Cloudy...
I have no "plastic" in between my cloud "core" and heat cover. Looks as if it may be a spacer used to properly position the heat cover that wasn't removed before shipping.

Thanks VaporEyes, your unit is a Cloud+? I wrote an email to VXL crew yesterday, when they answer me I will post what is it

An "old model" Cloud upgraded to +, actually. Hope VXL is able to answer your question better than myself.

I have kept myself out of this thread as much as possible, but the moment has finally arrived. I pulled the trigger on my :bowdown:Cloud +

I can only imagine how this weekend and next week is gonna feel, knowing en route is pure gold!
I cant wait to put my filthy hands all over it, after washing my hands thoroughly of course. :)

It's going to be a big step-up from the HA; I can tell you that much. Welcome to the ranks, Live-N-Learn.

Thank you. I cant wait to experience it first hand, and finally not be as mystified by the cloud. I used the GonG adapter for the HA, and it milks my mobius quite well. I can only imagine how the cloud will do, I really am curious to see if the taste would be a noticeable difference as well. I'm a pretty happy camper right now. lol

The HA is going to the bench, still starting for the end of the season though. :brow:

So all of these clouds on sale for 4/20 are basically being sold with no warranty?
I am curious about this as well. The EZV site VXC page reads:
http://ezvaporizers.com/all-vaporizers/by-type/whip-vaporizers/vapexhale-cloud/prod_864.html
"We ship only the newest Cloud Plus version of the VapeXhale!"

And about Warranty it states:
"- Authorized Dealer: EZVapes.com is an authorized reseller of all VapeXhale products. As an authorized reseller we include the full 1 year manufacturer's warranty covering your vaporizer against defects in manufacturing, parts and labor. All isntructions to register your warranty included in the box."

So if someone buys from there with discount and they have a warranty issue within 1 year, VXC will deny warranty coverage? Will EZV provide warranty coverage for 1-year? Seems like unknowing consumers could be penalized for distributor/reseller having a sale price?

Cloudy...
Cloud + is really impresive. I had a couple of overmedications while testing different temps, draw speed and how much meds I put in my ELB's. This vape is an incredible beast, my tolerance will have to grow if I want to take more than 3 full hits :freak:

Edit: How I register my international Cloud for the warranty? I didn't receive any instructions in my package

I spoke on the phone with them, and they assured me it will be a +Plus model. If not, I will be calling, and will not be a happy camper. I will go as far as to say I will be speaking impolitely, with profanity being involved in every other word. :D

VapeXhale Warranty registration page is here: https://www.vapexhale.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=88

My understanding is that Cloud Plus units include a 2-year warranty.

From my understanding, according to Troi, the Cloud can not be sold under MSRP. The distributor can include any accessories/store credit/whatever they deem fitting, as long as the price of the Cloud is unaffected.

It seems that EZV is making a price change and they are selling the Cloud below MSRP, how would an unknowing consumer know what Troi wrote here when they were making a purchase from the EZV website (and/or other resellers who sold them discounted)? And when/if there is a warranty issue, who would consumer take it up with, the reseller or the mfg?

Unless they browse this forum, I doubt they'd have any foreknowledge about this subject before purchase. I think this was supposed to be discussed with all those wishing to distribute the Cloud. I can't answer the question of who this should be taken up with but sometimes... it's best to go to the source.

So it would seem that consumer would take it up with reseller (who is selling the Cloud below MSRP and violating the consumer by advertising warranty even though mfg will deny warranty claims on that unit)?

Can someone take a look at my pics and tell me if his cloud has that plastic and if it's even or is like mine?

I'm really intrigued and you only have to take a look :ko:

My Cloud + is from the same batch as yours and I don't have anything in between the inner and outer casings- it looks like a bit of tape to me, probably left there by mistake. Best to check with VapeXhale anyway.

Quick Q. Does the Cloud+ make a whistling sound? I hear in many videos a whistling sound. If so, is it really loud?

It does make a sound and that sound will get louder the harder you pull. Unless you have someone standing right beside you they're not going to hear it though. Water pieces make more sound than the Cloud does.
