My XP doesnt really smell so plasticy anymore. It was getting a pretty harsh ABV smell to it but I removed the screen and cleaned it which removed 90% of the smell.

I used one of my dabbers lol. However I would suggest a toothpick. The screens are the exact size of the ones in the capsules, while I had the screen from the XP in iso I used another from a capsule. Also I just left the screen in iso for about 5 minutes if even that long, then just rinsed with water let air dry. I had vaped some oil in my XP so it already had a sticky resin that was blocking the airways. I suggest people clean their screens from time to time because it affects taste, smell and airflow. Hope this helps folks!

I gotta say the screen isn't near as tight as I would've liked... I'm going to have to be careful not to overgrind, because my normal stuff falls through it a bit.

Did the screen get caught on the polymide when you took it out. That is m fear and why I have never done it. Getting it back in correctly is another reason. I haven't removed the bottom screen in the DV either for fear of not getting it back in.

I think Pharmacor tries to do the international replacements in packages, seems pretty common practice for companies (I know Lev does it too). I asked for a replacement and got it the next day, and I live in BC (across the country). Super impressed by the customer service.
Initial impression of new unit. I put some of my ABV in, turned it on 2 to do a burn off (I assumed this is one with the wrong calibration), just did a quick inhale/exhale without inhaling anything in after I fully charged it. Surprised, I got huge clouds from my ABV. New unit is a lot more efficient, I was able to use my ABV from my first gen INH XP and inadvertently got high

New unit is definitely sleeker, smaller, and just looks more aesthetically pleasing. The only problem I have is I have 3 of the older capsules which don't fit into this unit. Hopefully I get a response from Greg soon, since the other 3 capsules are useless. Also noticed with the first gen INH XP, there was more plasticy smell and took about 3-4 sessions for it go away. With this new unit, I never got any irritation to my throat the first time I used it like I did with the old one (although I only got a slight irritation from the first one).

The XP capsules are 0.050 in shorter. You may cut the end of the 004 to new specifications and they should work fine.
We expect to have a cleaning kit with a screen extraction tool available shortly.
Additional procedure of final desinfection has been implemented. Heating chamber, capsule body and mouthtip are cleaned with alcool solution.
Temperature is proportional. On hot units, if temperature is turned down it corresponds to temperature of normal units.
We will have some fine mesh screen available soon as an accessory. Present mesh has been selected for long service time before clogging. Developement was operated with a regular hand grinder.

My friend just got his white Xp from KP..we used it straight out the box and didnt experience any weird off gassing or taste. It was working how it should. The light comes on instantly as you turn the knob, compared to my XP its better. It actually feels ike an upgrade over the 004..
I cant wait to get my replacement units now.

2nd batch. They basically halted shipping for a week or two. Since he just got it and shipping probably took 3-7 days, it's the 2nd batch as the 3rd one hasn't started shipping yet (from my understanding).

I am using Canada post as tracking. It says 3/23 it has been delivered to my post office. Hopefully that means delivered today? They did not send me a USPS tracking after reaching the states. Thank youIt depends on the type of shipping service they used but as a good reference, I am waiting for a glass piece from Cali to Mtl with First-Class international service (I guess the equivalent of "Regular Parcel" with CanadaPost) and I would lean more towards the 10 days. That's if they don't sit on it at customs...

BTW for future reference....I used Canada post number in the usps system once it reached the USA and it works. I did this with my last PV order and was able to track it all the way except for like a day for the transfer process from them to us.

just wanted to update my thoughts of the XP... I FUCKING LOVE THIS THING!
throat irritation isnt as bad as before, but still there. i have learned that covering up 1 of the 2 holes helps the throat hit and doesnt seem to cool the heater as fast/often as ripping it with 2 holes.
peeled off the sticker and it looks much better naked. likey going to order a second dial cap so i can experiment with marking it so i can ditch that sticker also.

Nice man, I removed the sticker off my XP as well, mine being an all black model. I didnt mind the Logo and other writings but the sticker was a bit slippery and bothersome. I definitely prefer without the sticker as well.

I've debated removing my sticker but I like how it says Inhalater XP on it. Though all the shit on the other side sucks... I'm probably going to but not yet

I am happy to report that my XP magically started working again over the weekend. I have the original 4 hole version and last week I turned it off during a session and it would not turn back on. I tried several times with no luck so I assumed the switch was dead and I would have to return it. I had been lazy about putting in a warranty request since I have a working inh004 and randomly decided to give it a shot over the weekend and it turned on! I turned it on and off several times and it seems to be working again!? The dial still feels funny and will twist beyond the off setting and if I turn it up too fast it will flash like its in tobacco mode. I think I'm just gonna keep using it as my home vape and use my inh004 when I travel and then send it in for a warranty replacement after the bugs are all fully worked out.
