Well, I have my International Cloud Plus! I've decided on the Swagger Circ HT, though I can definitely see me treating myself with other HTs at some point!
I LOVE it! Heats up surprisingly quickly, there's really no perceptible drag on the Circ at all, it's just so easy to take a massive, milky, huge cloud hit, and the flavour is incredible! I had really forgotten what a privileged group of people Cloud owners are! I'm so glad to be back in the fold where I belong.
Honestly, if it has anything approaching Volcano-esque life span, and I know that's a big "if", this is hands down the best vape in the world.

I have had mine since 3-5 2012 and it is still going strong . double knock on wood. my understanding is that the my firmware can be changed to 2.0 .

Fuck, I can order a Cloud now. Oh shi-, what will I do? Dopefiend even has the VX Circ 2.0 package I'm lookng for! So it's the international Clud, seems to be a good batch. Same price as at VX, but without steep customs. I just need to know if the circ is that latest model with thicker bottom for stability and I'm in. But even if it isn't I'll probably loose it.
b0: He carries a lot of HTs, trees too. VX 2.0s and Swaggers, not Evolvers and SSFGs.

also it's really weird that being a preorderer and after all this time, other people can buy it before me...

So in the end, being an international preorderer was all a joke. They're selling clouds in Europe before I have one, the price is better (I won't have to pay taxes) and I won't be stuck with some credit shop cash that I have to pay (taxes) to be able to use. Nice way to treat international preorders.

My old ticker runs non stop ALL day EVERY day without issue. It's literally been running for 5 + months without any problems whatsoever. I also have a non ticker pre-plus model and although I don't run it constantly....no issues there either. #WeMo

edit2: I really need to sort the credit card issues out. Don't care that much if it the new VX2.0 Circ or just regular one, I just want my Cloud. But its not accepting. Or I will just use paypal, but that will cost me a bit more as I don't have enough money on paypal account.
edit3: What about international ELBs? I want at least 6 to be completely happy. (2 for herb cycling, 2 for other vaporizables and 2 backups)
edit4: even paypal failed... but it didn't cancel the order, now what? I have order and can't pay because of i dont know.
edit5: i give up, theres nothing I can do now, I havent typed my bank acc so long I've forgot so I can't logon until friday when I get back home where I have it written in my securebox. This wait will kill me.

Edit: @hansdampf I'm thinking what to do right now, I don't think VXL deserves the extra money they will do if I order from directly (an the extra taxes I will pay) so maybe I end buying from vapefiend.
The international models have a "for sale date for 4/20/13" - We sent units out internationally so our distributors would have them in stock for the launch date. If a reseller sold before this date, that was not part of our launch plan. We'll be contacting all international distributors and re-iterating this to them.
woops! OK sm55, I wasn't told this at all by VXH staff- I will of course honour the 4/20 launch date if that's what you guys have decided.
So guys, orders can be placed, but won't be fulfilled until April 20th.

Not to be a dick (you know I always have been really polite and suportive with you and your staff) but that don't solves anything. In the 4/20 I will still have the same price/taxes problems.
I'm in contact with other european preorderers and we all feel dissapointed that after 2 years waiting, we will have to pay more that US preorders.
