Customer Support & Sales

I was debating other portables or even forsaking portables all together for a DBV or HA or something.
After hearing of this sale, I couldn't turn the offer down. 40% off dropped my tab from $180 to $117.03 which is nearly half of the original price of the NO2 ($200), half the price of the Solo, and around the price of a MFLB. Plus all this free crap straight from the manufacturer? I can't just say no to that. 2nd Day Air shipping, all the freebies come to like $80. I saved $70 on the unit and got $80 worth of free junk. $150 saved and I only spent around $120 in total (and don't forget that warranty ;)) . I ordered mine on Friday and with 2nd Day Air, it's supposed to come today (in about an hour from now, apparently).

This thread is really what swayed me to the NO2 as my very first vape, so I thought I would give back.:)

I've had this thing for all of 8 hours now, and I have used it 3 times already. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase :)

Those things came extra. I believe the normal box only comes with 2 bamboo sticks and 3 screens etc. All the stuff listed came in a separate bag, so I ended up with 4 bamboo sticks and so on.

I do love this thing, though

I'm glad I could help out :)
I don't think they'll be a stickler about it or anything about the coupon code 'cuz they're really friendly, but remember that it's HOLIDAYS with an "S".

I'm sure you'll be pleased. I have 4 times the amount of sessions I normally do with half the herb I used to. I'm never going to get rid of all the medicine I have at this rate :(
(I keep buying more to taste new flavors...)

By phone would be a good idea. My internet glitched when I placed my order through PayPal and my internet order got jumbled up. The next day I called, and they took care of my order with my coupon and everything was sent it on it's merry way.

Ordered mine today and they said it was sent out today. 2nd day air. Can't beat this deal at $107 dollars. Now I have to read the 67 pages of threads on here.

Ain't it grand?

I guess the best tips from the thread are:

1. Don't use the brush if the unit is hot.
2. Soak your tubes in very warm water for awhile (first time only; after unboxing)
3. Let a fan blow into the side fins (intake) of the unit while the tube soaks. (first time only; after unboxing)
4. DO NOT let your unit run hot at max temp for hours to "burn off" anything.
5. Don't pack your chambers too tight or you might not get air flow (I can pack two scoops-worth no problem. I don't know about 3 or more. And you really only need one scoop to get you really good.)

And personally:
1. Vape-bong with this thing. If you don't want to shell the money out for parts or an adapter for whips, you can just wrap rubber bands around the tube and shove it in a 14mm downstem.
But don't do it because I said so. Do it because it's awesome.

Good post!
don't forget.....
Avoid temptation to heat unit with oven open... thats the same as heating your oven with door open... not good.

Had to send mine in for fixing after it kept smoking. Luckily still under warranty. Should be getting it back soon.

Ruh-roh. That makes sense, so I'll definitely stop doing that. I've only had this for under a week, so I'm sure it's still fine if I stop now.

Like vapor comes out when you heat it with the top off? Mine does that, but as state in this thread, small particles that have passed through the bottom screen will create wisps of vapor on heat up.
I just put my mouth on the chamber after it cools down and I've cleaned it. Then, I suck out as many particles as I can as Vitolo suggested.
Some wisps are just to be expected from the very small particles being heated up.

Something was off with the heating element. Worked fine when i turned it down to 290-300 but if i tried to use it at the 350-360 degree setting (i typically keep it there) it would cook the contents to a black. The vape taste was also horrible. i was sent a refurbished one from the company when my original had problems so i'm guessing i got a bad one.

Bankrupt-Music,
Yes but thankfully my warranty last til Thanksgiving, so i'm hoping to get a good one back. If it breaks again tho, i'm fucked. Worst thing is i have no back up vaporizer, so i'm having to burn and its just not satisfying like it once was. I could never see myself going back to combustion. Its night and day and i never thought i'd hate smoking.

On a side note, i want to pull the trigger and order the pax tonight but reading through the pax thread, i see its a love/hate thing.

It surely is that.
The unit and concept is beautiful, but there are for sure "quirks".
It is hard to spend 250 and "hate" your new toy all the way... that is like beating ones self ... so we look for things to love in that which has issues.
It seems like that in every facet of life.

Vitolo,
Well how do you like it? Last year i bought myself one nice gift "vapir no2". I'm thinking of treating myself to a pax this year but i'm afraid of all the troubleshooting. Also afraid something better might come along before Christmas.

I am reluctant to repeat my comments about the Pax here in the NO2 thread... out of respect for Vapir's NO2, a great vape..(and consistent as hell).
You can go to the Pax thread to see my comments about it (including the love/hate part!)

Sorry to hear about your unit, but it sounds like you've had the thing for awhile before it started to act up, yeah?

Honestly... I kinda wish my unit ran hot enough to get it black
Even at the max temp of 400F, I can only get it to a rich brown; not even dark brown.
At 400F, I get extremely medicated, but I sometimes I feel like I'm missing out on getting some more sedative and euphoric cannabinoids at the ~428F range.
Then again at the magnitude of medication I feel at 400F, I think the NO2 suits all my needs.

I considered the Pax too against the NO2. I guess I was just turned off by the 3-Temperature system.
Low - 370F
Med - 390F
High - 410F
I mean if I'm going for a more of a cerebral effect, THC goes around 315F and the body effects go around 320-356F for CBDs and 365 for CBNs.
Coming from this thread <http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/vaporization-temperature-dependent-selection-of-effects.1637/>, the Pax would get you the same set of cannabinoids no matter what you set it to.

I'm not trying to rag on the Pax or anything. I'm sure it's a wonderful unit. I'm just sharing my decision process when debating the Pax and NO2.

I had the unit for a good 8 months before i had my first problem. I've enjoyed every minute of it up til then and convinced two friends to buy a unit as well. Vapir has nothing but my support.

Vitolo i have followed that thread and your responses in it lol. Just figured i'd ask again, you seem to have enjoyed it more as time passed.

I respect it for it's controlled dosage, and monitored temperature gauge, as an MMJ medical device.
I like that it can be used plugged in or on it's own.
I post in this thread a little bit less frequently, because of the novelty of the many new vapes out there.
When it comes to a vape that was designed for patient's use, I still like the NO2 very much.
Many patients visit me, and are given all the time they need to look around at a few dozen vaporizers, and try them also.
I will just say... there are many that choose the NO2!

Don't look like mine will be delivered today as it's Veterans day and no mail. Oh well, give me something to look forward to tomorrow.

I have a Vaporite Solo (box style vape) and I'm hoping the NO2 uses a lot less herb. That's my main reason for buying as the Solo is voracious in it's herb use. Sounds like the NO2 has a lot smaller herb chamber.
