First vape, cheap & worth the money

Hello,
basically I want to get my very first vaporizer, though I don't want to drop loads of money.
It should be a portable one and it should be cheap, but not cheaply produced.
I've used google to search for cheap vaporizers and came upon Vapor Genie. Is this a good one for a first timer?
I know I can't expect too much, but I want to get the best for my money and I'm willing to spend around 50 €.

Thanks in advance.

Do you own a glass bong? If so I suggest a vaporstar or similar device, plus a decent lighter

I've never used a Vapor Genie but seen a video on here that looked pretty impressive.

Another one to consider is the MFLB, Magic Flight Launch Box. Not sure how much they run used so it might be a bit out of your budget.

No. I'm a very casual smoke and haven't smoked that often (yet).
I only used joints and since I hate actually smoking, I thought about changing to a vaporizer.
Can someone tell me how the vapor actually feels and tastes like? I really don't like the feel of "real smoke", but shisha smoke is okay (not perfect though).

Do I need a glas bowl for the vapor genie? I doubt, but better safe than sorry. ;)
Again, important is the portability, ease of use and well... safety? I don't want to get lung cancer just by looking at the chinese plastic. Bonus points for 'conceilability' or stealth, but tbh the Genie seems to do this job quite well (for my need at least).

Thanks for the answers so far!

P.S.:
Do the high end models affect the actual hit/potency of the herbs, or are they just better produced?

Could you share the video with us? :)

Another thing I wondered about:
You need to grind the stuff first, right?
What about the longevity of the vapor genie. I'm kind of leaning towards this. Ease of use, looks nice and no additional stuff needed. Your opinions?

There are a lot of similar threads here, use the search function. I think the Vapor Genie might be frustrating for a first time user. It requires proper technique to avoid combustion. Your budget is a bit low, unfortunately, so it might be your best choice.

Okay thanks.
Let's say there will be some combustion the first few times- will that 'ruin' the genie?

Is it really that hard to learn?

I don't really know, I've never used one. I doubt it will be ruined but it would probably taste nasty. As for the learning curve, that depends on you. I think an inexperienced user will have more trouble.

I got a VG coil and two weeks later , I'm still burning my buds. In my case I think its because my medical condition prevents me from having the kind of fine motor control to keep the flame just right.

MedicatedVet1911,
I had a Vapor Genie for a long time. I would frequently still combust even after figuring out the proper technique. It's not something I could use in the dark, or in a location where portability is imporant.

I second the Magic Flight Launch Box. You might be able to find one used for $80, but really it's a good deal even at full retail.
