OF is pretty fond of his Vap, maybe he'll chime in for a second.

What did I do this time? Whatever it is I'm sure I can clean it up. Or blame it on someone else......

Vapman? Seriously cool IMO. It works well on an even smaller pinch of bud than the box. Taste is generally very good. For a fun video of the Swiss using it and making it check these out:

IMO it's a great match with MFLB. You can also get an unfinished model straight from the Swiss very quickly and at a good price. Or a normal one for that matter, along with some neat exotic wood stems (Hawthorne?) and spare parts.

Not a good party vape, but works great in my garden.....

Should batterys get too hot to handle while charging or is somthing wrong with my charger? They were in charging for five or six hours but the indicator lights stayed red... But they were so hot I removed them anyway, really really hot.

That indicates your charger is faulty and probably isn't terminating properly. They should get warm but no too hot to handle. I would not use that charger again. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the batteries could have been damaged by the overheating.

I'll be damned. That's the first time I've seen that. I didn't even know they endorsed any other vaporizers. I don't even know anything about that vaporizer either. I think that is a new addition to the MFLB website.
I think I remember seeing it there last year.

EDIT:
But ever since I got my UD my memory has been a little foggy.

I wish someone could verify my memory!

The "friends of Magic Flight" link was probably there before Europe, but I'm pretty sure they added Vapman after they got back.

Bummer, kind of what I figured... However I am within the 90 day warranty so I'm hoping the charger is covered. (maybe even the batterys?)

Regarding the heat generated by charging batteries, when my batteries are empty and I put them to charge, after about 4 hours the LED turns green, but my batteries are really hot. I can still hold them in my hands, but not without experiencing discomfort, and I can't hold them very long.

Edit: And they still work well after about 6 months of occasional use (about 10-15 trenches a month).

OK then, but it makes me wonder just how hot they are "supposed" to get according to the folks at MFLB.

Well for one thing, they're supposed to fully charge in 4 hours. If your LED is still red after 6 hours, there probably is a problem.
I wrote this post essentially to tell you that even if your batteries got really hot, they are not necessarily damaged, but the problem can still be caused by the charger, as stated by pakolo before.

for what it's worth, i can confirm seeing it at least since last summer, don't remember the exact month though, but it was definitely already there, when they launched they wpw.

You are probably right Vicki, last June it wasn't there, but it's there since at least November.
I personally remember seeing it in late September when I bought my box.

(not that I don't have anything else to do besides "verifying your memory")

I'm planning on buying the new batteries. Should I charge them once they arrive or do they have enough juice to be used immediately?

Drop em in the charger to top em off. Depending on how long it was sitting on the shelf it could take 20 mins to charge or a full four. Both of the last kits I bought (this week) were fresh and only needed 20 mins in the Maha charger.

The new batts rock!
