my bowls don't last long, since i usually sit there chain hitting the entire thing :D

however, one could probably make one bowl last about 20-25 hits (maybe even more, i need to do some more experimentation with the device) depending on the size of the tokes you take, i usually take 2-3 pulls each time i hit it, and from my observations so far on medium temperature it lasts me about 15-20 hits. also, very medicated to say the least lol.

also, after 2 full sessions on medium temperature (10-15 hits each session) the battery is still showing as green. i'll continue counting the amount of sessions today and check the battery life throughout the sessions.

The guide says that when the pax is charging the light shines red and when it is full it turns green. How is yours yellow?

Mine too if you mean yellow when you shake it. Mine is green on the charging dock, yellow when shaken, after about 90min on the charger. I checked the voltage real quick and it was at 3.8v.

I meant to say, I take it off the charger, turn it on, shake it and the indicator is at yellow. sorry for the confusion

good god I love this thing. medium heat for me is too rough, low heat is perfect for me. THE TASTE IS UNBELIEVABLE IT TASTES LIKE WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT!!!! I am really really picky about things and so far this device has answered all my prayers for portable vapes. next test is to see if it will last a full day out.

defintely better than my DV. blows that out of the water

this thing is awesome, had it resting on my lap on its side while I typed this post and it still auto standbys, awesome

good score man. you won't regret it. All the vapes in my signature I have not been thrilled about. This I am overwhelmingly estatic about on initial impressions and first sesh half way completed.

aside from the neon boot idea from Boobs, any other ideas for interfacing this badass to a water tool gong style or the like? so little so portable, so easy to hold over a stem... feels like I'm holding my bic over the stem lol

That's what I like to read!! If this rips better than your volcano, I shouldn't have to worry then. I currently use the Extreme Q through the water pipe, but it takes forever to get the effect I would in the first few mins of combusting.

it's defintely not as smooth as a volcano and the only reason for that is because the vapor doesnt get a chance to cool down. but as far as taste and constitency? let me put it this way, you fill a bag with a pax vape and a bag with cano vape, I can't tell the difference

pax on medium or high is retarded dense clouds, I use mine on low and it's the equiv to 345F on the cano far as taste and density if that helps ya... I've been toking off this one oven sesh for a half hour now and the battery meter is still green which is a good sign (DV went 75% during warmup on first sesh lol) and still can't believe I'm still pulling awesome and satisfying hits off of the first load

I really think the auto sleep functions helps to save tons on battery life, i don't realize it but the breaks between hits vary sometimes I hit back to back, sometimes I cough and take a break, all the while the device knows when to turn to sleep, just really really digging this right now

It is worth a try... don't pack it down like a brick, I bet that would not have much airflow. Pack in in some, but not as much as your normally would. Not sure it would work %100, but in the name of science! :science: Load it up, and give it a pull before your turn it on. If you can't get good airflow, or you get a mouth full of powder... then don't turn the oven on. If it seems to work, then have at it.

Hey FC...Been lurking for a long time. Pax inspired me to create an account and get in on this thread.

First, SliM, thanks for all of the work you have done to get the right info out to us. So helpful to making a purchase. Ploom should send you fifty fruit baskets. As I am sure your posts and videos have(and will) help sell many of these awesome little devices.

Now, on to the Pax. Just got it today. Had to charge for about 20 minutes and it was ready. Loaded it up. Turned it on..heated up fairly quickly and I took a few smaller pulls. Can't speak to taste yet as I have some massive allergies and can't taste a thing. But it pulled nicely and felt smooth.

Initial impression....pretty darn great.

Turned it off and came back to it bit later. Heated up. Pulled a few bigger clouds this time. Being used to the MFLB it took a few tokes to figure it out but once I did I was in heaven.

This thing is great. So glad I got it. I'm a pretty regular user and I found the MFLB took to long to do the trick. I don't have that issue with the Pax. Got me where I was trying to go in a timely fashion. :)

Hey all! I am looking for some expert opinion. I have used my PAX 6 times now, although the 6th I don't feel I got much out of it. I did stir between every 2 uses and my first 5 were on medium with the 6th being on high. Here is a pic of my abv still in the chamber. What do you expert vapers think? Does it look about right? Is it time to reload with new, or what? Thanks!!

Edit: Umm my picture didn't show in my post...???
