I hope to, kinda jammed for time, but a chance to check out the new gear and give G a bad time is very high on my list. And I figure if I'm there it won't degrade into telling jokes about me. Again.
Consider my virtual hand raised....ignore the up stretched finger, I hate it when it dose that.

I know you guy advise against oxidizing, but when you do should there always be a red glow coming form the bottom? I tried using another cart(works much better) but when I when to pre oxidze(only did it once for 5 seconds) I did not notice a red glow at all. Should they always glow red?

You can't always see the red glow. Sometimes you just look at a different angle and there it is. That's why I quit doing it. Too many times that it was glowing but I didn't see it right away. Been awhile now and have not had a bad cart since my first couple

At the risk of repeating myself.....no, let me just flat out repeat myself from a few posts up:
"'Check for the glow' (a few seconds at most) is probably OK, but not definitive. If you see it, great, but some don't seem to show it and yet are just fine."
IMO still as true today as yesterday.......

I checked for the glow on all my 5 carts when i got them. one actually "blew". It was a short burst of glow but lit the whole cart up. cart didn't warm up after. This happened instantly when i pressed the button. Not sure how many carts have done this in the past but im glad i didn't have any wax in there when that happened.

I submitted a ticket on October 3rd, ticket #759567. I have not received a response yet and when I try to check on it it says it is an invalid ticket number. This isn't the first time I have had issues with THC SCIENTIFIC. When the V2 came out I asked if there was an upgrade option, since I bought the V1 3 days before the v2 came out. I was told there was no upgrade option planned, but a few days later an upgrade option was announced. By that time I already returned the unit (since I was told there was no upgrade option) and had to eat a restocking fee as well as the shipping both ways. Now I have haven't had a response to my inquiry on October 3rd. Everyone seems to have great things to say, but so far I haven't had the best of luck with customer service. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry you're having troubles, my advice is to open another ticket.
IMO this is not the right venue to work such stuff out in. The folks at THC (now Delta 9 actually....) who handle service issues don't frequent this forum.
Good luck, but I'd suggest you open another ticket. Things happen, but that's the best way to fix them.
