I got mine today! (in Canada though). Mine didn't need signature.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for the orders and your support. We had full staff on duty for the sale to make sure we would be able to honor our same day shipping policy. We even went beyond our 2:30pm EST same day shipping cut off and got orders out same day up until 4:20pm LOL.

So if your order is time stamped before 4:20pm EST on 7/10, it shipped same day on 7/10. We send out a shipping notification email to every customer when their order ships. The shipping notification email contains links to tracking info if Xpresspost or Expedited shipping were chosen, links to user guides, links to Canada Post and/or USPS, links to your account at PlanetVape etc. Some of these shipping notification emails get sent to spam folders because of the included links. If you did not receive a shipping notification email from us, please check your spam/junk mail folder. Also we attach .pdf files of user guides to some shipping notification emails and sometimes, especially on mobile devices, the email can't get through.

If you checked your spam/junk mail folder and still can't find the email, please contact us and we can resend it again, no problem.

Signatures may or may not be required, depending on your shipping service level and your country of residence. When they are required, they are mandatory, we have no control over signatures being required or not, but we can always help you choose a shipping method that best suits your needs, just contact us. We can also let you know anytime if a signature will be required or not, just respond back to your shipping notification email and ask, we are happy to provide any answers to questions about any orders with us.

The weather has finally cooled off now and we hope to have glass production back as soon as possible. Our sincerest apologies to everyone waiting for a long time for one of our PVHES and/or PVHEGonG stems/adapters. We are very behind in our glass production schedule and are working very hard to get all of our out-of-stock glass items, back in-stock.

We will also be posting better pictures, descriptions and details about the differences between the different models. Our straight stem storage/cleaning/travel tubes are also now in-stock and for only 1.00 more with your PVHES stem purchase, they are a great deal.

I check PV every few days for the PVHES gong...and I just read on here that they won't be ready for a while

Is there any projected date? It's been months!!! I want the gong one so effing bad!!!!

Please let me know!

Thanks! But I was hoping for a time line or projected date.

Either way, I couldn't be patient, so I got some other stuff from PV yesterday. I desperately needed something like a cVault and an mVessel, so I ended up getting both.

Hi sessnet,
Thanks for your order and support. Our first glass items to get re-stocked will be the straight and shorty PVHES High Efficiency Stem, they take a surprisingly long time to make each one, a lot of precision cutting on such a small piece of glass, then flame polishing, cleaning and annealing in the kiln with a proper very slow cool down.

After some set backs with our glass production, they are in full production again and we should have a limited supply of PVHES Straight and PVHES Straight Shortys available as early as Wednesday with more rolling in after that.

Once all the PVHES High Efficiency Stems get re-stocked, the PVHEGonG adapters are next in line. We know everyone has been waiting a long time for these, but they are almost here and will be announced here first.

We are also constantly working on new glass Solo products as well as glass products for other vapes as well. Currently for the Solo we will be releasing:

• PVHEGonG adapters - our PVHES mods applied to our Solo GonG adapters, available in 16 different flavors
• e-Bomb - all glass extract/concentrate add-on, taste is heavenly
• f-Bomb - a unique designed water tool that sits on top of the Solo, herbalAire, Extreme Q and more
• PVHES Signature Edition - a very high end, limited production, High Efficiency Stem that is all glass, no screen required and machined to exact tolerances. A cost is no object piece, they will be expen$ive, more info to be released soon.

OOOOH that F bomb sound interesting. I just signed up to get in line for the Cloud, and I am wondering how close the F bomb will be to how the cloud Hydratube works... not that I am expecting it to be the same, but I am hoping that the F bomb is better than using an AquaVape on top of the Solo. Please post pics as soon as possible Lots of good stuff on the horizon.

Fbomb ftw! Very interested in this, can't wait for pics.

I hope you guys will also look into making a custom gong stem for the herbalaire.
