Woohoo Vapzilla! I'm tickled you made the transition and I do believe you started off in a great place starting with an SSV ;) Glad you decided to join and post too. Your story is similar to mine though I replaced cigs with ecigs and I'll be 2 yrs smoke free this July. Best decision I ever made and FC really helped me find my way. Love to give back and help others discover the joys of vaping too! You should stick around and post... It is very helpful to newcomers to see all of us so happy to have transitioned to vapor! Congrats and keep it up :D

I'll second all of that. Welcome Vapezilla. You've seen a nice selection of vapes :brow: and some nice ones relegated to 'past vapes'. Been keen to hear your review of the iTorch- notice you've kept that and not the Iolite. Not heard much about the iTorch from those that own it, but I would like to if you have time; http://www.fuckcombustion.com/viewtopic.php?id=4462

@lo and vapzilla, have you guys heard any negative things about ecigs? My friend was smoking some njoy ecigs until he found out that diethylene glycol (component of antifreeze) and other toxic substances were found in the vapor. I'm a cigar smoker myself. Last year i smoked about 3 stogies/week, but recently sold my humi and relegated that hobby to special occasions.

Vapzilla what part of ohio you from? I'm in the 440 area :) I also just got done watching manswers and was pleased to find out it only takes a 90psi kick to the taint to make someone shit their pants! That show is ridiculous!

Yo ripbongs nice avatar.
So anyways I should have gotten around to this a while ago. Actually its possible I already posted on here but forgot.
I'm wowthisisrandom. I thought that username was pretty clever. Lol.
Anyway I'm in my 20s and a daily vaper. I love comedy, music, and skating.
Got into vapin bout 2 years ago, mostly for the efficiency. Started with a 50 dollar china box. That broke in about 3 days. Although there are a lot of VB haters on this forum I decided to get one anyways although if I had the choice nowadays I would definitely get the ssv over another vb. However back then the VB was a reasonable price, looked classy, and made me feel safe which is why I chose it. Just recently (bout 2 weeks ago) I got my PD and am loving that too. I plan on gettin some more vapes in the future to satisfy other needs. Lovin these forums, I spend way too much time on here.

P.S. To those wondering about the safety of e-cigs, why not just vape some organic tobacco in a different wand then the one you use for vapin MJ?

Hey everyone, I just joined up because i am officially switching back to vaping. I bought a volcano a couple years ago and it was good for awhile but it didnt really impress me all that much. Then i got into the glass scene and there went the vape. This past weekend i gave my buddy's vriptech vapor wand a try and was I impressed! the taste was amazing, a million times better than the volcano bag. Anyways i will be ordering one for myself very soon!!!

Thanks for the welcome, just got the itorch and have only used it 3 times so far. I'll post a review after a little more use. I did let the iolite go as it just didnt satisfy me, way to lite hitting as the name states. I will say that the itorch seems to get a little hotter and produces more vapor.

Well...after lurking for the past few days researching vapes, I've decided to register. Just ordered my first vape 10 minutes ago, I went with Da Buddha. Very excited to get it as I've never used one but have smoked for about 11 years now. Very informative site, i'll be sticking around!

I've lurked a bit on FC's Cooking forum and decided to hop on the band wagon. I've been smoking for 8 years (I'm 21 now) and never knew what a vaporizer was until I saw the "Super High Me" documentary which absolutely blew my mind. When I saw Doug Benson using the Volcano I was totally blown away. Since then, I've been extremely interested in pretty much all things vapor.

Anyway, I'm a college sophomore (almost junior), music major. I play video games avidly and love to cook. I'm pretty much a crazy cat lady. I live in the armpit of the US - Florida.

I don't have a whole lot else to say.

It's really not. I've lived 2 other states in the last 3 years and even after all my bitching about Florida, I came back.

Hey Earl,

I named myself Crabman on this forum. My real name is Darnell Turner though, yet some call me Rubenstien. That has to do with witness protection. People that have seen 'my name is Earl' probably understand what I am saying.

Anywayz, I am 33 or something (always have to do the maths, I'm from 1977. Like to think that I'm the reincarnation of Elvis. His (fatter than average and medicated) soul would have taken 2 days to get into me (if you would want to congratulate me on my birthday). I'm also chubby by nature, dark hair, blue eyes. Did Elvis have blue eyes? I don't even really know). Ok, this is going nowhere.... Let's put down a blank line and re-evaluate.

Uhm, so I'm vaped right now. :yups:
I bought an extreme Q the other day (I think something like a week ago but I'm not sure at all. It was one hell of a cloudy week) and I do love it. It actually somewhat compares to being-in-love.

I live in Rotterdam (the better 'Dam' in the Netherlands in my humble but chauvinistic opinion). Better and cheaper stuff too if you know where you need to be.
I know about vaping for quite some time, but nobody I know was interested in it or did it, so I never had any experience or pushed it. I was really fascinated though because I really love the herb (well hashish I love most actually) but it has some downsides to it. Thats what I thought. Combusting the herb has its downsides, I now learnt.

I had somewhat of a financial setforward or however you call that in your language, and reading this forum I more or less jumped into the pool and just order one. (I had also read that using it once or twice might not give you a full understanding).

Huge part of the reason to buy one was that I didn't like the tabacco, that most people over here (myself included) throw in their blunts.
I have been smoking tabacco and mj regularly since is was 15 or something (tabacco more since 12vish), But I stopped smoking tabacco-only in 2001. That was pretty much an impulsive decision, but a very much appreciated one. (I actually woke up in a train, completely somewhere else than I needed to be on january 1th at 9 o clock in the morning or something, and the first thing I thought was, 'where the fuck am I, and can I smoke right now? ' I only had one last tabacco to roll from just stems. Bought that package the night before. 50 grams of heavy shag down my (and a few others) throats that night, and I just there and then decided to kick the habit.

Been smoking more hash lately, (always in blunts), and I have come to the realization that it's getting to it that I want to smoke my blunt because of the tabacco in it, which is (as you people will second) of course a very troubling development. So after being fascinated by this forum, I came here via google, I'm pretty sure, and reading all that amazing stuff about fucking combustion I just couldn't wait any more and ordered myself an Extreme Q. And now I'm so vaked I'm thinking about finding out where the inventor of this machine (and the enventor of this forum, for that matter) lives and sending him some sort of gift.

It's a better high than combusting, and it has other advantages as well. Will be putting on my apron pretty soon. What can I say? Cannabis is godly, vaping it is godly quadrupled. (growing your own should even add to the story, but right now that is not very practical, unfortunately. Maybe next spring)

Do I need to say that this is a very good forum? It is.
But that is like saying that google is a search engine on the internet(s), Gotta love Dubya.....

Ok, way too long introduction in which I did not even say anything about myself. Not a good sign.

I like football (soccer), chess, riding bike and a whole array of stuff. Who doesn't? I studied social studies at university but never was able to find a job that suited me or would suit me. Unemployed at the time, unfortunately, but more actively looking around than ever. (If I'm honest I have to say I didn't try for a time. I don't know, motivation issues, depression, alcoholism also)

I broke the tube the second time I used my smokingmachine.
Hmz.... that stank. Must look into tubing threads here. Also have into hash-connected threads, since from reading here I got the impression smoking weed is superiour, although I'm not really sure.

My next 'problem' will probably be to get a way to get vaked wherever. Magic Flight Launch Box (what a great name by the way) will probably be my next purchase, although maybe I could also get a battery for my beloved EQ. Have to do some research. I did a strange initiary in that respect.... I got so excited I just ordered the thing, combusted all the way having fun in advance, and have been vaping and reading FC more or less fulltime. Did some other things too of course but not very mentionable.

Normally I think it is stupid if people apologize for too long (gettingtoknowoneanother)posts, but now even I feel inclined to do. But won't.

Furthermore I want to say, Fuck combustion (I never really liked it, not even when I smoked, although I needed it), and fuckfuckfuck the way Dutch society is heading. Anslingerland that is.

Love, peace, vapor, and whatever else you would want to have.

Oh, also need to do research on other stuff to vape. That has till now not been a priority.... Salvia, peppermint, that sort of stuff.
Also, (but I will do my research), my bro has schizophrenia (schizo-affective disorder is the preferred term, I think) and selfmedicates with hash. (Along with other industrial medicine). He has a very bad cough and I want him to convert as well, although I already know that will be very difficult. He's not very much into change, and not that rational).

That's it for now, and have another puff.

Hey people,

I've been reading a lot here before making an account (as did many) and finally decided to join up. You may not know this but you people already helped me decide with the purchase of two vapes (mflb and DBV). Vaping isn't as populair here in Holland as some of you might expect but I'm doing my best to spread the word! (and vapor)

Some of my interests are running, strength training, mountainbiking (although there aren't any mountains here), cooking, (electronic) music, freeparty and hiking. I'm studying organic chemistry at the moment.

dr chill,
Hello World (of F**K Combustion),

I am enjoying a maths lecture after using my MFLB in the class before we started.
