What do you suggest?

You can't make everybody happy the same guy who wants a glass bullet now wants more temp settings but the upgrade option is a good idea. That's what I said a few pages ago deltavapes offer a upgrade trade in your old get a new for 40% off.

StickStones : about the airpath TRVB says "The Pinnacle heat exchanger is made from a combination of stainless steel Teflon, and a plastic called PES" but does that mean that there is "teflon and plastic IN the airpath" like you said ?

And about the taste .... if we give 8/10 at the Solo, how much you give for the Pinnacle ?

At the lower end I like the Solo's taste a little better. At the higher end they both lose their taste. The WT makes it so I can tolerate the high setting...it makes that big of a difference.

And yes, as it was described, those materials are in the airpath. The 'heat exchanger' is just a fancy term for whatever gets hot that heats the air before runing over your herb. In this case they have chosen to use stainless steel (very common in vaporizers and general accepted here as safe), teflon (used in the herbalaire, and there is a thread here somewhere about its safety) and PES. I know nothing about PES, but it would be nice to get a link to a spec sheet (can't remember what those are called...stoner moment) like Iolite did with the plastic in their unit. Although, as I understand it, the plastic in the Iolite was just used in the tubing. In this case we have some sort of plastic involved in the heat exchange, which is unusual.

Yes, i dont know where this plastic is involved.

About PES Google says something like that :

"Polyethersulfone (PES) is a polymer of exceptional durability, known to be less porous and less reactive than other similar compounds. It is a BPA-free plastic that is dimensionally stable over a wide range of temperatures, resistant to most chemicals, and possesses self-extinguishing properties. It can withstand repeated sterilization and is FDA approved to be safely used as an article intended for repeated use in contact with food. PES has many applications, including: Medical / Food / Bottles......"

So it seems safe.
And if it's the Mouthpiece that is in 'PES' i imagine it's really safe because it's far from the 'heat exchanger' ?

But where teflon is involved, in the heat exchanger ? Strange, in the Herbalaire it's more about 'external' parts. I'am not a big fan of teflon , but it's ok (safe & taste).

Also Sticks about your post with this avb :

It was on which setting ?

It's called the pinnacle pro, it has 5 heat settings and battery life indicator. It's will most likely cost $299.99 but that is just a guess
Hi TRVB,
really interested in your new models. No other differences? Same battery? If this is the case I'd go for the
first version. Specially because it will be released very soon (10 days if I am not confused)

In another post you say the pro will make EO...Is that only because of the temp, or is there any other thing?

Bye.

The details are not finalized, but the main point is the more complex circuit board and the EO accessories. As soon as the details become final I will update you all. Pinnacle will be for sale by the end of this week. It's for sale at select LHS in CA already. Also VB 2.0 is now for sale at Vapornation.com for those of you who prefer to buy from them. I assume they will also carry the pinnacle.

Cloudy...
I always hit my deadlines, I would imagine anyone who feels they need the pro would wait 6-8 weeks. But I'm sure we could figure out a trade in program. The only downside I see is that you will ultimately end up paying more than $299 and should prob wait the six weeks. I'll pitch it around and come up with something

I think it could be interesting for users that wanted to try the Pinnacle and then if they like it and found the "pro" unit interesting, just upgrade. I know they will be paying more than 299$ but being able to upgrade your unit paying for example 100$ it's a good deal IMHO.

Big turn off. Most portables come stock with multiple heat settings and battery indicator. Let alone for less than 250. I def want the pinnacle but I might lean more towards the ascent now.

Dont know if its been mentioned but most of the good or decent vapes were probably 250$ or more at some point. Wait some months to a year and im sure the price will be lower. Also some of the online site have FC discountsand most sites have sales for it seems like literally every holiday. If its out before easter im sure youll find a 25% off sale somewhere

I was wondering then the differences between the pro and basic pinnacle are the pro is going to have 5 temp setting and can be used for oils and herbs, right.
Know since the basic has only 2 temp settings ideally wouldn't the pro b
E better for convection due to the high temp ability ? I would think the higher temp would stablize the the convection process as vapor is produced not allowing the heat to cool as quick due to draw speed and such. Only having 2 temps on the basic would make it even harder or am I wrong here.
I'm by interested in the pro due to the fact it can do oils but mostly the temp settings I think it will perform even better with herb then the basic pinnacle cause of the extra temp, settings.

I can't wait to see one in action the pro pinnacle I think it would work well.

I'm not sure about the 2 Pinnacles and the price range. I think it would be better to have just 1 unit at ~250$ price range (maybe too cheap? Not doable?)

I will have to think more about it before deciding if I want one of them...

I have lots of Attorney's. People and their patents crack me up. I'm not contacting anyone, and like suggested by UUAA, keep your shit out of my thread. Thanks, and good luck to you with your new product.

curious as to why the INH post was taken as a shot at you or your product. seems to me they were offering advice...?

the pinnacle is looking great btw. cant wait to take in some more reviews.

Man I want want a pinnacle pro as sooner possible with glass I wishi could buy one right now directly from therealvaporblunt that would be a bonus and not have to wait for 2 more months, ill even test it for you Lol, but seriously I want one now.
I was going to buy a vaporblunt 2.0 but I need a more powerful herb convection vap and I believe the pro with the extra temps will be what I'm looking for.
Know if I bunya basic one next week whe they go forsale can I trade in the basic for a pro at a trade in cost? I doubt it hey but I thought I would ask.
Where can I buy a pinnacle pro with waiting and with outgoing through a vender I want to buy directly from you realvaporblunt so I don't have to wait for months can you do that for me?
Nice product an twain to try it and see how the convection works thes not a lot of products out there that are true convection and not In a portable due to the power/temp issues I would think. It takes a lot of power to produce the heat needed to extract the botanicals for the material when using convection technology not like conduction which is a easier platform to work with so when I see a unit like this I get excited.

Cheers, medical mark

You don't need both the pro does the same as the basic and more like concentrates and herb plus the straight power settings 5 in total the basic only has 2 and can only do herb, so why buy the basic then I think you'd be shooting yourself in the forgetting less for almost the same price point that's just my opinion.
But ya I want one of those pros medically speaking it would be a nice addition to my collection and right now I'm focused on a convection portable for herb that is efficient and lasts long between sessions and is versatile and powerful.
My pax just shit itself, and my cera LL cart is too small but works ok I just need something that can be loaded and used an a relaxed easy way it effective on all levels, especially herb since its the main source of medication to most who use it for medical purposes.
I've found my stationary vape VXH and my essential oil vape Cera, now I need a portable convection herb vape this might be the one. I hope so

Asking to be a beta tester is against the rules, even if you're joking. Don't do that.
Sorry I didn't mean to imply that ,sorry
