Sometime's I'll be laying on my couch with my ticker behind the arm rest my head is laying on and I won't hear it. I start to panic and lift my head up, turn my ear toward it, focus, and hear it clicking away. Then my heart rate settles knowing my Cloud is ready to go whenever my lazy ass is. I have gotten so used to it. I couldn't imagine having a new silent one, I love my Cloud just as she is.

Desk.com is a really popular CS platform. Something must be wrong with their certificate registrar to not apply the cert to the right domain. Sure it will get cleared up soon.
You are totally safe to click proceed and go to that site, it is not a hijacking or drive by download hack or anything like that, just a minor cert issue.

I just tried and got the same warning screen that I get when going to my companies exchange online. If you click proceed anyway it should (did for me)take you to their support portal.

So happy! Been waiting for a Mobius Ion Matrix to show up on Aqua...they just put up a bunch of Mobius items...and best of all I got the discount that is in effect...280 for an Ion matrix! I know some people were looking for this...better go grab it while you can...

Got the replacement for my replacement Cloud Plus today (issue was hydratube connection on first cloud plus).
Looks like some issues have been taken care of:
- packaging was perfect, e.g., fragile label, and very well packed unit and hydratube
- bamboo is in the correct place
- hyrdratube and unit mate perfectly
- even a new stylish chrome dial! lol.
- no dings nor scratches
- some misalignment of the shell like other units. (no more than an original unit I own, however... to which I say, "so what!"--I didn't notice this until it was pointed out . . . )
The only thing left to do is another comparison with an original unit : ) Suppose that will be tonight!!

So are people with the dinged up and rough clouds sending them in? Also what should the new temp range be for the cloud +? Ive been having to use mineat around 2 oclock. Did someone say the new ones are shipping with chrome dials. Are the ones with the chrome dials running hotter? And is it possible to send it in for them to dial in the temp or re align the case? Thanks all, sucks cause it's working great just aesthetics and a little cold.lol. peace

lol...sweet. i wonder how many of those have gone since noon today...they were still sold out this morning. had i not been hipped to the hot fact. i was going to drive 6 hours to get one.phew!...thanks FC and thanks ALT...and thanks ireindl. saved me $70 in glass and not even sure in gas....time...travel.Me three!
