I don't know if anyone knows more than me. I know some on the forum have talked with him. I got along with him, think he's got good intentions and has what appears to me, to be a solid product. Don't know if he's just having a run of bad luck, which I can certainly relate to... or what. Like I said, its his business. I hoped to see something, that he could jump-start a career. Even after the blow he suffered, that was putting him out of business, this place and exposure can and has launched people. Don't know if he ever knew that, or even had time to contemplate it, before more @#$% started hitting the fan. I know the he's hitting big deep potholes, though. Many of us, I'm sure... can empathize.

I hope we hear from him in the near future and its announcing the bubblers are made, here's pics, taking numbers. Who knows?

If the pieces are as awesome as we would like them to be, then they should take a little while to make.

Well Ladies and Gents I have some news. Leviathan Pipes is no more. But luckily we have been bought out by MnM tech glass and will continue to make more glasswear with the Leviathan Name and Price Tag. Ad for the FC Bubbler it will sadly be released in august at CHAMPS and BIG glass Expo's in Las Vegas, Nevada​

lol...So the FC bubbler isn't being sold to FC? Kind of ironic, but I get it. If they got bought out, any inventory would be part of that deal, and the buyers can do what they want with it.

We wont be producing anything till the papers are signed. I might not even be the person you talk to anymore after this week. I'll keep you posted. But MnM tech is a great comapny and they make great pieces. I am sure they will still produce the pieces i make.​

Thanks for posting the updates. He sent me a message on FB, but I hadn't checked until now. Wish him success. Would have liked to seen it go down, a bit differently. But... if it takes care of him and his, then its for the best.

Though, this makes his text message to me, even MORE cryptic.

The other f'd up thing, is that trade show its being "launched" at... is closed to the public. Retailers, only.

Bored and not much to talk about. Kind of disappointed in the whole Leviathan fiasco, the cryptic message I received and how it DOES NOT fit into any scenario, I've been (supposedly) inside info privvy to.

Almost feel like I had smoke blown up my ass, for doing something I thought was really kind of nice and actually giving a shit. Isn't the first, nor the last I'll be burned, I'm sure. Too trusting, I suppose.

BigDaddy, you tried to do a really nice thing for Lev, and if he didn't/doesn't follow through, it's his problem and mistake. Perhaps he didn't feel it was worth the effort, but exposure on this forum could have turned things around for him.

I, for one, appreciate what you tried to do for him and for the forum members. Thanks for trying to help out all around. :nod:

Daddy, I think you went above and beyond to offer help and support. You dont usually see that kind of support online, and its quite refreshing. Sorry it didnt turn out better. I think if nothing more he should send you one to hold you over.

Why hasn't this guy the decency to even stop by and let fc know wtf is happening. Whats it been 2 weeks? Of course shit happens, but you still need to be accountable. You're basically pulling a Tom and giving the middle finger to a whole lot of people who were trying to support your business (atleast Tom had the balls to come out and say it though).
We would all still be in the dark if not for Chance2Vape's updates. what a wasted opportunity :mental:

While the situation looks iffy at best, let's not assume the worst and give Lev the benefit of the doubt that he will honor his commitment to the FC members that were behind him. :cool:

meh not really, i posted in this thread yesterday to show people this guy is breathing and posting other places, while leaving us hanging....what going on two weeks?
Hopefully he still comes threw with a great piece for FC, personally I seriously doubt it though.

Well, thank you for the opening.

Quite honestly, green has a point. Obviously, I know some things, I haven't shared with everyone... including the "cryptic" message I received from Lev just a week ago. A message, btw... that is completely counter to EVERYTHING that has transpired over that time.

I've reached out to Lev several times, during all this. I've shared some of it, kept some of it close to the vest. However, the messages DON'T add up, especially with the latest development. He went from being up Shit Creek w/o a paddle, coming to us for some final help and hope of resurrecting... to basically leaving us hanging.

Why do one of us, need to take a message from fb and repost it for him? He can't do that himself? Why has he ignored, not 1... but 3 messages from me, asking for clarification (since I was one of the ones he messaged on fb). No other information, just "hey man... post my status on FC".

I'm still giving him the benefit of the doubt, but I do expect more of an explanation than what we've been given. Especially after having put forth a pretty hefty effort to help him out of a jam, it appears he wasn't ever in and he led me to believe he was.

Hey guys sorry to be away for so long. Yeah our pieces are very similar. We have been planning on merging ever since our GC issues. Now they are running a slander campaign against us for a 4 day shipping delay. We hope this gets cleared up shortly. BigDaddy we already talked about the issues.
