That company has some nice cases but they are expensive as you said. It gives you the best of both worlds, soft but padded.

I am a zipper snob, always looking for YKK zippers.. Usually if a case has YKK zippers the quality is there throughout.

I picked up this case and have been happy with it:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/321065879125

It has a little padding is really solid but not too cheap compared to others.

That looks really nice! It has more protection than mine, for sure. I picked one with less padding because I was looking for the smallest possible case that still provides SOME protection. I almost went with http://www.amazon.com/Ape-Case-Hand...UTF8&qid=1365614581&sr=8-46&keywords=psp+case but decided against it since it's a bit bulky. It's a really nice case though, google it if you want to see more pictures. It has a good amount of padding, is durable, and is water resistant. The only thing I couldn't determine was if the elastic straps were going to be tight enough to hold the PN and WT, since I couldn't find a picture of it without the PSP in it.

A battery pack to recharge. It typically sits further down so I pulled it up a little so people could see, guess not enough.. The case is not really what I consider compact, but very effective. I can zip it up and charge in the case and the way the PN sits in the pocket I don't really ever have to worry about accidental button pushing.

How long does it take to charge the Pinnacle? I carry a 10000 mah battery pack with me all the time, so that sounds interesting.

How many sessions (full bowls) can you get our of your Pinnacle with it fully charged and with the batterie pack?

Sorry, I don't really know but hopefully someone else here does. My guess is about 5 or 6 sessions until a new charge is needed. The way my blue light works, it is hard to know exactly what is going on. I'd probably recommend a better battery pack if you are on the road a lot, mine bailed me out a couple times but is somewhat underpowered compared to others that are bigger.

Taking the information that I have gotten from this forum so far (so I could be wrong) but Kaptan mentioned before that it was an 18650 battery inside the pinnacle which is not typically lower than 2250mAh. So theoretically with the 10,000mAh battery you should be able to recharge 4 full cycles. TRVB and Engineering said that with normal usage you should get 4 sessions out of a fully charged battery.

Long story short with the 10000 mAh battery pack and a fully charged unit you should net about 20 sessions.

Now I just need to get my replacement back so I can test out this theory.

I still want confirmation from engineer that it is safe after the whole wrong plug issue.

A member posted this link in another thread for silicone caps. Do you think any of these might fit on the bullets? I can't measure in metric or American so if someone can please it can help us all out. http://www.componentforce.com/category/19/silicone-rubber-caps Please post the measurement results ID, OD of the top of the bullet and the bottom which I assume is close to the ID of the top.

Dreamerr, already got the thumbs up.

can you tell me what ISO you are using? We are testing this right now, I have not seen that occur in our facility.

All clear parts should not be affected by ISO or boiling (Tips can be used in ISO) Also, Clear tips are OK to Boil, I will have to double check on the Black tips, and obviously, Flavor tips are not OK to boil.

Edit: Also, a 5V 3A battery backup will be fine to use.

I would use something like this because it's circular. Rubber band it around the pinnacle and your streamline. I have a slim battery pack for my iphone and ipod, great batteries from anker. http://www.amazon.com/Anker®-Astro-Mini-2600mAh-Ultra-Compact/dp/B005X1Y7I2/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1365646087&sr=8-8&keywords=anker battery
5v 2600 mAh.

I would stick with a 3A output capable battery for the speed of charging. The .8A would take forever (and only give about 1 charge) and the 16,000 mAh one does not state the output, but due to the review that says it takes a long time to charge, would bet that it is 1A out.

The top of the bullet is 11mm so the 11.1 mm ID caps would probably work. They would be a little longer than the entire bullet itself though so you would probably need to cut them. The bottom of the bullet is closer to 8mm.

I tried a few caps out from other companies but still think that Toros23's idea is the best I have found so far.
Ordered the stoppers I mentioned from couple pages back and they'll work until something better comes along.. Just have to trim them a little

I will see how much the samples are and try them. I don't have those things toros has. I did tried the ear plugs...fail...then I thought maybe the air cap from a bike just missed. I have been packing them tight so nothing falls out and the herb drys till I am ready for it. I have just been putting it in a film container for now.

Ok so with that charger is it ready to go as is or do you have to buy a special connector? What are the links for the approved one?

I must say there is a wealth of knowledge in this thread. All the reviews and discussions on pros/cons, techniques, and general feedback made my decision on which vape to buy much easier. So I'll start by saying thanks!

I decided to go with the PN as my first vape (Yes, I'm a vape newb) after sifting through everything you all have had to say about it and I am really glad that I did because it fits my needs perfectly. After a painstaking work day tracking it on UPS.com, it arrived in the mail yesterday evening.

Having read about the battery capacity and indicator issues, I made sure to charge it for a full 5 hours prior to using it. Before my first session I let it run on high for about 7 minutes in order to bake away any off flavors. I then shut it down, packed a bullet about half way, loaded it and set it to low. My roommate and I ran it on low for about 6 minutes and were getting minor vapor clouds (increasing in density throughout the session), which is exactly what I expected and was looking for. We then bumped it up to the high setting to see the difference and there was a noticeable increase in vapor. Basically exactly as described numerous times in this thread.

I could not have been happier with the results of that short session, however this is where things started to go south. About 3 minutes after we bumped it up to high, the low battery indicator (alternating blue and orange flashing) came on and the unit shut down within a minute. All in all I got about 15 minutes of run time from the initial charge. I figured that maybe the battery needed to go through a cycle to "stretch its legs," if you will, so I didn't panic and just plugged it back in to let it charge overnight. I unplugged it the next morning after a solid 7 hours charging. When I got home this evening I went to turn it on and it blinked really fast and would not turn on indicating the battery was dead.

I took this as a sure sign that I got a defective unit, so I called up VaporBlunt customer service. The guy I talked to was very helpful, but unfortunately they are a bit short staffed right now so it looks like it might a be a bit before they can address my issue. He thought it might be in sleep mode so he told me to double click the button, but that did not work.

After that call I plugged it in again for 3 hours. Solid blue light, turned it on, 3 seconds of warm up and it shut down again. Plugged it in yet again and it is blinking away as if it went throughout the full charge in 3 second.

Any advice? Or should I just wait to hear back from VB and go from there?

Apologies for the lengthiness and for posting off-topic.

I purchased the same setup as ZAMD:

Bad news CookieMonster, mine had the same issue and I am waiting on a replacement. The fast blue light gets a little frustrating! :bang: I fell in love quickly also and tried everything to try and fix it. Hope this isn't a trend...

How long have you been waiting for a replacement? Just so I can get an idea of what I am in for, haha.

Thank you ever so kindly. I get very confused when we talk about this kind of stuff and don't want a repeat of the last incident.

FYI - The silicon stops are working much better than I expected. I don't think you can find them in small quantities but they are easy to lose so it is good to have lots of extras.
