Right your gonna wind up paying more to sue than the loss you actually encountered. No ones gonna do that But it is illeagle to say a product does something it clearly doesn't. Im sure they knew how poor it worked before they released it but if you couldn't get at least 1 vape hit from it I doubt they would call it a vaporizor at all. I would think they get better sales just calling it an e blunt and selling it as acombuster but I guess they can pull in more money by throwing in a glass screen and low balling vape heads

Yes, intentionally making false statements to get your business is fraud. The burden of proof is on you, and you don't stand a prayer as you point out. A single user getting a single vapor hit will vindicate them for practical purposes.

If they could don't you think some politico eager for reelection wouldn't love to get some press for 'shutting down the 'evil drug paraphernalia vendors poisoning our children'? You bet they would if they could. Every big city mayor and his dog.

It's a civil, not criminal issue. This means Tort Court, not Criminal. Big difference. As you say the best you can hope for is to not loose too much more money. It's profitable and they can get away with it.....which is exactly why they do it. If a phone call to the DA could stop them it would have been made long ago.

Take your loss and find a better "vape".. Atmosraw is so shitty there shouldnt even be a thread for this "vape" lol.. no joke, please don't waste any more money.

70 bucks is almost half way to an Arizer Solo from puffitup

Start a 'what vape should i buy?' thread in the 'ask fc' forum and start by telling us what you really want out of a vape and we'll get you set in the right direction.

I lost my ATMOS charger and I don't want to buy an expensive atmos branded one, when I am sure that there are other chargers that will work with that battery. Can someone please tell me what threading is used or what other brand of charger I can use for that battery?

Bought 1 a month ago and was told it was great with concentrates and herbs. Wrong! It only worked with dry hash. After a while it got so gunked up that it wasn't working well anymore even after cleaning.

After only having it a month the battery stopped working. Great concept but very low quality product.

Omicron V1 charger will work. Otherwise the tread size is 601 and can be found at many online retailers.

yea sometimes 2 weeks but no longer than a month. with 1 month of usual use the coils start to die. if you feel you can get more then by all means keep using them lol but I found it to be really difficult.
Thats really strange, I have had the same chamber for 6+ months and it still works fine, as well as two of my friends. Try better concentrate. you know you can clean the chamber right? Iso soak, get a syringe and squirt iso in the vents on the side of the chamber after soaking it. Once you remove the color coating you can reclaim the leftovers. I've easily ran an oz of wax through it with no problems and only 1 iso clean. Still have the second chamber they gave me with it never used

Where exactly does the AtmosRaw fit in the overall Atmos Product line? Kind of confusing, there are several websites that all look and feel the same with different product lines

AtmosRX.com
AtmosRAW.com
AtmosThermo.com

The last one says that the Atmos W waxy is the latest.... anybody try it or anything else from this line?

Atmos rebrands e-cigs, the raw is the only one that's not a knock off as far as I can tell. The Nuke is supposed to be a Persei, the W thing is just an Ovale Elipse with the spike and tank removed, the A-pen is a g-pen is an ego-w, ect.

Atmos is laughable at best. Did they redesign the chambers to not combust? No, they sent out ¢.25 screens to "fix" it. Knockoffs are a dime a dozen these days along with rebranded e-cigs.

It seems like if you live in Florida the Atmos works amazing, or maybe it's just because the company is from there....

Interesting observation, I doubt it has to do with being close by, but......

Perhaps Jimmy Buffet had it right, Florida owners just are more laid back, expect less? "Changes in latitude, changes in attitude".

Quick Question

Has anybody heard much about the Atmos W? I seem to be having trouble finding any decent reviews on the product other than VapeLife Will's unboxing video which isn't much of a review at all. I'm trying to decide between this vape and the Cloud V. Any recommendations either way?

Thanks guys

Anybody? Sorry for bumping this but there's very little information I've been able to find on this vape and I'm looking to purchase asap.

What will you be using it for?
Oil/wax only get the cera, if stealth is not an issue.
If for herbs get a solo.
I like the raw for wax and stealth. But there are better portables out there for both.
Btw the "on" button has been re designed on the newer raw models, its easier to see and use now

I'll be using it with wax. I'm asking about the Atmos Thermo W not the Atmos Raw. I believe it's a relatively new product but it's made specifically for wax/oil. It seems to be a similar design to the cloud or gpen micro I'm just looking to see if anyone on here has actually used one and their thoughts.

Edit: Here's a video unboxing of it for reference, but not really a solid review

If it's not an Atmos Raw, this is probably the wrong thread then. I'm thinking you really wanted 'ask FC' instead?

And bumping is not allowed, it's in those pesky Forum rules we all agree to when we join. FWIW even if it was allowed, an hour or two is way to impatient for this sort of thing I think. I know you're in a rush and all, but......

Anyway, I hope you get your answer. IMO you're asking the wrong question (the answer to which is 'you'll probably be happier with an Omicron Light') in the wrong place?

Good luck.

Buy yourself an Ovale Elipse and save some money. The thermo W is a rebranded Elipse. You are better off listening to OF than buying either.

The elipse is only good for e liquid. If your looking for wax and oil, i would recommend the MicroG. The cartridges are definately superior to the atmos thermoW as well as the cloud pen. Also it comes with two batteries and two cartridges and is only abut 10-20 dollars more expensive

It seems like every pen company has an ovale elipse knock off now, G pen, atmos, pulsar, trippy stix, etc... From my experience the MicroG works the best and is the best value

All you need to make your Elipse any one of the knockoffs is a pair of pliers and a garbage can.

Take off the mouthpiece and throw away the plastic tank. Then take pliers and rip out the spike that sticks in to the tank and covers the coil and throw that away too. You now have the "wax version" of it. Not a single one of the above companies designed it for wax, they just modified it during production by special order, or with pliers.

I bought the purple Atmos expecting to use it as an e-pipe reading alot of reviews of it combusting, and I used it as just that. As an e-pipe, it is really convenient and discrete, but it never vaped. When you put the glass screen in, you'll get a light taste but clearly no visible vapor and you don't get medicated off of it. I gave it to my girlfriend and she really enjoys it as an e-pipe.

This thing sort of reminds me of the VOS, with all the tinkering with screens and what not lol.

For flowers, this thing sucks! I wouldn't use it with flowers at all... BUT for wax/oil this thing is pretty damn good! I have had my solo for a really long time and I absolute love it for vaping flowers.... but when it comes to wax or really sticky concentrates I hate it! It tends to get stuck to the inside of the heating chamber and I always see vapor escaping while i'm waiting for it to heat up. Thats Why I went with the raw as a pure concentrate vaporizer and it dose the job quite good I think! at $200 I wouldn't recommend it though, but if you can get a good deal like I did (about $100) and already have a good vape for flowers and need something just for concentrates then this is for you!

Atmos worst 100 dollars I've ever spent, the only positive part is my realization that I love vape pens. Heating coil basically crapped out on me after a week and the rubber power band also broke before a week's use. I'm sure you can have it last a while babying the crap out of it but the original heating chamber should be a disposable item, that nichrome wire can't last forever. Anywho the good part about it is omicron cartridges fit them so now I roll around with two carts ready to vape. Now looking for a solution to this shitty power band.

I myself have two of these things. One of them has been opened but not used at all.

The other one, I have used extensively for Wax. I normally drop a ball of wax onto the coil and it works quite well. The battery life is good tho.

The problems I have with this device are pretty interesting.

The batteries rubber band breaks often. Only one of the batteries (which is a new one) does not suffer from this issue.

The carbs are pretty low, which allows wax to leak into the carb holes and plug it up. This causes some suction issues with later use.

The coil, if you mess with it at all, will cut in and out. Sometimes I find it not working, and I have to move the coil and it will start again.

The mouth piece assembly would work great for flower but its not needed for the wax. It's just extra items to plug things up. At this point, it gets dirty, smells and clogs up.

It's low heat, so its slow to heat up and you get small amounts of vapor out of it.

Price point. It's expensive.....not good for a patient whom would really use this device for something other then recreation.

There are better pen vaps out there. They are all mostly cookie cutter. The Atmos Thermo W is the right kind of vap you'd want for Wax only. But, I don't think the cart for it is made correctly. I haven't actually gotten one of these devices, but I have seen them for the G-Pen Micro, Cloud V, Cloud 2.0, and the White Rhino Sleek. The only atomizer for that kind of pen that I have found is the Cloud V atomizer. Because its fully metal/ceramic in the places where the wax would touch. Every other one of these carts all have flaws that are either not functional for wax or might be hazardous to your health. Cloud V Atmoizers can be used on any of these pens batteries....so its a personal preference.
