So I was wondering if the cloud can be used in the car with a 400w coleman power inverter. it also says 800w peak output, whatever that means. On the front it says 110~120v AC. It has two 3-prong plugs on the front with a power switch.

Unfrotunately I got banished from vaping in my apartment with my girlfriend, so now I am forced to vape in my car or at a friends. :cry::shrug: (^)(#$)*$)#%(*#)(@*)@

Will this power inverter work? for surge protection, would I just connect a surge protected power strip to the inverter ,and then connect the cloud to the surge strip?

unfortunately I think that will void the warranty. Sounds like your best bet is to get a new gf lol.

I'm hoping to do both and have a spare. Got plenty glass and shit.

Edit...maybe this deal would work best for VXH if they shipped one and then the second one when they get to full production.

Just went there, I get the stream and there is buzzing but I'm thinking the lights have been turned off. There is no image but there seems to be video "noise" showing as blue dots on the black background.

Yeah the audio is working for me, but the video isn't. I watched it before when it was working and that's the noise the machine makes.

Was able to watch the vid, not sure how long it was but it just showed the carving of the units shell. Seemed pretty cool :tup:

hehe well the name isn't important to me, if it's the eagle then I don't care as long as it works like my old cloud did! lol I still like sanford and son the vape better haha :p

will be the cloud 2.0 in my mind no matter what they call it really.

because there's the
Cloud
then the
Cloud Plus.
Which to me is the Cloud 2.0

I'm firmly in the Cloud II camp, since it's an upgraded Cloud and not a different design, and Eagle just doesn't do it for me. But VapeXhale V-Eagle has a nice ring to it, and even Veagle sounds cool, and unique. So if Eagle it is, then I really like the idea of adding the 'V' in front. :tup:

Just figured I would clarify why we are not considering Cloud 2 at this time. We are in a legal battle with Cloud V and Cloud Vapez for violating our trademark. Legal issues can take time to resolve. The biggest problem is when my sales team calls a head shop to offer the cloud, the shop already things they have the cloud ect.

This creates TONS of wasted time for us to build our business. For now we need to more forward with a name that is unique to VXL. I do think that when our marketing collateral comes out the Eagle will grow on you guys :). We will have fun with "veagle" for sure.

(VXL also has 0 intention of ending our fight for the Cloud name) once we properly stop those violating the trade mark, there will be a future cloud product in the next few years for sure!.

Yeah.. the pun of my post was supposed to be a play on D Eagle. D Eagle is a heavy hitter gun.

V Eagle is a heavy hitter vaporizer.

I know all of you get that but I thought I'd spell it out for some that didn't.

Veagle reminds me of beagle. Beagles are enchanted and attracted by odors.. because of the glass airpath the VXL is a good odorific device for detecting flavor. hah...

I guess you can really pull meanings from anything. Reminds me of how religions can get started. "It has sacred symbolic meaning!!"

When I get a vape, the name is the last thing that concerns me. Yet, haing a really cool name, like MFLB, VXC, Volcano, etc. makes it even better. The Iolite, or EQ are names I don't like for example, yet I've still liked these units. The eagle is not doing it for me yet either. Maybe it could change after they reveal their reason to name it like this. i like the V-Eagle variant. A Vape majestic as an eagle and precise as its eyesight...? The Eagle is obscurely concrete, the V-Eagle has more feel as being symbolic to an eagle.

SM55 explained why yesterday if you trail back a few posts. 1) because eagles soar in the clouds and 2) because of what America stands for and the opportunities it has given to him, his family, and others.

Eagles can either be really damn classy or really damn cheesy. It'll be fun to watch it all unfold.

Ah, gotcha. Another obvious one is it's viewed as very legally viable to them.

All I know is I'll probably be calling the ELBs "V Eagle Clips" when it comes out. :brow:

Yeah I'm aware of the 'other' Clouds, but unless they grabbed the name long before they came out with a product, you guys were first, and legalities aside, the appearance may be that they ran you off of using the Cloud name. And if you're going to legally reclaim the name, but proceed with Eagle, what would you do with 'Cloud' at a later date that wouldn't cause confusion? And aren't you guys due for some good luck for a change? ;)
