Cloud has been working pretty great (I have a few pet peeves, but otherwise it does as adveritsed and then some). And let me start of by saying I baby it in every way, every single time I hit it.

However, a couple days ago I was hitting it and as I pulled the tube off (SGW) it started like a syphon action which let a small amount (the thing doesn't hold much in the first place, and it was a tiny fraction of the water) of water down the perc out the dewar joint and down the VXC...

Ofcourse, steam and hiss but I immediately turned it off and dried up the small wet mess (most of the water had stayed in the ELB and soaked the herb). Turned it back on a few hours later and no problems. However....

I am an old vripmaster, and I know the tell tale signs and sounds of glass weakening, and the joint is getting a bit loose. When I look down the VXC I see all kinds of flaws in the glass I never saw before, and like I said the joint is starting to feel loose.

Anyway, filled out my warranty registration and I am trying to get this thing sorted PRIOR to it actually breaking. I am sure they are going to get me dialed in no problems...

I would just like to point out this is exactly the type of potential low temp thermal shock issues that heated up this thread a few weaks back, especially concerning the hot glass and the potential for water to get down the hole at no fault of the operator.

I think if the perc was way thicker&taller (HTR design) and water lewel low (manual), it would be harder/impossible to make water go down. It would only bubble inversely. I think Cloud HT's would need something like this for safety.

There is a way to ghetto rig it if your top the mesh of your bowls tore from the top ring like mine.

It comes with a bowl though right? The pack of 4 are extras. I would hate to get the could and not have any bowls.

I would think it comes with one bowl... man that would be mean if it did not. Reminds me of the story where the devil leaves a Stoner in a room full of marijuana with no lighter...

took 2-3 hrs for me on march 2 after I registered but it will happen if it is more than a day than i would send phil a email

No I got the email to go onto the site right away after I registered. I'm waiting on the confirmation email saying that they got my money.

i ordered on 3/2(fri) got my cloud on 3/5(mon) at ten am. I was getting ready to go skiing decided to go the next day. my email with the receipt, shipping date with the tracking number at 8 am 3/6(tues). I live about 3hrs from the bay so maybe that is why the weird timing. Have fun when you get it hope you have some good medicine.

Damn! Did you pay for super fast ass shipping or something? Cause I had a few options, but I have enough vapes that I could save myself the $110 extra it would have been for a few extra days. I can't fucking wait!!!! Oh and I have only the best medicine

Anyone from Canada that's received one feel like posting what the shipping and duty charges were? Just curious as I'd rather not be surprised once my turn finally comes around ...

I have over a dozen really good strains right now (Strawberry Diesel, Purple and Vanilla Kush's, Lemon Skunk, C10, XXX, Skunk Berry, ...) and wish I had a VapeXhale for them (however, I can hardly complain as my Da Buddha, Solo, and Volcano all work pretty darn well ... can't wait for my PVHES and Ed's stems for my Solo though
