I dont know if you guys have seen this is the end, but in one of the opening scenes Seth Rogen and Jay Baruchel smoke like crazy, and they also have a volcano and a simple whip vape (looks like a vaporbrothers) on the table along with all of their other paraphernalia. I know its just a movie but they all play themselves, and it was kinda cool just to see that in a movie with all those stars!

Pretty sure I made a sublimator spotting in the new 'Day Today' series (Wiz Khalifa). Can't think of anything else with that form factor, and I think Enrico made a trip out to Greenhouse. Doesn't show actual usage, but I thought it was cool. Helps exposure anyway.
