sell to basically make up their whole purchase or have a reliable back up? I mean its not like I want my money back, I just feel that we who have to send in our broken clouds(shipping $ and all that) are getting the short end of the stick?
IIRC you get a 50 store credit if you send in a broken unit, VS doing the upgrade with a working Cloud to keep.

I sincerely hope you join us . . . :)

With further campaign extension(s), it'd be no problem. Even if that doesn't occur; I'm sure I'll be able to scrape up some funds from somewhere. Not going to miss out on positively contributing to VXL and this community!

OK, because of VNS, we are requiring everyone to who wants the $250 Eagle upgrade to send in their Clouds whether they are working or not, just like the original trade up program rules. Now it is 100% fair for everyone. (this is a joke)

Seriously though, c'mon dude, this has been discussed ad naseum already and really making us want to re-enforce the original rules of EVERYONE having to send in their Cloud and get only a Nimbus back. Can't you see we were trying to help everyone and be cool about this, to have this brought up again is really upsetting.

On to brighter news...

As for the VapeXhale Beagle... here he is

What proof do we need when doing the upgrade option that we own the original cloud?

Thanks.

If you bought it from our site then we will be able to verify you without sending it in. If you bought it from someone else or a distributor, we will contact you before we ship your unit to verify via video chat

Okay so if I understand correctly what you're saying is that the exchanger and the element are the same thing if the element is in the airpath?

Thanks for clarifying Seek.

any prospective international buyers really interested in the eagle and wanting to make a contribution but extremely worried about customs taxes on top of everything, i got my cloud plus from vapefiend so it worked out really well cost wise, this is playing on my mind and stopping me pulling the trigger....hmmm

white russian,
I'm not a comedian so my jokes are typically bad... ALL JOKES and @vapenstone - no hard feeling, hope you catch a break :)

Lets hope or I'll be out on the street. I have 6k I'm getting screwed over on. Now were done with off topic. I guess I'll hit my da buddha lol

Who owns the OFFICIAL VHB (vapexhale beagle) he looks like a cool dog!

Didn't anyone notice the dog (a pug?) in SM's first Q&A vid? Watching the dog navigate the stairs, one tail wag per stair, definitely upstaged the monkey. The beagle has competition.
