A big "thank you" should go out to the PIU team for making the FV available to a broader audience! We know it will be a huge success!

We hope the FV will bring many new users the enjoyment of vaping through a simple to use, yet powerful device!

Any incremental design changes on the FV puffitup is selling?

that's great, FV, and a great choice of vendors! Are they going to carry both the FV and the FVS2?

I'd hope that they'd hold off on the S2 until a new spacer is announced. On the other hand I have a suspicion that the S2 spacer was what convinced PIU that the FV might be the next big thing.

I broke my first S2 spacer almost immediately but the replacement they sent was noticeably thicker and stronger!

Still working fine, this one feels like you can take it out all you want without damaging it, just be gentle

Definitely will be picking one of these up as soon as funds allow, I've already bought 1 vape this month...

Is there any kind of coupon code that will work with the FV on PIU.com? I tried FC-1 and its invalid.

I've ordered some too and tried it! By the way i found that using the 5sec pre-heat it is then really hard to get the good "stream". I mean the draw force/speed through bubbler is much lower than without so the vapor is much hotter and you can get close to combustion much faster (a friend did..).

The vapor stay in the chamber and get cloudy much faster with the bubbler. Hope this is understandable.
While my technic for a good hit is : a good steady stream coming through the window to avoid the vapor to stay in the chamber.

So Kelper and Vitolo :
What is your technic? I tried to pull almost as soon as i press the button, but then the result is pretty similar. I didn't tried more since last time, also i like dry hits so don't really need a water tool.

Well I've decided I'm all in on vaping and as much as I love my Cera the thought of having to send it in for repairs and being vapeless is shitty. This thing looks like a beast and the best bang for your buck out their right now. I like that its not made in china and is built to last. I also like being able to do small loads .1 or so to conserve. I think i see a FV in my near future.

Edit: found my answer , glad this thread isnt 100's of pages yet :bang:.

Hold button 5 seconds, begin drawing, and release button as I draw...... shake... repeat till happy.

technique 2 for FVS2:
Hold button down for 5 seconds, begin drawingwhile button is held down, and then.....
draw until my experience through trial and error tells me things taste "hot enough" and then release button as I finish my draw.

Great news indeed - you might want to send them updated pictures of your branded batteries though, since I can tell you put some work into getting them wrapped just right. I see they're out of stock already, I hope that means we'll have some more happy FV owners here soon.

In unrelated news, I finished a 2-week T-break last night. With a single large hit from the S1, I was up in deep space quickly. Its a very effective design. I'm admiring my black unit sitting on the desk camouflaged within all the other all-black electronics and accessories. I'll bet the gunmetal grey unit will be a work of art.

In addition to what Vitolo said, I fill the bubbler only about 1/3 full - this reduces drag to an acceptable level but still cools and hydrates adequately for me. I preheat approx 8 seconds with the chamber half full of crumbled herb. I've only tried with stock FV, not S-2.

Ok, thanks for your answers. I'll give it some others try later (not i didn't succeed before). In fact i got nice clouds and much "easier" cause of the filtration. But what i could see from the window was telling me that the t° was getting even much more higher.

Something else, now : My spacer finally broke... I can see that the way i'm setting it in place now, it doesn't fit tight around the chamber (there is a fine space open to fixed screen). Because of tricky removing, etc...my screens are bent now.
Anybody has another option to get it in original form? Or close? I tried to bent it slightly in the other way (as adviced), but then it got just worst and worst. Also broken spacer is the cause problem : the screen doesn't stay flat anymore and cause light bending. :\ So i plan to try and use only stock FV batteries untill new spacer will be at home !

Otherwise the flashvapebomb is my best compagnion for outdoor trips atm! A small banana-bag or something like maybe the trick for summer!
Also have to say that once the ritual and tools/technic is pass, the cleaning and reassembly process isn't a pain! Just use patience.

Put your screen on a flat surface so that the concave side is facing down. Rub gently but firmly with the flat end of the brush handle until the curve is gone. If you rub too hard you'll get a bit of reverse curve, but all you have to do is flip it over and do it on the other side. It's easy to get it pretty flat in a minute or less.

Thanks! Unfortunately i lost it (:( why i tooked it out?). I was especially thinking it is a nice tool with multiple use (kief,...). And it seems that this small usefull thing isn't availlable somewhere?

I assume you mean you lost your brush. You can use anything similar, I just mentioned the brush because that's what I used and I thought you'd have it.
