Simmy I have a question you can answer and something we all complained about in the 04. Is the numbers still a sticker that can easily peel off? If so I guess they didn't listen to us cause that was a big complaint. If it is still a sticker make sure you put tape over it so the numbers don't rub off and keep an eye on it cause you don't want it to fall off. With the scotch tape I used I have not had an issue of it coming off. My top skinny stickers came off the first day which was fine but you don't want to lose the numbers.

Great to see this unit finally shipping. Interested in reviews and comparisons, although I'm not sure if I'm yet in the market.

how is the dial on the end? is it really easy to bump it with a finger and change the station?

i remember reading that they did something about this a while back, but just curious.

Ah yes clicker that tooooooo. So simmy we want to know if the dial is moved to easy and if the numbers are still on a sticker that can be rubbed off and fall off.

Dreamerr your are what I consider a Vaporizing specialist so I have a question for you?
I have a Black and a Silver SOLO and they work really well.

My question is: IS IT THAT MUCH BETTER THAN A SOLO?

If so I need to get one!

I got the INH first and fell in love. The only reason I got the solo was because of ease of cleaning for travel cause of the glass. It has no smell to the human nose and personally I doubt enough for dogs to smell. The INH stinks like most vapes. I personally love them both now and want them both. I am by no means an expert but do vape a lot since I am disabled and bored.

I say if you want to add another great vape to your line up this one rocks hard. The solo and INH are my fav at the moment. If you have specific questions pm me since I doubt this is the place to discuss it or maybe it is :hmm:

Dreamerr,
Hey Guys I think we are missing some thing here in this thread, Isn't spelled "Inhalater" not inhalator ( i think this way spelt is an ecig) Im pretty sure a mod can change it for us. I just thought it maybe confusing for some folks.

^^^^^^
that thing is pretty :D

mod note: Thanks for the heads-up, fixed.

Good catch mflb...I don't read so I didn't notice lol.

Those air holes are way bigger wow. I think only centizen can answer this or the company but I would love to know if the polymide is on the inside of the airholes or can you poke straight through. I wonder if we can bore the old model a bit bigger not that it really needs it.

My XP came today!
Fantastic! Just what this thread needs!
(Now I wish the bottom knob sticker was black background with white text like the body...)
Isn't it spelled "Inhalater" not inhalator
Hehe oops, blame my inner European... if they can change it that would probably be best, but in case they can't extend the edit time I'm pretty sure both spellings mean "an inhaling device"

Actually they should have done what we suggested engrave the numbers in or put lines or something. No sticker needed cause it will fall off or the numbers will rub out. Mine and many others cover it with scotch tape to prevent this.

i got it in black too and it looks exactly the same.

the dial is not super loose as I read in the 004 thread. It does not seem problematic. It *is* looser towards the 0 end than the 10 end -- the resistance increases as you move to 10. There is also a clicking into zero (a good thing). I happen to explore this in the video that's finally getting uploaded tonight.

I read on the 004 thread someone describing this improved dial in early December, ie. they started rolling this into the previous model late in its release cycle, I believe. From what I read, that dial sounded the same as mine. On that note: in computer programming we have a term called, "agile development" and among other things, it means that release cycles are more frequent and less of a big deal individually. It is a natural evolution of working closely with the client. Feedback goes directly into the product, it becomes constantly updated. This is a good thing and I really see it happening here, not the least through the manfacturer's presence here on FC. (the internet rocks).

So it appears to me that they have addressed the most noted weaknesses of the 004 in practical and cost-effective ways. The XP is not revolutionary compared to its predecessor, but as a whole, we all seem to be sitting on a winning formula here -- manufacturer and users alike.

My video goes up tonight when I've got some bandwidth to spare... peace out.

Seems like the dial still can be turned in the pocket then oh well. My dial cover will live. I suppose it still has a sticker as well. It is still my favorite vape even with its flaws. Simmy even the original ones like mine clicked on off on. I don't turn mine off for that reason since it makes it harder to turn on mysteriously. It would have to turn off and on for that to happen and that is more unlikely.

Other things we want to know. Run time, how tight are the caps, do they click in or just hard to push in, how hard are they to take out, and what is a session time now? I think they said 8 mins and the old one was 10. I know I will think of more questions when I watch the video.

Ahh okay, here I am lavishing praise on the responsiveness of the manufacturer, yet, no -- it is still a sticker on the dial. Thanks for the tape idea, I'll be sure to do it. I'm debating whether to take the main body sticker off (for stealth) -- does the plastic underneath look cheap, though?

Check out the links joe put way up the page and put the carbon fiber it looks hot. If you look at the pic of all the vapes above that is it with the sticker off. It looks just fine. If this model is the same as the other you will be able to put the sticker back on if so desired. I left mine on but if I was capable of doing the carbon fiber I would. Look at the pics they are amazing. I don't think it looks cheap and you will have to more then likely take off the ones on the small rings. Mine came off the first day.

CapS? There is only one, isn't there? It was hard at first to pull off (not put on) but quick and simple to get the hang of.

Sorry, you'll have to define session time and run time for me to test, but would be happy to. If it involves a lot of product it may have to wait til the weekend (I'm not the kind of programmer that can work while medicated)
