I'm so jealous of both of you!! My beloved Cloud!!! Here I am, using my EQ. Just doesn't compare.

I sent my Cloud in for replacement on Tuesday. The bamboo slides easily. I know I'll be happy when it's fixed, but right now I wish I had it back. My Vapor Brothers has a broken whip and my Solo ran out of batteries. Smoking now repulses me. I need it to sleep. I don't know what else to do. I haven't gotten a response from VX either. I'm a little worried because I forgot to put my name/serial number inside the box like they asked. Does that matter? My name is on the return address and the serial is on the bottom of the Cloud. I called them to tell them but haven't gotten a call back.

They are probably traveling for the convention this weekend. Mine was received back at the warehouse Wednesday. I followed up with an email Thursday and was told that it would be processed when their new batch made it through QA. Remember VapeXhale is a new company and I would imagine the growth was not expected at this level. It sucks being without the one device that finally worked well for me but I will wait and be happy when when my replacement arrives. Speaking of which I should clean the hydra tube while I'm waiting :)

Yes, I believe they are at the convention in California. Believe me when I tell you that I want my Cloud back more than anyone :-). So I am antsy too. But we just have to know that they are doing the best they can with the limited amount of resources that they have. Trust me, you haven't been lost in the pile, I thought that as well. They are working super hard to get us our replacement Clouds back. As hard as they possibly can. :-)

That being said, my beloved Cloud, please come back! :-)

Hi everyone,
I would like to first say that I love my cloud.
I had received mine recently, but, in using my ht tree
I have noticed first the table I had stood it up on was extremely
Wet around the bottom. Also when hitting the cloud a slight bit of water
On the top of the cloud where it's metal and says hot.
Went through the check list of things I may be doing wrong
And I'm doing everything correct. There is no visable cracks or dings
But seems to be coming from bottom wile the rest of the ht is dry.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? What do you think?
I do have a ticket in at vxh but am still waiting response.

It sounds like your Hydratube is too full, either it was tilted and some water trickled down the tree or the level was just to high and when you stopped your drag the water flowed back in and over the tree.

Did you wipe off the bottom after you filled your tube with water? I usually take a paper towel on my pinky finger and wipe as much out as I can after filling.

On my Evolver HydraTree I fill to less than 1/4in above the last cut on the tree. any more than this and you risk water on the lips and down your cloud which is no bueno. Usually just a few mm over that last cut really.

Either your HT has a leak, or it could be over full. Also, when filling the HT, it helps to hold it in the air, as opposed to sitting it on a flat surface. Otherwise, you'll create an air bubble, and the water won't fill correctly, causing potential overflow when you pick it up off the table.

Try filling the HT to just above the slits in the perc, and then take a couple of dry pulls through it, not on the Cloud. Then, wipe out the inside of the glass on glass joint, making sure no water residue is left. Then, wait a few moments, and take another couple pulls. See if any water is building up, or leaking out, etc.

This test should help you determine if your HT is functioning properly.

Another possibility, is condensation. I haven't seen much talk in the thread about it, but when I use cold bottled/sink water, my HT condensates a lot, creating a lot of moisture inside the glass joint, and the outside/bottom of the HT, which to me is a no no for cloud use. So, I always go for room temp, to slightly below room temp water.

Hope some of this helps, while waiting to here back from VXL.

Edit* looks like Johnny beat me to it! I'll leave my post anyhow.

Purpl3, good point on condensation, I leave mine filled on the shelf so I don't run into that but I could see that being a problem so I'll keep an eye out for that on a fresh fill in the future.

side note.. mmmmmm canna cookies baking in the oven - the house smells delicious!

What does it mean when my cloud will only blink two green, three red even after I turn it back on?

You blew your fuse. Were you using a power surge protector? Mine is in repair right now for the same issue.

Another reminder for everyone to use surge protector as I didn't know and paid the price. It sucks and I wouldn't wish lack of a cloud on my worst enemy.

I occasionally get condensation with my hydraline when using cold water and ice. The interesting thing is that I've checked that there is no moisture at the bottom, and of course the hydraline design really helps prevent water from getting out the bottom, but after removing it from the Cloud I'll sometimes see a portion of a ring of water. I'm not concerned about it, there isn't enough of it nor is it cold enough at that point to hurt anything; I just wipe it off.

Hmm. I think you should send me your HydraLine, for some more extensive testing :brow: hahaha I kid I kid. I really do like the HydraLines design, in that aspect, to keep water from getting into the Cloud.

Glad that it worked as well for you as myself! I've been hoping they would make a couple different sized ELBs, such as one half the size of the current one for small flower loads/large kief loads, and a quarter sized one to replace my 'two cap' method.

I'm going to pack the big part wit bud then the cap wit keif and get super blitzed.

Notice that in my video? I was filming some different sessions throughout the day to make that video, and got the idea to put flower in the bottom, kief in the two cap, and it keeps em separate, but vapes them evenly!

I was able to sample the Devastator today at the Kush Expo. I got the smoothest biggest rips I've ever had with the Cloud. Just amazing. This thing is now tops on my Xmas wishlist!

It was great meeting Stonemonkey and crew, as well as SliM and Pappy (looking very dapper in their surgical attire). I bumped into Progress there as well. It was a fun afternoon.

Once again, as you see, the joint snapping could have been avoided, but the sliding of my bamboo could not have, unless I had just bought it and let it sit there... At least they are admitting to someone that the defect was their fault and are replacing it. Good luck with your cloud Canna, It really is a great vape when its not broken, probably the best.

I didn't get a specific date, but I'm guessing sooner rather than later. I did hear the pricing (it will include the CloudBuddy from what I understand), but I'd rather let StoneMonkey or Troi announce it officially.

Was a supreme pleasure to bump into all my friends. It goes without saying I already feel like I know them... Thanks to Vtac, Max, and FC as well for being such great facilitators!
