Mine just got here. The wt is flawless and a real work of art in its own right. I know everyone says this but, I can't believe how small this whole setup is. I'll say more after I've charged it and put it through its paces.
Now I do have a couple problems, I thought I would be getting the tinted pong but got the clear (no biggie), the wt didn't come in a box or have any plugs (again no biggie, but I thought trvb would like to know). Now onto the complaint that really irks me!!!! There was only one bullet! I remembered people saying this before and come to find out it had one in the chamber, so I looked...... Nada! What's the point of having something easily reload able if you have to unload and reload the same bullet over and over. Other than those few things, I'm aces!

GV said they only sell with one so be aware of that if that is where you got it from. I don't know what happens to the other one that is suppose to be in the box but complain cause there is suppose to be two. I got mine pretty much the same way you did so I guess they haven't bothered to correct the issues.

Don't forget to charge it for about an hour or so after the blue solid light or a full three hours if it comes on right away.

I avoid using the stoppers for my wt after it started getting a rubbery taste from them.

I'd like to find some made of the material used in the bullet stopper toros found that im using they seem " cleaner " if that makes any sense .

Try a Home Brew/Wine shop. They have synthetic/rubber stoppers that don't stink. I believe the top size is #4, but I am not positive, and the bottom one may be a #1. I have #2s but they are too big for the bottom.

Well overall so far I'm pretty goddamn unhappy!!!! With the things I listed earlier now add to it that the weld on the perk is absolute garbage!!!!! If I fill the water tool up to the slits it dribbles right out the bottom gong joint! (no I am not over filling it) there is a plain as day hole right into the perk!!! After waiting all week, looks like I'll be doing a lot more waiting! Very bad first impression for a piece of glass that is so beautiful! This is everything that's had problems so far. I haven't even loaded a damn bullet yet and tried to use the pinnacle itself!!! Trvb there's some serious qc issues on gv's and your end if you're letting stuff like this slip through the cracks! Who do I go to about the messed up glass??? I'm assuming trvb, since it had to "pass" their qc to even get to GV!

EDIT: any problems aside, I have now gone through 1 bullet on low and 1 bullet on high. I have to say the vape itself impresses the hell out of me! Very efficient, beautiful abv, great taste, small, sleek, pretty stealthy if need be, and I get big clouds with it on both settings! If only I could be using the wt with it. It'd leak right down into the bullet. Luckily I caught it before ever trying to mate it with the pn. All in all, as of right now, I honestly think that (besides the few issues with accessories) this would be my ideal vape.

they'll get it fixed for you. I don't know what you are supposed to do, but probably file a ticket on their site or something?

I've pm'd trvb. I figure father knows best! Lol I'll await his input.

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. I would start the claims process with GV immediately. I would also demand o know why you received 1 bullet and no box. Every pinnacle that leaves my factory comes with 2 bullets, and every water tool that comes from us has an official looking box. I can say GV always fixes people's problems, but idk why they would send it with no box. Does it have the word "pinnacle" etched across the WT diagonally?

The Classifieds section is the only place on the forum you can make mention of items you may have for sale or trade. This includes signatures. Warning point issued.

Yes it's an official pinnacle water tool. Man trvb I was really hoping you'd deal with the glass situation. Afterall it's your people that missed this flaw and shipped it to GV. Had someone ever put a drop of water in this thing before it went out the door it would've been noticed immediately! I guess I'll wait the 2 weeks or whatever it's gonna take to get this resolved and then you'll see it all in the classifieds because at this point I'm sour with GV as a retailer and vaporblunt as a supplier. Great customer service! Afterall trvb it was you yourself that sent me to gotvape after I pm'd you inquiring about a pinnacle purchase.

Having agreed that they should have rejected your water-piece for a defect, I think you covered the chastising them part, so I'll cover the devil's advocate part:

This is my water tool (silicone tube is for connection to cera), even though it only has a little bubble in the glass, it bugs me.

But for the price I think we have to put up with it. Visually looking at glass is very tricky, my bubble might look just like your micro-hole. They can't fill them with water because it would take too long to dry and would leave spots.

But they could fill them with air... maybe they could try pressurizing and see if they leak that way?

I'm in Michigan right now, what city do you live in? I'm in Ann Arbor, if you're near me you can meet someone and switch it out.

There are procedures that companies must follow. I break those procedures once in a red moon, but you have to understand I can not run GV's return department. The reality of life is out of my 5 I phones I've owned, one showed up defective. It was a giant pain in the ass to deal with it, but I didn't get mad at Steve Jobs because he didn't personally get involved. I'm here for if one of my distributors doesn't do their job, not to bypass them completely.

I'm sorry that you got a defective unit, but QC isn't always to blame. Any glass blower will tell you glass can crack up to a week after blown if not kilned properly. We actually do fill each on up with water to test for leaks as they are common due to the fact a single pinhole will cause a defect. Not much more I can do.

With that said, I'll have someone meet up with you locally if that is what you'd like.

Flittered water doesn't leave spots, and they dry in a big oven. There is a reason why the pinnacle WT cost hundreds of dollars less than the name brand ones that VXH sells, the people that make ours aren't as skilled as mgw or möbius. What u have there looks like when they did the weld the didn't smooth out a punty attachment all the way, but I can't really tell. Yours is just a visual problem so it would pass our QC, so you're right about it being both annoying to look at and reasonable because of the price.

Vapes on vapes on vapes!
I got my Pinnacle WT today (along with some extra bullets I ordered) and it is a beauty as described. The only problem is that I bought my WT and Pinnacle separately (diff sellers) so now I have to wait for the Pinnacle itself to arrive! Excited/nervous because the tracking information doesn't even have it as "accepted" only "electronic info received", but after a few emails they assure me it's shipped. Hopefully it is. Anyways sorry to ramble, but I'm so excited and will hopefully be able to add real input here in a few days.

Edit: Of course minutes after I complain about it I get an update and an estimated delivery date :p. From doing some reading on the issue it seems (as Quetzalcoatl said below) USPS tracking can be flakey. BTW Quetzalcoatl is actually one of the few things I remember from my college history class. Anyways enough rambling, 2 days and I'll be vapin' on the go with the PN!

Tracking info tends to be useless. Ice has it update from receiving facility to my house, 300 miles away, at once, instead of actually updating as it went.

Quetzalcoatl,
So i finally receive my replacement pinnacle yesterday afternoon from gv :brow: after weeks of waiting i must say that gotvape did step there game up because they sent me not only a replacement unit but all the extras also bullets, brush, charger, etc. so i went through the motions of charging the unit for 4 hours (just to be on the safe side) what i noticed immediately after the 3 hours of charging is that the blue light was solid blue w/ no blinking what so ever ( the first pinnacle would stay solid blue and would blink every 2-3 seconds ) so i knew right away that this was a working unit!

After trying out the pn w/ the gong adapter i am very happy!!! the pn worked beautifully and i give it a 9/10 for stealth! I will give a full review as soon as i get a chance to play w/ the pn at different temps. n also w/ the wt. but so far i am pleased w/ the pinnacle and did realize there is a learning curve for it but as i play it w/ it a little more i do believe i will fall more in love w/ it!

Mine is on its way today! T-minus 8'ish hours (including 4 for charging) until I'm tokin'! Have been saving the last of my stash to use with it. I'm going to have to knock myself out to manage this waiting. :p

After weeks of creeping on this forum for the purchase of my first portable vape, I have finally made an account to say thanks to all of your fantastic information I have happily purchased the PN. I really love this thing. I'm not new to vaporizers, thought I've never actually bought one. I used to use my friends VaporBrothers for years and at one point made my own unit (glass jar and a soldiering iron) so the difference in what to expect from combustion vs vapor was nothing new. With that said, I must say this little guy dues exactly what I want. I love the clean, tasty vapor it produces without huge smelly clouds yet still gets me very well medicated. Thank you all for the great information on this and all the other units I looked into, and thanks so much for TRVB. Thanks to you I'm an extremely happy (and well medicated) customer. I'll be sure to pop in with any other thoughts as I use this baby more.

Vapes on vapes on vapes!
Edit: Found my answer, sorry for not searching long enough before posting.

Anyways, I received it with the blue light solid and I've let it charge for like 20 mins, but I think I'm going to go for it because I saw a post from Engineering way back saying it will calibrate to get its max battery life. About to use it! Will report back later.
