I had a DaVinci , and Ian not gonna lie , think it hit harder with oils than with herb!
I would put a dab or two WOR on a piece of organic cotton and roll it up and dump into the DaVinci oil can ,worked amazingly!

I, too, shall vape some more in hopes the Ascent will materialize. A 'vape dance' if you will.
Speaking of, I rearranged my room so I have greater space to literally dance about while vaked

I believe Ascent needed to be upright for the oil part of it,(so the oils can's wont spill and leak oil) but as far as flower it could of just been straight.............but I think they felt that this version would accommodate oil and herb into one design, rather than make two different gong adapters!!!!!
I would probably opt to buy this and a shorter one for herb's if ever available !!!!!

I think it just broke when I looked at it. Sorry but that looks awkward and extremely fragile not to mention more expensive than a strait gong. lots of us don't use oils so I hope we will be able to buy a cheep strait gong.

I don't know about that GonG adapter that just screams "lets see who can break this first". With such an amazing design for everything else dosen't it feel like the adapter was a little rushed? From how it looks in the picture it seems like it would be taller then my entire piece. The vape it self seems like a amazing, well built, well thought out and sturdy package then that adapter seems so... well not any of those. With that being said, I have still never wanted a vape more then the Ascent, I'm sure we'll find ways around this.
