Of these vapor pens, which would you recommend for concentrates?

After researching different vapes, I have narrowed my choice to 5 different kinds. They all seem to do the job, but I want to pick the best one lol

I am between the omicron v2.5, the persei, atmos thermovape v2, thermovape revolution, and the ploom pax.

Atmos Thermo != Thermovape

I know the Atmos Raw was a nice failure... not sure how I would approach that company. The Pax has been doing incredibly well, despite the fact that it's a "tobacco" (read: flower) vape and not specifically for concentrates.

The Omicron is great if you are looking for an oil only solution. The Omicron carts can be loaded with up to 1 gram of oil, and the battery life is quite good. The Omicron is good choice for a multiple hit portable oil vape.

Thermovape makes several products that can handle concentrates.
The Revolution is good for oil and hash
The DART is great for single hits of Oil
The Evolution is good for mixing hash and flower.

What a guy!
my 2 cents?

The Omnicron is the best I've used so far. Easiest to use, not to much of a learning curve and the customer service has been good to me so far.

I've tried the Thermovape products, Dart and Revolution, and was not really thrilled by them, although others seem to like them and use them.

I also second Que, I'd need to see A Lot of evidence that Atmos is putting out a good product that does what they say it does. They kinda failed on that with the Raw IMO

Haven't tried the Pax but am watching it with interest.

Well you're not stuck. If you're not hip to either do some more research. There's more options then these, it just so happen that they are the ones I tried.

As far as Omni vs. Persei, I'd say start with the Omni. There is going to be a learning curve no matter the vape you choose, as I understand it from all the feedback I've heard everyone's says to get used to the Omni befor trying the
Persei. There's lots of good feedback on both threads.

I also have been looking at this http://tokecity.com/forums/showthread.php4?t=48465 I don't know anything further on it besides what's on the forums, haven't had time to research it more.

Others have given solid advice WRT Atmos IMO. And Pax is herb only at this point. Omicron is a fair bit smaller than Persei, but Persei has longer run times and generally will run Omicron carts a bit hotter. IMO the button on it is not very easy to work (there's a sharp rim around it and you have to press it way down), I have to carefully use a finger (or thumb) tip rather than just push it.

Depending on what you really want in life, I think the TV Revolution/DART will give much heavier hits without the danger of burning the oil like the high power Omicron carts are prone to. You need to add more material every 6 or ten hits though. DART is also a little shorter.

To make it even more complex, you can get thread adapters to run Omicron carts on TV supplies and the other way around. One of my favorite 'rigs' is the mid size TV Ultra supply (uses IMR 15500s) with DART and a loaded Omicron cart with adapter stored in a 'Doob Tube' with it. It takes seconds to 'switch systems.

If you stick with TV or THC gear I don't think you can go too far wrong.

Enjoy your choice.

Thanks everyone fore the help, l plan on using my cloud for herb and waxes and only really want the pen for on the go to vape oils. Of, what do you mean by thc gear? Also, im interested in the setup that you suggested, but i dont know enough about vapor pens to understand what you mean. So buy a separate omicron part, with this http://thermovape.com/collections/essential-oil-vaporizers/products/thermovape-revolution-dart and http://thermovape.com/collections/e-liquid-vaporizers/products/alpha-ultra. and then get an adapter?

First off, you're welcome, glad to help if I can.

Yes, I'm suggesting buying those two rather than the complete DART set (which comes with a much larger supply). Be sure to get the LV version of the DART, SV needs six Volts. The Ultra is more like Omicron V2 in size (actually a lot smaller....), with plenty of power for most situations and a quick battery swap will get you going again if you 'run out of juice'. THC Scientific is the original name of what is now Delta 9, they 'make' Omicron carts, V2 and 2.5 Omicrons and Persei (amongst other keen stuff).

Remember, TV has a 25% off code good through the end of the month.......

I'm suggesting you get the TV DART and Ultra, the adapter and some 2.4 Ohm Omicron carts (at least to start with). BTW, Planet Vape is a great vendor for THC stuff, and will sell you single carts if you wish. First rate sponsor here, have been solidly with us from the start through some tough times. They get a lot of my business for that reason.

Best of luck,
