As it turns out, I am an authority on magic (not really, but it may appear so), and I concur. The glass tooty does add at least 5% of magic.

I really like the "plain jane" tooty, with a mini stem. Alot of people are not into carb holes on their glass and I understand that it compromises the integrity of the glass - however - for me, I rely on the carb hole to prevent a coughing fit. Sometimes I tap on the hole in a rhythm while I'm hitting so the hot vapor inhalation is constantly and consistently rotated with cool air. This works for me very well.
Because the vapor doesn't feel abrasive using this technique, I'm able to actually swallow a hit and hold it in for as long as I like.

The reason I prefer the "plane jane" is that it's very easy to remove the mini stem for clearing and filling.

@ennui Try a cork. You can buy loads of them cheap at the hobby store and you may get one you can graft onto a zap stem that will fit well enough.

That's certainly a good idea, though I probably won't have time soon to try it. I'm really curious about Max's setup, since he's currently living the dream as it were!

Or you could try to find a fat O-ring to fill up the extra 5 mm of space. File a little groove for it to set in around the zap stem with an emory fingernail file.

Bubblers up and up in price. My cost went up and I had them low to start with. Still a good deal for a quality hand made product you do not find in the shops. I upped the holder a little too as I am getting more time in them than planned. They have to be individually fit to each bubbler due to slight variations in the glass length and weld size.

Plugs for the VV power supply did not make it today so VV PS will not be ready til Monday at the earliest. The plugs should make it tomorrow as they were shipped USPS.

Anyone with an outstanding Zap order that has not shipped, get in touch with me if you want to substitute a VV power supply for the stock fixed voltage transformer. All outstanding Zap orders will not ship til Monday at the earliest so we could put a VV in with those orders if desired. Email us if interested.

I did get a little behind today with a trip to Spokane that took longer than planned, along with a bit too much on my plate anyway. Looks like we are behind a day or so. I will have more CRZ units up tomorrow. Abysmal stuff will be Sunday.

jeffp, I'll get your rings out tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.

Just got my zap bubbler in and so far, good results... I have never used water filtration in any vape experience of mine, so this was,a first... I was surprised, the vapor was quite crisp and clean.... I want to say it was more smooth but I did cough once but I had a "vito" cloud going on... the bubbler itself is is nice on the eyes also, someone with some skills made these things obviously... I am not surprised at all the price went up, these are HIGH QUALITY PIECES.... I checked out the price and I think they are still worth every penny.. the stand is also very nice to have..... cannot wait till I get back home and make some bubbles :) thanks rick for offering these little jewels to us!!!

Thanks for the bubbler comments Panic and mom. They are pretty special and made by a real pro. Glass is very popular these days so some common sizes, like 14 mm straight GonG tubes are getting harder to get, alas, some prices go up. Speaking of 14 mm GonG straight tubes, I did get a few this visit. These are the shorter, lighter duty tubes but may be more preferable to many of our customers. Makes for a nice short glass vapor tube with the addition of a 14 mm short stem. I'll get them up sometime tomorrow.
Plugs for the VV power supply made it today and I am very happy with them. They match our wire even! VV PS's start heading out of Zapville Monday.

These will be going up early AM tomorrow.
Myrtle, Cherry, Myrtle, Myrtle and Myrtle. A little heavy on the Myrtle but it is some sweet stuff I have had around a long time. She just called me.

Abysmal stuff up late tomorrow. I will keep my discount code alive for regular Zap purchases and ask that you not use it for the Abysmal Zaps as I will have them nice and low without a discount.

collegerower, the Bubblers are all close but all different. Smaller than most people think. Maybe we can hear some overall lengths from some folks.

I would love to see some of these zap bubblers that are out in the wild. Wondering if they are all the same size.

alright, mine is 7.5 in long and I would say maybe 3 in at the widest part of what I like to call the "bulb." this bubbler is awesome, the hits are smooth but powerful... have had it less than a day and already making bold statements such as "this is my favorite stem." overall I think I just like all the options I have now, I got wood stems, glass tooty, glass plain jane, and a bubbler. damn I forgot the nylon stems, I still use em almost everyday and I almost left em out  have had just a little too much tonight... :peace:

Oh, oh...... you are right beachbum! I'll get ahold of Rick first thing this morning. Got to wait a couple hours for him to get up though....

Edit to add: I just shot him an email. If it isn't back up in a couple hours, I'll give him a call. ;)

Yes, the website is down this morning. I even got up early to get some new stuff up and have a big day planned for "the back room" at aromazap.com. I have sent word to my guy. It is in his hands now as I have no clue at all about such things.
In the meantime, I'll get pictures done and edited so we are ready when the magic button is pushed. I sure hope it is just a magic button thing.

PanicFreak, thanks for the bubbler shots and comments. It's always nice for all to hear customer comments on our products, especially the new stuff.

good day to all here in zapville I am looking for input from the family about how "hot" the CRZ runs. I would like mine to run a bit hotter. I have tried everything from coozie to my old PD plug... with the plug it came with it feels just slightly warm to touch.. plugged into my PD car adapter after a 15 min drive it is almost hot to touch.

Sounds like you might have a plug issue with your wall adapter. This can be fixed with a repair kit you can get from Rick. If you are going to be investing in a new one, you might want to consider one of Rick's new variable voltage units. That way, if you have a CRZ that runs on the cool side, you can amp up the voltage to it when using it. Conversely, if you have one that runs too hot, you can "cool" it down by lowering the voltage. It's also fun to be able to play around with the different temps. :2c:

i just got my crz she is a mar20 black locust and it does heat with the wall outlet just warm, the same with my old PD wall adapter so I believe both the adapters are working properly. I can't grab the tooty by any means but I can notice a significantly heightened heat from being plugged in in my truck.

That's because you're truck is outputting around 14 volts. You may have a cold solder joint. Email Rick about it and he'll take care of you.

What color ABV are you getting at the end of your session? how many hits?

Yeah the car adapter will output a lot more voltage because it's not controlled or something.

My CRZ doesn't run that hot either Willuminati, I am getting maybe 1 cloudy hit, then the rest wispy. is yours the same way?

yes very much the same way but no real cloudy hit the ABV never really darkens more than a darker green not golden.

Willuminati,
so if my truck is running hotter can I get a brick that runs like a little bit higher like 1 notch above the one it comes with?

Then something is up Willuminati. Shoot an email to Rick. My Black Locust is the hottest of my three CRZ's.
