Yes it is the "old" XP model. It looks just like the one on the left in the picture from post #831
Alright guys I've had my xp for a week now. It was working really well but it died yesterday so add me to the tally of defective early xps.
I called pharmacore and I'm going to need a replacement. I have the temperate sensor issue where it won't heat.
Does anyone have the email for the warranty claim?

i got an email from PV regarding the remaining preorders and current orders.
basically they said that this Friday they get some in and most of the preorders will be filled and shipped that day. including mine
. these should be the newest version... shorter, 2 holes, not sure about the cap (hoping for square).
cant wait to take it for a spin

does that mean replacement will be sent at this date tho?pharmacore should at least give a positive email when they ship the replacements...for some people its been two weeks after they gave their shipping adress in and not just they havent seen replacements...they havent even seen an email about if the shipping started or when will it start...i have to be at home to pick up my replacement unit so i have to guess when it comes or wait until it comes and then wait until i can get a day off to pick it up from the post office...
on the aspect of customer support pharmacore gets 3/10 from me until now...
on the aspect of the product now (concidering it died after 3 days and my friends unit has started doing weird things lately and might need a replacement too) they get 6/10...
P.S. PV seems like they are doing their best for the customers...

I don't recall if Pharmcor said they would give me tracking number, but they said it would ship on this Monday when I talked to them last week. I'm in the same boat and must sign for foreign packages. I would think they would send out replacements before filling new orders. Luckily it's not my only vape.

I use mine 2-7 full sessions a day for three weeks now with no issue. Fingers crossed...
Just ordered mine, boom baby. I just wish they had some updated pictures on PV, of all the models, and the finish on the colors seems to be different judging from that one pic a few pages back. I would have liked to see all the colors in the new finish. Whatever though, I ordered a black one just to be safe. Pretty pumped hopefully I get mine next week sometime.

The capsules come with screens in them. Perhaps you are grinding your material too fine?

totally dead from the 3rd day...
the inh doesnt need ultra fine grind...a normal shred/grind is ok.

yes your capsules should have a screen when they come...

I put a finer screen in mine to keep particles from coming through.
