The important words he used there were "Am I free to go?"

She made a face because if she says no, then she HAS to prove in court she had probable cause to detain him. These checkpoints are BS.

I liked this, for stoner reasons

then I wondered, 'what if he were black, and had no camera?'

then I thought I could read her mind, 'i can see you have an agenda, and that you're not drunk, so if you don't mind we have work to get back to'

hahaha, wonder what life would be like if we had just women cops. fewer beatings, fewer abuses of power, better judgement in conflict... who knows.

That guy played a very dangerous game. He's lucky that he had a camera on him and that those pigs were not the standard douchebag type Porky Pigs.

This is so true. I mean, the way this went down is exactly how it should have. Checkpoints are unconstitutional(we have the right to travel freely). However, lots of police forces are corrupt, and will do what they want, and find the evidence to justify it later.
