Discontinued Inhalater XP

Can anyone tell me the difference between the vaporizing high and a combustion high I've never used a vape and I'm excited to use this one (when it FINALLY GETS HERE). Also I also would like to know how much herb you guys put in your inhalator? If I could use .1gs I will be so freaking happy but idk how much to put in there. One last question....anyone use other herbs other than the obvious like lavender, spearmint and what not? does it really work?

I have had my Inhalater XP for about 11 days.


The Good:
Small, Stealthy
Great Battery Life
Fat clouds
Very fast heat up time
nice sized bowl.
Very easy Auto vape, good for people who have never vaped

The Bad:
Taste is bad.
I dont get much vapor before level 6ish temp, and ive noticed the higher the temp the worse the taste gets, in my opinion.
I got a white XP and it just looks like they put a white template sticker over a black one, and has a few imperfections from when it was laid on.
The material used to make the capsule is flimsy, and seems like material you don't want to be heating and inhaling. I am not saying it is not safe, I'm sure it is fine, but it still looks and feels like thin plastic.


I am still trying to get the hang of this thing and I'm sure someone else here has put their technique. The light flashes green until it is ready to hit, and stays a solid green from then on. I am starting to figure out that if you keep waiting after it says its ready, you will get a way fatter hit. I have smoked this vaporizer in a circle with a few people hitting it, and no one really got a hit off it..I am thinking because we were hitting it too fast.

This vape is a lot better through water! works great hooking it up to my friends piece..I don't have a good bubbler at the moment. cheers

good things are good indeed
about the bad things...
taste is bad on higher temperatures but clean capsule+ low temp is awesome taste for enough hits imo
stickers of inhalater imo are a minus on the unit...everyone takes them off and it looks better without them (thats why i though from the beggining coulours is not an upgrade for the xp)
the capsule material on the other hand is really good...if u search on the internet u will see it has 400 degrees melting point.after long time of use u will find out that u can clean the capsule with iso and if u do it often then u can make it almost like new...i have been using mine for 5 months now with dailly care and weekly detailed cleaning and the material of the capsule (except of the little colour it has gotten from resin that doesnt come off anymore because its from hash that stuck on the capsule) is like the one form the new capsules flexible and everything...not like something has changed...about the vapor production i dont know about the new units but all 3 units i had and especially the 3rd one were really beasts...u pack them and turn it up to 1 for the first draws for optimum taste and then turn it gradualy up to 5 for enough extraction and u get clouds almost like smoke...over 5 u need water for sure and the vapor is so dense that makes a bong milk white without even having the light blinking...

Cool man thanks for the reply. I haven't had a bong turn milk white from it, doesn't seem to be producing as much vapor as some other units. But I am going to mess around with it. I have the newest batch. I don't really get noticeable vapor until about level 6 or so, and run it most of the time at 7 or a notch up.

if the new bacht is not as good as the last one and it has same tech bugs as well then this is really dissapointing and i havent gotten any email yet for my replacements either and new people started getting their new units...

@ visionaries, that doesn't sound right, try to pack your capsule down with like .3 .4 and see what happens? I get visible vapor at 2/3.

Yeah how fat/tight are you packing the bowls?

400 Celsius melting point right??? Not fahrenheit i hope!

yes celcius...u can pack really tight except if u grind too fine (mflb grinder-like) that if u pack too tight there is 0 airflow so u cant inhale...

This unit is awesome, it produces bigger clouds than other portable vapes that I seen before (T1, mflb) except FV, but battery life is better than FV and it's more stealth.
The battery longlife depends t° setting: level 6=10 sessions, level 7= 8 sessions and level 8=6sessions,
it's not scientific but I think that it's near of this.
I use it at levels 6, 7 and 8, through water most part of the time, in the garden with birds, shining and peace...

I find that inconsistent with my FV's and XP's. I have owned both units for more than a few months.

I can't get 1/3 the clouds I get with INH on 9 than I can using any technique with the FV. I get bigger clouds on 4 with the XP than the FV. With the FV you have to pay attention to airflow. draw too hard and the vaporization will stop. Not so much with the XP. Slow draw, fast draw all work well. Flavor is better on the FV and its hard not to like the 10 second warm up time.

My XP produces better clouds than any desktop vape I've used except for the cloud. This thing is a monster... better than my vapolution, vapor bros, ssv, and my ExtremeQ. That said the Solo also produces fatter clouds than any of those desktop vapes IMO as well.

I do like my FV, Its my goto choice for quick and easy sessions where flavor is more important. My replacement unit has been getting a lot of use. You might want to keep the FV leftovers around because INH can extract quite a bit more from them......

Like any vape that relies on conduction extra warm up time is good. I set mine to 9 for WP action and let it warm up at least 30-60 seconds more after the light goes off and then rip away. you have to let it recover between hits but I promise I have passed this thing in a circle and people were getting great hits and coughing like crazy. Like any small portable vape your limited by lack of thermal mass and the power of the heater so you need to be lazy at passing this around. this is not a hard vape to master. you should get lots of vapor on 6. My original INH and all 3 XP's have all produced lots of vapor at 6.

as for durability of the cheap plastic capsules. I can report that I have 3 that are 9 nine months old and used all the time. I rotate them through my Everclear jar and use 1-2 at a time. 2 of those are wrinkled because of me sqeezing em early one. Since I've adopted the blow technique for unloading the capsule that 3rd capsule looks like new once cleaned. These things may not appear it but they are durable. I use my XP daily.

Does anyone know where I can find a good bubbler for my XP? I haven't gotten it yet but I was curious what a bubbler actually was. Is it like a bong? and what is it suppose to do? make you higher? or just make the smoke more smooth? can someone please explain the bubblers with the XP's?

Good news, spoke with Inhalater today and they are working crazy hours to get the XPs to distributors as quickly as possible. They have hired additional staff and located to another facility all in hopes of getting the wait times down. We thank all of our pre-order customers for their patience and support, XPs are just around the corner now and we should be able to start shipping mid week, a bit of bad timing now as Canada has a national holiday this Monday closing down all shipping carriers, adding a day delay to shipments.

Hey PV! It's almost 7 months now that we are waiting for some replacement XP's... Don't you think it's time to offer some refunds if Inhalater comes up with more delays?

Its a bong. Click the FC Bubbler link in my sig for what I use with the INH most often.

So it works with the XP? or just the first INH

How is your grind?

I know if you just break with fingers into small compressed pellet like grains, it takes forever to finish it since very little vapor is released over a longer time.

I've tried with the same bud and quantities but with a fine grind vs coarse, and the fine grind (dust like) makes MUCH more vapor than the course.

Something to consider anyway.

After some toying around with my Inhalater XP I realize I was clearly mistaken.

I start it out about 4 now, and work up to 6. 7 to finish of the bowl.

what is the best and cheapest place to get one in europe mainland?

The Inhalaters are coming guys. The postman brought mine today with an extra capsule. Won't be able to test it till later this evening, but I'll report back later. My only minor complaint so far is the plastic surrounding the USB port looks melted and distorted. The heating chamber has a nice minty smell and I do like that the black color no longer has a full body sticker.

So what do we have to do for the extra capsules?

Mine too, looked distorted around the USB, but I thought it was from the white sticker not being applied correctly.

If I knew the white color was actually just a sticker on the outside I would have chosen black..if I take this white off will it leave some sticky residue on my inhalater?

You can take it off, many here do. There is no residue to worry about.
