Ed's TnT Wooden Vapor Tubes & Vapor Stems

Glad to hear the paper has worked out for everyone! Have a couple coming back for the right fix so all will be good from here on out. I hope you all are enjoying them and look forward to hearing more about your experiences with them.
Been super busy down here in the heart of Dixie, gonna be 97 today with high humidity, not cool at all! Only thing you can do is put shorts on the boys, fill up the pool, hook up the slip and slide, turn on the sprinklers and soak up the water! We had a hella hail storm come through first of last week, quarter size for about 5 minutes, destroyed everything we had outside in the garden, tomatoes, corn, peppers, okra and all the good stuff, just beat the hell out of all of it! Even one of our laying chicken got all the feathers beat off of him and damn near dead, had to ring his neck to put him out of his misery. All those man hours are just lost! The local Co Op did a stand up thing when we told em what happened and they said all we needed was half off so we got $150 worth of seedlings to try and salvage whats left of the year. Even had a few of Cali's finest bout 2' high that was looking amazing, when I got to em, were hard to find for all the leaves that were beat out of the trees and laying all over em, very very sad day for the family here then!

OMG Ed; that sounds like one scary storm! Sorry to hear you lost so much from it. 
What I'm happy to see, however, is how well your Solo stems are being received. The ones you spun from the Irish Bog Oak are outstanding.

Appreciate you looking at the Solo tubes! They have done really well for the first run and am anticipating more success with the next batch that goes out! You know how I like working wood. Maybe you oughta get a Solo for yourself so I can feed that addition of yours!!! LOL!

Good morning everyone, will have more SS in my hands by the end of the week so more Solo tubes will be available first of next week. Have the Bog Oak and the Solo unit off to the photographers today, should have those pics back by this time next week. Cant wait to post, my guy does such great work, the matching black Bog Oak and the black shell of the Solo make a great combo!

Sorry to hear about the storm Ed, glad you guys are still safe. After living in Houston for a good chunk of my life, I am no stranger to bad storms or the balmy heat... blessings to you, recovering your garden.
Thanks for the post JBP, we have everything planted in the garden and just hoping to harvest with what little time we have left. My dad in law went and bought a cucumber at the market, it was $3 for a small one. Groceries are high!!!

I was also curious about the possibility of a solo stem sized dugout, with a double chamber, one on top for fresh herb, one under that with access from the bottom for the ABV... 
VNS & JBP, I guess I could do this for the Solo tubes, they would be larger of course due to difference in size than the 1/4" bats, these would be twice the size width wise and could be done, but then price goes up. Also not sure about doing the bottom for ABV, this would also raise the price. Thing is I would like to consider this but would have to be sure that some sold. I dont wanna waste a bunch of beautiful lumber for some awesome pieces that dont sell. I am sure you all understand but would need a few commitments and maybe some dough up front to make it happen.
Am thinking they would be close to 1" thick x 2" or more wide x 4 1/2" in height. Could be really sweet but would also be pricey!

I'll pre-order if you want. Because I definately want a solo dugout! I also want a black(or maybe one of the new ones IDK haven't seen the pics yet) wood solo stem as well.
One thing I have to consider is what species of lumber I have in those dimensions. I think I have some Walnut in that thickness, that gonna be the most important, most of my species are at 3/4". I have some Cocobolo in that size, would be sweet! Probably will never have any natural species in black that size ever. Blackwood, Bog Oak, or even Ebony would be so expensive in workable sizes that large, I could never get the price for those. Am sure I could do Red Oak or White Oak and stain them black. Let me sleep on it and give it some more thought. I don't ever rush into anything thing. If anyone else is interested pls pipe up and let me hear it!

Is this a Dugout that can be used with any vaporizer? I ask because I use the Magic Flight Launch Box.

Not sure about any vape! Would be made to fit the new wooden Solo tubes that I make.

Nice! The reason I ask is because I placed an order through Magic Flight for one of the longer walnut stems. When I get both of my orders, I'll have two of your stems!
