Slightly Stoopid - Top of the World just came out yesterday. I just got it on iTunes.

So far it's great.

BTW: Havelock, Meddle is a really solid PF album

Steele Concept,
Sorry about the rhymesayers kick, but this just popped up on their channel... Ali still has it, thats some real shit right there. @teaparty, take a listen... :)
I've been on a "Uncle Tupelo" kick lately, they are "alterno-country" legends, basically started the genre before splitting into Wilco and Son Volt.
Ohh, flaming lips do a pretty good Dark Side.

DEADY GUERRERO/DIRT COBAIN/GEORGE KUSH
In a shitty mood tonight. Gonna hit some more Blackberry Kush and hope that puts me out quickly. Just need to make it to Saturday night, and then Monday. Hopefully I can get this fucking pain management BS figured out, this indica is hardly touching it, I refuse to take my tramadol because I'll be up all night and have a long week of work. At this point I'd be happy to give up my now-occasional rec. opiate use for a damn Butrans patch if it means being pain-free, or at least better off than I am now. I think I'm gonna take a t-break for a good bit of September as well and see how that works out for me.

Theme of the night.

Quetzalcoatl,
Best quality I could find on YouTube...

Enjoy!
Slug, Ali, ant, sage... A poker table I would like to be at.
Sage is my favorite performer live out of the bunch.
Was looking for a favorite sage tune, but there are many..

@II11 love the yo la tengo. Seen them years back... Great track! Perfect vaping music! I great to to see a family make beautiful tunes. I was sad to hear Kim and Thurston broke up, they were a great indie/grunge couple. BTW, D.Jr. had one of my favorite indie rockers... Lou Barlow!
Here is a group I listened to since I was a turd. A hard working Boise group full of classic rock influence from Neil to pink to Jimi etc.
They were my favorite group from when I was 8-16ish, the latest albums are a little over produced and tamed down.

dude, you have no idea how happy you just made me. i grew up taking dose and watching bands at this little all ages club on the Eastside of Seattle in the early 90's. Built to Spill was a frequent visitor. had totally forgotten about them until now.

these guys also made the rounds, a little hell-raisin' for ya

If you don't know who Devin Townsend is... well, it makes me sad to think of how big of a musical void there's been in your life...

... you're welcome.

Anneke is great in this as well, of course.

he's touring in the US this month (september) with Swedens great Katatonia:

if you like this music, go to one of the shows! theyre awesome and these kind of true artists deserve support.
