Cloudy...
I'm in the market for a new vape to use through water and unrestricted draw. For a long time I wanted the Cloud, but lately I have been watching the MV post and it seems like a really solid vape. I'm really interested to know the opinion of users who have own/tried both of them to know what you think about them and wich one is "better" :freak:

The LSV should probably also be on your short list

"Better" is probably a subjective thing here. Why have you narrowed it to these two specifically? What are your vaping habits/needs like?

I have been reading a lot about it (I think I read the full post :science:) and in the end I thought it wasn't what I'm searching. In fact I was really sure about the Cloud, but the latest videos from Roger D and the good reviews from other users make me thought about it. Also knowing that it's a spanish product and I will be dealing with the warranty in my own country is a big plus.

That's why I put it in quotes, I know is really subjective.

My main concerns right now are about differences in draw, taste and extraction of your meds using the MV through glass like the Cloud.

I have both, and while the MV is a great, solid, semi-portable vape with very easy draw, nothing beats the Cloud on flavour. I think it's down to the glass. For me flavour is a major factor, and as they're both the same sort of price, I'd go for the Cloud. Especially as you're really planning on drawing through water, and the Cloud is designed for use with water.

I reviewed the minivap with two medical users of cannabis on my podcast a month ago, and they both loved it. But when I got the same two medical users back round to try out the Cloud, they were blown away. They both agree that the Cloud is the best vape they've tried. So do I!

You can hear me talk a bit more about this on my latest podcast:

On this month's episode of the Web's Favourite Cannabis Podcast, the Dopefiend talks about the continuing fractures in the UK legalisation community, which sadly looks to have squandered an opportunity to galvanize and make real progress in the wake of the Peter Reynolds saga, and instead continues to be characterized by in-fighting and apathy. The Dopefiend makes the point that only if cannabis activists stop seeing themselves as perpetual outsiders, operating on behalf of an underground counter-culture, will legalisation ever become a reality. Moving on to the emails, the Dopefiend reads a report from dopetriber m0sh about his recent visit to the High Times Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam, and why he feels disappointed by the event. Next, the Dopefiend fires up his beautiful miniVAP vaporizer, takes some tasty tokes of UK Urban Trainwreck, and talks about why he feels it's not use of psychedelics and cannabis alone that inspire creativity, but it's the way in which we use cannabis and psychedelics, and how this theory seems to be borne out by recent neuroscientific discoveries. Following a musical interlude from scottish DopeTriber Steg G, the Dopefiend celebrates the arrival of the phenomenal, world-class, award-winning VapeXhale Cloud Vaporizer at the Dope Den, compares it to the miniVAP and the Arizer Solo, and talks about what makes this product, in the Dopefiend's view, the best vaporizer money can buy. Finally the Dopefiend reads an email from ZyBear in defence of the Capital City of Cannabis, Amsterdam, which implores the Dopefiend and the DopeTribe not to forsake this once great bastion of cannabis freedom.

I own both as well and if your intentions are to run vapor through water, I agree with Dopefiend 100%.

Cloud: Easier airflow and little to no draw resistance. Made to run through water. Early in it's lifespan and young company. Thick, dense, effortless vapor, couldn't be easier.

MV: Portable power house with vapor comparable to the Cloud. There is a bit of draw resistance, but pulling harder increases vapor density, not the other way around as is usually the case. It's my 'Cloud on the road' if you will. Solid business structure, support, presentation and quality.

If I had to choose one, it would be the Cloud. If I had to choose one portable, it would be the MV. IMO though, the Cloud is in a league of it's own....and cheaper if you compare packages sans glass.

I tried a friends Mini - I own a cloud, I would have to agree with the others above me - for what your looking for I would feel comfortable recommending the cloud. As far as taste, IMO - nothing touches it. Not to say other vaporizers don't offer great flavor, just saying there is something about the taste from the cloud - it's so organic and earthy it makes the whole experience worth it.
