Known Bad States??

Have heard of these "known bad states" from threads on boro market or such forum. It pertains to sending glass art to other states. What are the "known bad states"? Have seen PA, ID, what else?? Glass art, it is. Is helpful for any of the classifieds situations.

It's technically completely illegal to send any bong, art or not across state lines. Idaho it's enforced strictly. Pennsylvania was the state that busted Tommy Chong and they are also very hardass when it comes to enforcement. Utah, Iowa and Florida, as well as New York State also seem to be states where people are hesitant to send their art.

The Bible Belt is a no go in my opinion, anywhere cannabis isn't tolerated is a no go.
