Big thanks to Vitolo and NYC for the initial info. Also thanks to VB for the $5 off coupon on replacement heaters and $10 off the Dabbler.

Since the battery is basically a 510-style lithium batt (650mA), I decided togive this heater a try. My LHS called them 'vape pen e-nail globe' heaters.
They're ceramic dishes with a glass globe and some plastic and metal parts. They use rubber O-rings that come stock, but I will be upgrading to silicone rings.

~This morning I ordered a Dabbler to use with my loose-leaf herbs. Reading on FC forum it looks as if Dabbler is is not yet adapted for such use. Would like to withdraw my order and wait for herb chamber to be included. I feel confused because I don't know about vaping with waxes or oils. Must be a west coast thing.

The herb attachment should be out soon. But if this is your first vape purchase then you should look into handheld portables, pen vapes are mostly for oil

Really appreciate you doing that!! Ok, we can't cover batteries broken by pairing up with other heaters. We don't know what's compatible or not. And.. that is plastic, right.. around the heater. It being bowed out away from the heater seems way less toxic than other pens where the plastic is right on the heater, but you know my opinion on that by now I guess :)

Soon is turning into later because we really need a big clean hit and there's no micro pen process that can do that for us yet.

Glad you liked the experience working with Vaporwarehouse! Yes, they're always super nice & accommodating.

Must be a west coast thing... yes haha ;) but many things west coast eventually spread to the East. And really... now that we've dabbled in oils, the memory of flowers is becoming distant. Many many people are converted already. Wax/oil sometimes is made really shitty with butane, so you DO have to learn what's good or not, but other than that, get it... soon. :)

Hey Vapor Bros,

I love the dabbler, our fiend Eden gave us one a couple weeks ago and showed us your new box. Great products!
Today when I woke up trying to use my dabbler it just kept continually blinking.
I checked the charge and its fully charged, and really clean.

Has something in it broken? I love this product and need to get it fixed ASAP.

Yes it does need to be fixed! This happens sometimes. If you're sure it's charged and it still blinks, we'll replace the battery. I'll message you details. -Linus V.

Ok no prob!

Thanks for the quick reply! Eden just moved back out to LA and is actually staying with us tonight so we shall be vaping it up with your gear.

As for the pen, let me say this... I have never been this in to concentrates as I am now. The Dabbler literally feels like you're smoking a blunt filled with WAX. And that was a big deal for me, being a major blunt smoker it was always hard for me to get into bongs and concentrates.. The game is now changed. Every hit is huge, and I mean HUGE. I have used the gpen, atmos whatever as well as some other micro gpen, that all claim there are special "techniques" to hitting them... But this thing blows them away. Literally. If you dare to hold the button down for the whole ten seconds you will undoubtedly start feeling the vapor buildup in your chest, resulting in an amazing hit of clean concentrates. I brought this pen to a movie premiere last friday and smoked in the audience the whole time, completely discreet, completely stoned.

Let me say, illicit Blues supports this product.

Thanks !

I'm a click away from ordering one of these.. Here. It's cheaper than Omicron and not having to use a cart is a plus to me, as I don't rely very much on the purity of the concetrates I can get. Mostly budder (is it ok or wax is better?)
My use would be outdoors, as if it was an E-cig.
Is it ok to load it a little bit more or just a dab per time?
If I can get only a few hits I'll end without medication pretty soon outside.

Yes you can and I do.I really push mine to the limit but I also keep a strict cleaning regiment as well. Wipe down and clean out your mouthpiece, keep the threads clean, keep an eye on the piece that sits above the cartridge when you load more, it can get a little gunky, follow Vitolo's cleaning guide for the cartridges to the tee, and you should have zero problems with filling it with more concentrate. Vitolo also confirmed this in one of his earlier posts.
I have been using some drier honeycomb as of late and kinda gently smush down a nice sized chunk(Did I mention how true the taste comes thru as well, and also not just on day 1 of a cartridge, but stays throughout). I don't have a weight to give you, I will try to check next time I fill it up. One thing to note, the Dabbler works so well for me I find myself using less than I think I need most of the times. To me, it is so efficient with my cincentrates, a little goes a long way. Also the Dabbler has become my go to for home, on the boat, at the beach, at work, in the car, at the park, yadda, yadda. I also have a great collection of Thermovape Revolution Darts and as much as I love my Thermovape equipment, this little Dabbler has knocked me off my feet. I honestly don't know what I would change, unless I was being royally anal.
Hope you enjoy as much as I do!

Didn't see my fellow Dabbler owner post before I did:)

Lol I've gotten sloppy on occasions and filled it up to the brim of the cartridge because I had to share it on a ride and didn't/couldn't fidget with reloading. The worst that happens is that air flow can get blocked needing me to take a more stronger puff clearing air path. No leaks ever! Not even when I use it this way. So go ahead experiment with it. The thing that sets this baby apart from other pens is that it is very forgiving and obliges to most techniques with great overall performance.

Thanks guys, dabbler on my way. Hope it arrives soon so I can impress a collegue who just got an e-cig. We tried to vape bubble hasj with his device with no success.

Do not ask about being a beta tester or ask about freebies.

Thanks. I figured that'd be the case and only used it for the initial 'test run'. I have a larger eGo battery that I run with the globe for home use. The Dabbler definitely beats most pens in terms of size and portability.
I did get a confirmation from my LHS that the globe is borosilicate/ceramic dish, but that may soon get it's own thread.

The only problem I've run in to (similar to NYC and Silver420) is getting the central airflow hole 'clogged' and sticky threads. Other than that, the pen hits like a beast.

BTW, that sucks to hear about the loose herb attachment. Until then, let us know if you require any beta-testers for R&D :D.

.Which type of screen do you need to vape loose leaf? I think it's not included with the standard package I'll be getting

Thanks, I think I read of that somewhere in those 5 minutes when I decided to add a Dabbler to my MFLB liquid tray purchase. It's on my way and spending more than 99€ gets you free shipping with DHL that's quite fast in my experience.

Sorry, nope. Crappy hits. I mean, it's OK for some people to insert a stainless 3/8" screen on top of the heater, fill the upper part with a pinch of herbs, and get a light hit. But unless it gives a big vapor cloud, we don't really want to go there.

An herb chamber is in the works but is conflicting with our wish to stay at $100. For now, maybe people will discover wax and not go back.. that's kinda the main thing now.

By the way, if you do try the 3/8" screen, please let us know how it went! I can get some good screens and send them to anybody who wants to try- message me.

It arrived a couple hours ago, I chrged the battery and just had a hit.
Wow if it works!
No herbs I got it, but what's this little screen for? :)

Is it ok to leave some unvaped product on the coil if I loaded it a lot?
I think I'll prefer a big load and many puffs, but what happens if I go to bed and something remains there on the coil?
Thanks for my first E-Cig VaporBrothers.
