Leviathan Pipes (inexpensive American Glass)

Lattice... and not really even close, as much as I like the Mona and have been using it a lot more lately (newness still)

High grade American boro. Don't know the exact specifics though. Mine are built like tanks.

Cool, thanks.
One last question.. why do you like the Lattice better?

Can someone make a vid of the Lattice bub with the VapeXhale Cloud?

I definitely plan on buying the Cloud one day.
I am wondering if it's too big to fit the Lattice bub comfortably and securely without tipping over.

The Lattice, is like a (excuse the corny factor) "Legacy Piece". Its one, you don't get rid of. Of course, there are those that don't like it, or don't feel its special... but I think they're in the minority. I don't begrudge them that either. We all have different tastes and certainly differences, in what we find special. However, I've received countless PMs from people thanking me, for pointing them towards it. Heck, people still PM me months later, thanking me. I've made friendships, over that particular piece.

Its a very unique and for those that like it, a very enjoyable piece to vape/smoke out of. Heck, its almost just as much fun, playing with the bubbles (dry hits).

EDIT: If you let Lev know, when you order, he will have the piece made to fit the Cloud. I haven't heard of anyone having tipping issues. All M&M Tech/Leviathan pieces are built like tanks.

Thanks, looks like I'm going to buy the Lattice.

Is it just flat on top of the can or is there some sort of indention?
I cant really tell.

@BigDogJunction
Its indented. Mobius did something similar, or still does on one of their pieces. Its supposed to be a place to put your meds. I don't use it for that, though I know some do.

Put your meds? Why? lol
I guess just for looks?

What's the diameter of the base and can?

I'm going to order this in a day or two once I've really made up my mind.
Gotta remember to ask him about the fitting of the Cloud.

If someone has a Lattice and the Cloud, please, post a vid, that would help so much.

Lev really should put all this info on his flickr. lol

Holy cow, I just now noticed it stands 14" tall.

I was looking at it the other night, the lattice bub has the same diameter base as a möbius ion bub, but its thicker (5mm möbius vs 7mm leviathan).

I recall BDV mentioning that he let a friend hit his lattice, and they said it hit better than a möbius stereo matrix.
Given I'd say I'm one of the biggest möbius fanboys on here, my thought was :disgust:
After owning a stereo matrix for a bit though, I'd have to say I agree.

Purely from a functional perspective, I've gotta say I prefer the lattice.
Aesthetically I'd call them about even for the percs, I love the look of both the lattice and the matrix, but for overall form factor I'd give the edge to the lattice bub over my 60t.
And sentimentally, it totally goes to the lattice. Not only is my one from the FC blasted limited run (and therefore a super bargain), but I've been able to talk with lev directly through PMs, and publicly in the forums, and he's a genuinely nice guy (we seem to have an over-representation of nice people here on FC -)

I can also confirm the height of the bub is about 12".
I have a shelf I keep most of my glass on, which has approx 13" of clearance, and the lattice fits in there comfortably :D

Its easily the most stable piece I own. Of all my glass, the LevFC is the LEAST likely to tip imo.

I occasionally will keep an extra stems worth of herbs in the dish at the top of the Lattice can. It's also very useful for dumping herbs and finger grinding them.

Oh and stinac, sick video.

Wow, glad I went with the lattice bubbler. They both seem like great pieces though. What excellent feedback from the glass gurus. I'm expecting my bubbler to ship shortly....drool!

I'm looking forward to the showerhead bub for sure :D I have really grown fond of the showerhead style percs. I'll be hitting it double shower head style with the hydracirc in line where the mouthpiece goes. I know there is a vid a few pages back showing this set up...

When I first started hunting for glass, the Cloud was my main driver, and it took priority over how it fit with the glass, but then I recently got into log vaping. The log took the place of my daily driver, and therefore, changed the dynamic of the combination I was searching for. At first I was looking for something beefy, a tank, It needed to be able to handle the size and weight of the cloud being used all day long. When I switched to the log vape, I had to go through several larger pieces to figure out that the smaller can style works better with more restricted draw vapes (also solo and pax). So all my tank sized pieces were suddenly way too much for the little log vape (and others) to use them repeatedly through out the day, just took too much lung power for me, and I was experiencing lung strain. The clear bub I have now is still a little big on the can size for the log, so I am hoping the can size of the showerhead bub will be just right for the log vape. I also don't need the glass to be quite as beefy and weighted, since there is almost no weight behind the log vape, so being top heavy shouldn't be an issue. Looking forward to seeing how this combo works out. :D

Great choice. What I love most about the Lattice is it's versatility. It's great for vaping, dabbing and combusting. Water just above the Lattice seems to work best for high flavour retention when vaping. I either keep the water level the same, or drop it below the Lattice and use it as a natural perc for dabs. High water level for combustion took away all the harshness - though I've only intentionally combusted once, my accidental log vape combustion was as smooth as vapor. I guess that's why I didn't notice.

I use mine exclusively for combusting. To clean it I put a cup of ISO in, then pour salt in. Shove a paper towel into the stem, cover the mouthpiece and shake. Cleans in 2 mins.

Perfect!! I'm picturing stubborn bits of resin stuck throughout the lattice....with no way of getting it out. I'm happy to hear this isn't the case!!
