Gee gosh I hope I get a shirt. Can we get back to boofing with the Pax? Plausable? Anyone made a boof rig yet? Should there be a section on vaporpedia about boofing? Could you double your intake by both inhaling and boofing two pax?

Do you want to explain boofing for us?
If not I will assume it is one of the following:
Urban Dictionary: boofing
www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=boofing
The act of inserting drugs into the anus for a longer trip. Most often occurs at Disco Biscuits shows by spun-out kids on ketamine.

  1. Urban Dictionary: [boofingwww.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=%5BboofingBoofing is a simple game of thrusting your genitals into another persons face, while doing so saying the words Boof! This means you have been boofe...

Careful what you wish for...
maybe theres a way to hook it up to hand pump, you could just bypass the whole breathing thing and straight power-boof it.

Great fucking idea! I have a 125 gallon air tank that can produce over 125 pounds of pressure. Do you think could work? I wonder if pumping vapor anally might be more effective. One end or the other, there's gotta be a solution here.

Does anybody have exact instructions on how much/ little MP lube I'm supposed to apply? Am I allowed to get the lube around the moving ring- or should i avoid that piece?

http://www.amazon.com/Manhattan-Por...1_59?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1357965845&sr=1-59 guna order one of these, its the only one I've found that fits the dimensions almost exactly.

i loaded the pax w/ nice purple diesel, stuffed pax into bicycle tool pack and peddled off toward the ocean. Upon arrival an hour later i was happy to sit watch the surf vape. Imagine my horror when i pulled out pax to find it had been switched on, the oven was filled with blackness. Looks like this case might do the trick

Oops... I have modded mine, tape on the oven cover, taped to inside of pax.. The oven door will not open ever if it shuts proper... I mean if I not over load it to have lid cocked over.. I have silicone tubing and used that to hook up to the metal tube that is on mouth piece. Pull that out and push on to piping. Then insert metal part as if it was mouth piece, keep mouth piece plastic in safe spot.. Place the pax in my pocket and rode my Harley into the horizon, pulling over to reload tobacco and then change the batt when needed, also to bump temp to get all out of that last load. So it gets hot though, have it on party mode it never stands by. Also sleeved in a heat resist pouch helps not hurt ya. Great pocket warmer for winter too.. I like my modded pax. It can run for a whole flight of 12 hours now with spare batts on hand. Like mflb now replace batt and vape on. Mine is gunked up good now and doing cold freezer test lets see that temp light or sticky mp. Picts coming, I've been v busy with family and work. I love my vapes, pax is a real nice one too.

use as little as possible, I just put it on the small moving ring.

When I received the first packets of lube they said to use it liberally on the MP. Also, the extra MP that was sent to me was in a zip pouch and the whole mp was in lube. I would recommend putting a little bit on the MP stem, paying particular attention to the area with the sliding ring. Don't go crazy, but lube the whole tube. HEY THAT RHYMES!!!

To make the application easier and to conserve the lube I squeezed one packet into a air tight container, then I apply it with a cotton swab. Hopefully this way a packet can last a long time!! Good luck...

Make sure you do not buy a case with a magnetic closure. If you put a magnet to close to the Pax it will turn it on even if the mouthpiece is down / or off.

I burned up a few ovens before i figured that one out. I was using an original iolite case. That has a pouch inside with a magnetic closure.

Could be your awkward use of punctuation thats confusing me, but did you say you have taped the inside of the oven shut? I cannot imagine that being healthy, but I think I may be reading this wrong.

Meh, I accidentally tasted It when I used too much and It tastes like licking a 9 volt. Soo... that made me a bit cautious, i know its probably safe but I figure its trying to prevent the locking ring from sticking so no sense gunking up the whole tube connected to the mouth piece, my opinion so take it with a grain of salt, if you want to lube the whole stem up go nuts! It just seems like with excess a lot of the lube will go down the inside of the air path. All I can think about is a scenario where someone doesnt like cleaning or cant at the moment, and then repeatedly uses the lube to fix the problem. Liberally use lube on it a bunch of times (Probably 4-5 times with out cleaning) could result in lube making its way down that tube into the oven. :o I personally dont want to vape lube. It is really slick stuff too its not thick, its super watery, I can see this making its way down to the oven when its heated no problem if used enough. My 2 cents.

This lubricant is not intended to replace cleaning; however, if your Pax mouthpiece action seems to be a bit sticky, and/or if your Pax LED indicator displays the temperature setting when your mouthpiece is in the "on" position, applying this lubricant should resolve the issue. Apply a small droplet of lubricant into the stem of the metal tube and another droplet on the outside of the tube. Use the packet to smudge it all around the tube and under the sliding ring. Re-insert your mouthpiece into Pax and press the mouthpiece in and out a few times to distribute the lubricant. You don't need a large amount - a little goes a long

That's what ploom told me in regards to using the lubricant.

Believe it or not, I have STILL not had to use any of the lube Ploom sent me. It's almost like just having the lube on hand scared the hell out of my Pax, so it shaped up and flew straight. Looks to me like the simple threat of the lube is enough to get the Pax to behave.

Here are the instructions I got by email for the lube from Lorenzo at Ploom:

"We are including with your mouthpiece two packets of this lubricant. If your Pax LED indicator displays the temperature setting when your mouthpiece is in the "on" position, applying this lubricant will resolve the issue. You don't need a large amount - a little goes a long way! Enjoy your smooth Pax and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or further needs we can assist with! Happy Plooming!"

That all sounds nice, but like I said, be careful. I wouldnt over use it is what I am saying, I dont see how me saying its my opinion could be any clearer.
edit-And god do I fucking hate the saying "in my opinion" (as it is obvious when someone is stating somthing other than fact) but I used it any way, and I guess it still didn't matter haha. Oh well.

Yeah.. F* Combustion..
bahahaha havent used a plastic bottle in nearly 10 years. Take a 250 dollar vape and smoke it through a plastic bottle. makes sense. Not trying to make fun of you it actually made me feel nostalgic tho haha. Do your self a favor hold off on your next 8th, Go buy a shit bong for your pax they're like 40 bucks amurcan made, most head shops have em, or go on zee aqua labz website and buy something cheap on there.

I could do that.. but I have fun making them.. plus I can put the top on this and carry it on the side of my backpack and it looks like a waterbottle, not a bong.

One day I might get some glass, maybe.

Hey guys quick question. I've had the Pax for a week or so now. After it is fully charged (green on charger), I turn it on (medium heat) and wait for it to heat up. While this happens, I shake it just to see what the battery level is at. It seems for me that it always flashes yellow, even when I immediately take it off the charger. Is this normal?
