Recent Acquisitions - Post Your New Pieces Here

I was looking for a piece with a little less diffusion than my SG so I picked up this 2012bc TopHat perc from PeachyLab (great website and fast shipping by the way) in hopes of making a custom "water tube" for my Cloud. I love the quality of BC glass and this perc is gridded with 32 holes. Still need to get a female-to-female adapter and a mouthpiece for it though, anyone know where I can find a spare 2012bc bubbler mouthpiece? I've tried a few of the bigger online shops and they're either out of stock or won't ship outta state. Gave it a pull test and it was extremely smooth, actually way smoother than my original Evolver HydraTree. This is my first 2012bc piece but definitely not the last.

You could buy a vapor tamer mouthpiece from 7th floor

Thanks for the tip Bouldorado, the angled one looks like it would work. I just really like everything about the 2012bc mouthpieces: the length and angle of the whole thing, the diameter of the mouthpiece hole, and the two weld rings (I guess?) on it as well. I posted a Want To Buy listing in the Classifieds, maybe someone will be able to help me out if BC Smoke Shop in Texas can't come through.

Picked these up in LA awhile back, that domeless nail I gave away the next day cause I left it on hot , and caused a little hairline crack in the stemless tube, so I dont recommend them =) besides that, The name of the glass company is Bent Glass.... Dont know much about them , but super satisfied!!

I just bought my second piece by Burner Glassworks. I really like my older tube, the diffusion is unbelievable for the $75 that I paid for it. (This is the older one)

The dirty one on the left is a few months old, I picked up the one of the right for $190 today. Its right at 13 inches tall, the base is wide and heavy, I can sit sit it down on the carpet without any fear of it falling over. I've been wanting something with a bent neck for a long time, I've only had straight tubes and I'm tired of them.

They're blown really close to where I live and their company is fairly new. I've been told by different people at different shops around that some guys that worked with SYN are blowing glass for Burner now. They make great glass from everything I've seen and heard. Here's there website, they have some of their work pictured.

Yea, no shit! So... I'm tstat and I'm a Mobius addict. I blame Pappy for that, and now I have something else to blame on him. My new "heady" addiction. Well, it may not be full blown, it's begun. Here is a new piece I got from him. It's made by Aaron Vigil:

I have hooked it up to the Cloud and that small neck makes for a great shot of vapor. I also tried a bit of bubble and it was incredible. I don't a proper torch or dabbing tool yet, so it wasn't perfect, but damn!

Sorry the pics are from my phone. My nice camera is somewhere at 11,000 feet burried in the snow at Snowbird. Along with my MFLB and some batteries, LOL!

Thanks goes to Pappy for setting up a trade for this beautiful piece of art!

First, congrats on the new mini. Def. a sick one. I hear ya on the heady addiction. As soon as you start adding color, the clear pieces just don't seem to match up.

Once you get yourself a torch/dabber, you may want to consider buying a 45 degree adapter, so that the nail sits upright at 90 degrees. You can dab it fine without one, its just a little more convenient when the nail sits upright, imo. Easier for slam dunking shatter thats for sure.

So, along with my first heady piece, I also got this monstrosity! It's made by the Rev and comes with adapters for 18 or 14. As crazy as it looks, it's very functional and hits really nicely.

Is that a Fender head/cab hiding in the background to the right? Do tell :)

Good eye ;) You are correct. What we have there is a 1967 Fender Bassman Silverface with Blackface circuitry on top of a 2x12 Fender cab that has been converted to a combo running a 1966 Fender Bandmaster Blackface into some vintage 1970s celestion G12s. It sounds like the voice of god with my deluxe tele.

And now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

LEGIT set-up brother. It is almost certain that that sounds like the voice of god. I'm very jealous. As soon as this damn GAS goes away, I intend on upgrading my gear to baller status. Nothing like flipping one addiction for another...
