I have enough trouble with putting silicone at the ends of glass to make the attachments. I don't think I am going to mess with the screen as of yet. Maybe boiling longer may clean it.

That is what I was afraid of. This puts a crimp in safe travel but I will figure out that part when the time comes if it comes. I guess by then the prices will drop and I can just buy a clean one. I never understood pricing. How much can a piece of plastic with a screen cost to make...even with profit and mark up it seems high to me but what do I know. I am not in business so have no idea what is involved.

Casting a mold costs money, materials, the factory has to pay its workers and charges for the machines, quality control means not every single piece will make it through, they've got to pay shipping from factory to them... lots of little variables that add up.

To say that I'm pleased with my Pinnacle would be a massive understatement, this thing is fantastic! I have however noticed that the supplied mouth piece comes off quite easily. So, I was wondering if the 14.4 mm adapter fits more securely on the unit than the regular piece.

Anybody here ever order straight from VaporBlunt ? I want to get a PonG adapter and some more cartridges for my pinnacle , and was wondering how the ordering experience was.

After I read here on the forum about packing your load a bit and then adding a screen in the
bullet, I tried it and I got some great results but now it seems like the screen on my mp gets sticky with resin much faster than usual, anybody else noticed this?
The pic below shows my sticky screen wich was cleaned with iso just a few sessions ago

That screen looks soooooooooooooooooo clean compared to mine and mine is freshly cleaned.

So I may have lost my Pinnacle's box... I noticed that the warranty says "The unit must be returned in its original packaging along with receipt of purchase." TRVB, if I were to have a problem with my device at some point (knock on wood) would the receipt of purchase be enough? Or would the warranty not be honored unless I found my box?

I didn't even notice a warranty card or whatever although I don't often read that stuff except the instructions I need.

Yes Shmoo, at this time i have bought a faulty unit (my PN has run only 3 times) at GotVape.
They told me to contact VaporBlunt, and VaporBlunt told me to send my unit WITH THE BOX.
My wife has thrown the box, so i don't have it anymore !!!!!!!!!!

At this time here is the last answer @ VaporBlunt :

"I do apologize but we would need the box"

Great news. I have bought a PN who don't work and i can' t resend it back ???!!!!!!

So yes, KEEP THE BOX, ALWAYS !!!!

I hope i can find a solution with TRVB..???

Fucking stupid...Thanks for paying your hard earned cash for a faulty product, next time you purchase from us, pls keep the box so we can replace it..LMAO .. I would tell them to shove it

Well I kept my box, actually did not even have time to throw it way bc my PN also only worked 2-3 times.. Mine was a POS apparently .. GV did not tell me to contact TRVP.. They are handling it.. Said I should receive an RMA today... We will see.

Warranty laws vary from state to state. You should check yours. I believe the warranty is for the product. Not for the box. Unless the box was defective....

We would never hold up a faulty unit repair over a box. That rule comes into play for refurbished units. GoGlass, call our support line and talk to David. He is relatively new so maybe he is just looking to the website for his answers. Tell him I ok'd it, and he will check with me

I hope this policy changes in the near future or I won't be getting a Pinnacle Pro. My wife also has a tendency to throw out 'unused' boxes without informing anyone.

Having to keep the box is ridiculous. You have a dated receipt in your email and that should be good enough.

Like I said, we would never hold up a real repair over a box. You would be surprised with the things people do to get their money back sometimes, so often rules are there just in case we need them.

The real problem is we are growing as a company and we have lots of new faces around the office. When those guys try to deal with problems on their own its like 3-4 degrees of separation from me and it doesn't always get handled the way I would have done it. That is why I am accessible here and @ vaporblunt1@gmail.com for anyone. I think I would have a hard time finding a person on here whom I haven't taken care of if they were in a bad situation.

That is great to know TRVB. We hate to be left out in the cold and glad you aren't doing that.
