I need to stop letting my friends try out my Persei or O-PHOS though, they always make a clog happen and I need to reflow my carts :/

"Don't forget, you need to pull lightly!" *PFFFFF* "Huh? Why'd it stop pulling? This shit sucks" :horse:

I've lost count of how many times I have lived that same scenario.

Maybe a built in USB jack for the O-PHO :)
Love the Photoshopping in the upper left corner Ataxian.
Nice chart PhotoRider!

My wife would not appreciate it if I put her face on the internet.
Here's my oldest son off the Coast of California!
We never run out of Fish and Lobsters. (California Lobsters are sweet)
Cars, Motorcycles, Boats, Spear Fishing and PERSEI's:
If I have a USB Plug built in to the "PERSEI" mount then I have to add a "O-PHO" to the quiver!

My friend somehow managed to fk my persei's button, It gets stuck if you press it a certain way. Now I have found it very usefull when using bender/hammer :). I just have to take my dabber and press on the very top for it to "un-press".

You may have gotten some oil on the button. Dip a q-tip in 99% ISO and swab around the button and press it rapidly to get some ISO around the sides. I've seen sticky buttons and this usually fixes it.

DO NOT SOAK THE WHOLE HEAD!

What is the website/company attached to the eBay listing? Do you mind posting what you paid for it? Why eBay and not a direct order?

I paid 129.98 on Ebay for black(since 159.99 silver D9V/Ebay looks dumb with black Herc in my opinion) with 90-day warranty through Vapewarranty.com. I didn't want to pay a full $300 for a vape pen that could do herb when I could easily buy a herb dedicated for cheaper. I wanted the pen for the fast heat up, ability to do anything, and its small size. I thought I'd be able to handle it due to my mechanical experience along with owning a few vapes already. I honestly had no idea the warranty came with it, but what a relief that was lol. I'd of rather paid full price for the pen through you and gotten a discount on Hercules, but that wasn't going to happen since it's even more on other sites...

Is there some way I can test a prototype or make sure I get first batch of V2 Hercules(preorder)? THC or DUB?

a poker of some sort will fit in....
I use an SSV stir tool.
Clean the tool well...
leave a hint (NOT a drip... a "hint")
of 91% Iso on it, and set it in the hole... as best you can, let gravity take the poker down, but you can gently assist.
That helps me in similar situations.

Gently poke a piece of wire, straightened paper clip or a needle down the flue (don't poke into the heater just past mid way). Pull it out, wipe it clean, and poke it in again. Keep at it until it comes up clean. Sometimes you need to do it again after the next session if it's bad.

It's easier to clean it out when warm. If necessary you can do the same on the vent tube from the bottom. It's slightly smaller in diameter and the heater is very close there, be extra careful.

Don't "reflow to get hits", something else is going on, fix that before you cook your oil or seals.

does anyone use the persei for e liquids? how well work the steel tank or the cartomizer?

Can't use an Omicron cart, but sure you can use the base if the cartomizer is 601 threading or you get a 601-510 adapter. However, keep in mind the voltage/resistance situation. Using the standard 3.7V single battery configuration is fine, but going to 6 or 7.4V beware a 2.4 ohm cartomizer will be over powered... The Persei sweet spot is the Omicron carts for the power and vape amount. The higher ohm carts can handle this voltage.

Heres a review on the Persei w/ e-liquid tank. Fast-Forward to 13:05... They guys states in the comments under the video that he is only using the Persei for nicotine juice.

It looks like he is using an off-brand tank with an adapter, but you get the idea.

One thing to note - no auto shutoff like others. Its made for extreme power so user beware when using CE4's

Ataxian, I see you are pretty good at PS...

I'm going on a boat trip Thursday until Sunday and I will have a SHORTY setup with a gram of PURE GOLD.
It's easy to be stealth!
I like WAXES the best however sometimes the PG is my only option.

I'll bring 4 fully charged batteries.
Should be more than enough?

That's a lot of juice for PG. I can go through a gram of PG on one battery in an afternoon. I'd be worried about running out of PG more than battery. 1/2g will do me solo for an afternoon but thats about it. great stuff. very stealthy. doesn't last very long.....

Ataxian...brave souls to ride medicated. I can barely ride perfectly sober.
On another note I have the ss tank and its a love/hate rationship. I love it when it works but its a beta stage product. When it works its great but more than 90% of the time its either leaking or dry burning. Dont use aw batteries with it either. I recommend buying the adapter set and getting a tank from ibtanked. Zero problems with my ibtank so far. When im at an actual computer ill post a more in depth review of the ss tank and some tips and tricks.

I hate to say it, but this is getting ridiculous. Not only did I never hear back from D9V when I first contacted, but on to my third message now and nothing back yet. My packages left the same day, one to Cali(Hercules/D9V) and one to Georgia(Persei/Ebay seller)....Well, the ebay seller in Georgia already received and sent a replacement. They kept in contact the entire time, made a phone call to confirm, everything went great... Now we come back to D9V that not only hasn't responded even once, but they haven't bothered to send anything or even update my order....

I will not ever be purchasing again from D9V nor recommending anything to anyone. This whole experience has been awful and the service sucks balls. $100 and I can't even get 5 minutes of their time....

Colfire have you tried calling d9v directly? I have found their ticket/email service to be slow when theyre busy. But when calling they always seem eager to provide resolution. It might be worth the 5 minute investment.
