Definitely liking the new stem! I put my AquaVape on top, using some silicone tubing, and it is worlds better than the regular stem airflow. Thanks!

We found the best PVHES performance from these steps posted on our website:
- Grind your flowers to a medium consistency, recommended to use our Volcano Grinder
- Fill the bowl on your PVHES all the way and very very lightly pack a bit
- Holding your Solo upside down, insert the PVHES Stem all the way in and then turn the Solo the right way up
- Turn your Solo on and heat to your desired temperature with PVHES inserted during warm up
- Once Solo reaches your selected temperature wait an extra 30 seconds to heat soak your biomass and PVHES
- Take a nice long slow inhalation
- Wait 30 seconds between hits to allow your Solo to stabilize
- Due to much less air flow resistance of the PVHES, resist the urge to inhale too fast, overwhelming the Solo's heater
- You can raise the temperature for the last few hits to get the full spectrum from your flowers
- Bowl is spent when there is no more vapor production

just wanted to say I got myself a couple of the Cvault containers. the large and the small. they are going to hold a lot more herbs than i originally thought they would! 
I also picked up the small mVESSEL. It's a 1inch by 4 inch glass tube(think test tube, but way thicker glass) that has a rubber sleeve and cap that protects the outside. there are a bunch of types available, i got the totally covered one so you can't see what's inside. this is going to be my new on the go travel container
Also I wanted to comment on the customer service. They caught an error where the discount was not applied to each item and refunded me the difference (I hadn't even noticed this but, they did) Kudos to you guys! I love this company!

We do change them up, sometimes if no space for chips, we can fit an organic fair trade bar in there, it just does not cushion well lol.
Thank you for all the praise and great reviews everyone and also for all the extraordinarily nice emails we receive from members of FC.

Well, I got my straight PVHES in the mail last week and it has totally changed the experience I have with my Solo. I have to say PV really did their homework on this one, The PVHES really zeros in on the perfect airflow to ensure dense clouds and completely does away with that restricted draw feel. Plus these new stems will completely vape a bowl almost twice as fast as the original stem.
Bottom line, if you don't have one of these you absolutely have to have one if you want the most pleasant experience possible.

Hey hows it going FC! PlanetVape seems like an awesome company after reading a few pages of this thread but I was still left wondering how long it has taken for USA citizens to get their PV products from our friendly northern neighbors? (How long did it take your order to ship to the USA?)
I was just wondering because I really want to receive it by early next week sometime (mon,tues,wed) and would be placing my order tomorrow with expidited shipping which says 3-4 buisiness days. I was just wondering if this is the kind of deal where it just says that and takes a week stuck at the border or is actually quite speedy.

my orders usually take from 4 -7 days to show up so far depending on which shipping you choose. I'm in Oregon btw

eagerly watching for the PVHES gong stems to arrive 
I feel a bit bad though, I was hunting for some glass adapters, and didn't realize PV had so many to choose from until AFTER I already paid too much from another Co. well, live and learn, next time I'll be visiting PV for glass parts.

Thanks for the info guys! Very comforting, they seem like an awesome company. I am going to pay for the 15 dollar shipping which says 3-4 business days and 4 would still be perfect, 3 even better. I just kicked over my waterpipe the other week and it needed replacing, i also splurged on some MF accessories as well.

mee 3...... So i went and bought a dremel tile cutting diamond wheel and made my own! I just put the cuts and grooves in the same place as on my pvhes- looks a little rough but fires up jus like the pvhes! i packed the bowl with fine wet sand and wrapped the outer in tape for some support and shock absorption, seemed to do the trick! So, does anyone know anything about flame polishing glass with a bic lighter?
Also gotta say thanks to PV for the super fast delivery- 7 business days from the great white north to the great southern land standard airmail! Im startin to think PV got their own plane! Thanks and peace all.
