How hot will it be on the exposed surface outside? Just wondering the possibility of having the Nibbler fit over it with a small teflon sleeve between the two... (It would have a channel for the air cut in it, and being teflon (rather coated on a carrier, yes), would bit fairly rigid..)

New, second generation Hercules. No silicon, no solder, no nichrome wire, no silica wick, complete user serviceable medical grade parts.

Hello Guys, can someonone explain me if this 2nd gen Hercules will be better than V1 for herbal material ?
Is it always a 100% conduction vape in this case ? Thanks !

You're not serious, right? OF COURSE YOU CAN, CUT IT OUT!!!

That's not a modest overload, it's four frigging times more than designed........

IMO you're very lucky you didn't blow it up.

OF is right you can damage your unit and explode something if using the wrong voltage with the wrong Hercules.

You can't damage the Hercules by pulsating the button if you use the correct voltage with the correct Hercules.

Don't listen to OF he's being funny.

You can't damage the Hercules by pulsating the button.

Actually I was being serious. "Pulsating" and "pushing" are two different things. Accidentally putting a 2.4 Ohm cart on a HV rig and really really enjoying the first hit to have it blow up on the second is a very popular thing. Ask around.

Pulsing (with some limit on duty cycle and on time) is fine, but that part needs to be spelled out.

To answer his exact question 'can I damage it this way?' the answer is absolutely yes. Lean on the button for a bit........

Nobody should read the OP and try it based on what was said.

You right OF I didnt realize that he was using a 3.7v Hercules with 7.4v setup.

Yes he can cause great injury with that setup no matter if its a push or pulse.

I posted about a broken herculese a month ago. lightbulb, Mar 15, 2013

I thought I would bring it to the forums attention that I have still not received any warranty with my broken items. And communication has become flaky with their http://www.livehelpnow.net tech support.

maybe its customs or something, but i haven't received a shipping notice nor tracking.

Should have bought a bubbler :(

hahha well im just being a dumbass thank you guys for the info,

You're very welcome. Dumb mistake, maybe, but I see nothing to support the other part. You sought advice, right? Dumb folks don't. Right?

Good luck with your next experiment.....then again you seem to be a lucky fellow.....wanna buy me some Lotto tickets?

Sorry to hear you're having troubles, that's too long a time, but I'm not sure what you expect us to do with the information?

Did you 'open a ticket'? Other systems seem problematic sometimes, that one seems to work very well for most guys.

Through that system you should be able to follow what's up with your unit. It sounds like you've returned something? That should show, it has for me when I had to send stuff in for service.

I'd try an e-cig specialty shop. We have a couple an hour south of you so I'm guessing you should have at least one in Temecula. These shops usually sell vape pen battery units, tanks, atomizers, and adapters.

Anything on the above @THC SCIENTIFIC? Better herb performance, or an herb cart or sleeve?

If it is full conduction w/ herb in a Herc how about a glass dome / tube / sleeve / over the nail? Have it work kind of like a mini-bender. I don't own a Herc and have never seen one being loaded, so I don't know if you always just tossed ground flower in to the chamber with a bare nail or if there were other pieces involved, but if it is bare, a nice heating medium, I.E. Glass, seems to have been working well for the Persei.

ok, the hercules for herbs runs using only the 3.7v set up and the Bender works by using the 7.4v only? So does that mean I can use the hercules with the short ss tube and aw imr 700 and it will work?

Is this a dream is that really the next gen Herc!! Looks amazing!

When it's time to throw in another wax, I try to ensure I go from thinner to thicker, cuz the thicker it gets, the longer it's going to stay in a while. Putting in a thinner wax will likely get hung on the thicker parts and not flow so well (unless you get the thicker stuff to eventually vape off).

Of course, your mileage may vary because this is only based on my perception of reality.

EDIT: Oh.. I see you're gonna mix them.. Really depends on the melted consistency of each.. They may be similar and mix well? At first I thought you meant "Pure Gold", and yeah, that'd cause more issues.. I think you're Golden :)
